I'm not a technician or engineer but I would say it is high quality. We have had about a year and there are no failures. They gave us an app so we could track the output of our solar panels. They respond immediately to any query I might have.

The sales process was relatively straight-forward and the installation was quick. However, there has been no post-installation follow-up to check in with the customer for system operation or satisfaction. Technical data is transmitted wireless, but some on-site visit after a year or two would have been nice.

The panels appear to be new and up to date and everything is working just fine. In signing up I was led to believe that I should have my power bill literally cut in half if not more and I'm still short every year by quite a bit. Sunrun isn't really working for me in that respect.

They are the only ones offering batteries with the solar panels. The device is not groundbreaking or innovative but it gets the job done and it works well. Customer service is on top, whenever I call, they respond. The mobile app is trash, it didn't work well and was a waste of dollars.

good but still have room to improve. Special when turn on the Solar electric (final step), SunRun should send a technician to make sure the system works. Customer doesn't familiar with the electrical system, so we don't 100 percent sure that we turn on the power correctly

The salesman didn't explain the contract in full. Lots of surprises especially when it came to our roof and repairs. They only put a new roof on the part where our solar panels were being placed. We were also told there were no incentives and low and behold they got it. Please be aware of promises not kept. My advice is READ THE CONTRACT COMPLETELY.

There was suppose to be a $500 credit card after installation was completed. Having questioned SunRun about this twice there still has not been a response. Customer Service has been easy to work with. I opted to lease my solar system over purchase which puts the onis on SunRun to monitor their equiptment and keep it up to day.

My system is guaranteed for 20 years so, if it breaks, they will come down and fix it. I'm satisfied and very happy with it.

There is just one electrical company out here where I live. Because they don't have any competition, they can choose to charge me whatever they want, whenever they want. At the time I was paying them more than $200 for my electric utilities, even though I live on my own. One day I went shopping at Home Depot and saw Sunrise. I spoke with a guy there that explained solar to me, looked at my situation, and offered me a better deal and price for everything. He told me that, if I got solar, I would be able to save money on my electrical bills. It was all lies though. Since I got the system up in December, I've been getting higher bills for my electric utilities. Now I pay more than $300 a month for both and that was just not what we agreed to. What I've noticed is that, whenever our solar goes down, the electric bill goes up, and vice versa. It just doesn't make any sense to me. As I said, I live on my own, have all LED lights in my house, keep the temperature to 68-69, and even use a space heater most of the time instead of the central heating. I've done everything I could to reduce my electricity usage so I don't understand where it's all coming from. Both Sunrise and the electrical company need to speak some truth and actually give me the right information.

Sales team was excellent. Five stars explaining how a lease works and pricing. The installation team was 10 stars. They explained all technical things to a technical person including system operation. This included changes that needed to be made "on the fly" that occur when the planned installation design meets the actual home. I was informed of the changes needed. I was informed of any available options if more than one solution was available and the advantages/disadvantages for those options. Basically, they were knowledgeable, efficient, and communicating from beginning to end in the installation. This resulted in a very professional installation. Then we come to the after service support. This has two components. Hardware/installation and connection/billing. There were some issues with the Hardware that required the installation personnel to return and make adjustments. Something I expected because it is complex in all the wiring which had to be rerouted into a second breaker box that the backup battery can support. This also included them training me to understand what areas in the house are backed up for the battery I had selected. They quickly switched over a change I requested. The support side for getting connected with Sun Run, FPL and my Electric meter was a communications and procedural nightmare. This cost a star in the rating. The communication from the so-called customer satisfaction area was basically non-existent. FPL and Sunrun apparently were overwhelmed with installations. The paperwork required from Sun Run was lost or never submitted, so we were sending power to FPL through a one-way meter. This was indicated on the meter as being bought from FPL, which meant I was paying for the power I was generating. I resolved the issue by getting the Hardware support to temporarily shut-off my system and personaly submitted the required forms to FPL for the two-way meter. Once the two-way meter was installed and the system restarted, everything has operated flawlessly. This includes multiple power outages, from just moments to multiple hours. A lighting strike on the cable network system which damaged the cable boxes and stopped electrical power all over the neighborhood. My Sun Run system handled it without any issues. So, I am enjoying a reliable and fixed cost electrical system which has been stress tested and performing as designed. I now have a battery backup system and reliable power at approximately the same cost as my original annual power bill. My

Everyone at Sunrun was a pleasure to work with. The sales process was informative and the salesperson Ryan W. worked very hard to ensure that all needs were met, both financially and operationally with the system. He even suggested an affordable way to get a Tesla whole-house battery backup system which has worked out great. The installation process was excellent. Sunrun discovered that our roof needed to be replaced and they took on the task of figuring out how to take that on themselves and do so at a lower price than we were able to find for a roof replacement when we looked into it ourselves. During the roof installation, a worker's ladder fell and damaged part of our front door and they immediately sent out an artisan to fix the damage perfectly. When we had some difficulty getting into the online portal, the whole team got involved to resolve my access. Sunrun came a few months after installation and fine-tuned the system (software I think) and the power savings is measurable as a result. Finally, from the recent heavy rains we had some water leaking through part of the roof and since Sunrun subcontracted the new roof installation, they "stepped-up" and took on the task and cost of getting that fixed under warranty. The point of everything above is that Sunrun is a different kind of vendor in that they are responsive to phone calls, responsive to emails, and treat every issue like it was their own personal house and own personal solar system. The main reason I purchased this product, was to have the option to maintain power in the house regardless of an outage. The Tesla batteries work great and provide plenty of power when needed. The solar panels recharge the batteries very quickly on a cloudless day. Sunrun's representatives have always provided great customer service any time I have interacted with them. Thank you.

The salesman that came to my house convinced me of the gray opportunity that the system would do for my house. You put together a design package for 15,000 KW which was all I needed just to provide all the electricity I needed. This installation team was professional fast and courteous and they did an amazing job. In fact the installation looked much better than the other installations in my neighborhood. I was really happy with my electric bill as I never had much more than $10 a month payment to aps. Sometimes as my credit filled up I would have no electric bill at all. I'm very happy with my solar system and I hope that I'm happy with it for years to come. I highly recommend this to someone that needs a solar system.

We had Sunrun install a system on a prior home 5 yrs ago and were so pleased with everything about the process and resulting performance of the system that we contacted, Eva K, the senior field consultant we’d worked with before, to begin the process of adding a solar system to our new home. Eva provided the same personable, professional and prompt service as our first interaction. She is knowledgeable and able to answer questions easily, honestly and straightforwardly. There is no stress or pressure and she is a delight to have in our home. She does not make false claims just to make you happy, nor hesitate to pursue all options to eliminate impediments to reach your goals. It feels like she is your team captain coaching you all the way to the “win”. Today, Michael S did our site review and we experienced again Sunrun’s commitment to excellent service. Mike was punctual, professional and friendly. He assisted us in all the tasks necessary to complete the assessment, encouraged our questions and confirmed our decision to work with Sunrun was a wise one. We are hoping our installation can proceed and we will be “second time” recipients of a Sunrun Solar System, plus a Battery this time!
