The representative, Mathias, presented the Sunrun information very effectively. He explained the company and what it stood for and how it worked. Most importantly he explained how switching to solar would affect us financially and for our benefit. His presentation made good sense to us and after consideration we chose solar. The installation was completed in one day and there have not been any issues since then and we have been delighted by the $1 monthly bills!

I could not be happier with my experience working with Austin M. He is truly a man of his word. For my first property, he strategically designed a system with 60 panels and 4 Tesla backup batteries, making the property completely independent from Edison’s grid. As a bonus, my two koi fish ponds are now protected from power outages, which gives me great peace of mind. The installation crew also did an amazing job they completed the entire project in just one day and everything was done professionally. For my second property, I needed a new roof, and Austin was able to include a brand new roof as part of the project along with 34 panels and 4 backup batteries. His planning, work ethic, and attention to detail are phenomenal. Most importantly, the wifey is happy and that’s what really matters! Thank you again, Austin, for everything. I’ll be referring you to everyone we know.

Outstanding experience working with Aus Monte! He did a phenomenal job helping set up solar for my rental property. My tenants were requesting solar along with backup batteries, and Aus came through with the perfect solution. He took the time to understand the situation and designed a system that accommodates my tenants’ needs while also protecting them from the high summer rates from Edison. 27 panels and 3 back up batteries (tesla powerwall 3s), loving it! He made everything easy to understand and ensured the setup would provide long-term value for both me and my tenants. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and dedication to finding the best solution. If you’re considering solar, I highly recommend working with Aus Monte. Five-star service all the way!

From the moment we met him in March 2025, he made the entire process of adding a second solar system to our property feel seamless and stress-free. His patience and in-depth knowledge truly stood out, and he took the time to understand our specific needs and situation. I had a wonderful experience going solar through Khelin Young with SunRun. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I enjoyed a good education on why SunRun is the number 1 solar company; what kind of products they offered, installation process and timelines. I’ve shopped around with 12 other solar companies. Khelin’s knowledge and education process was on a different level. Most sales reps only recommended 1 Tesla battery. Khelin recommended 2 batteries and explained the reasoning that made sense to say yes and move forward with SunRun. I’ve had my solar turned on for 12 months with no monthly payment and no settlement bill to SCE. I am recommending Khelin with SunRun to all my friends and families who are interested in solar.

Austin is awesome!! I moved into this Fontana property 4 years ago. The house came with the solar panels. Already knew it wasn’t enough for my family’s energy needs. Edison’s increasing rates and frequent power outages in our neighborhood had to be put to a stop ASAP once I saw my recent settlement bill with Edison. Austin perfectly sized an additional system of 22 panels and 3 Tesla back up batteries to cover the energy I was still pulling from Edison and to make sure I don’t pull energy from them at night, I only pull from my batteries. Most importantly, have not had 1 power outage since acquiring these batteries. The peace of mind is well worth it! I highly recommend Austin! Thank you so much to Sunrun as well for the amazing communication throughout the process.

Working with Austin M. a great experience from start to finish. He took the time to fully understand my home's energy needs and explain my options clearly and honestly. Since I already had a Sunrun system in place, it was important to me that any upgrades were done thoughtfully and efficiently. My energy usage has increased over time, and Austin did an excellent job calculating the additional kWh production needed to support both my current usage and future plans. I was against solar for many years and honestly very skeptical of the whole process. Austin M. stayed consistent with his follow-ups and, more importantly, took the time to truly educate me instead of pressure me. He broke everything down clearly—how the solar program works, the long-term benefits, and how adding backup batteries would protect my home and give me real energy independence. After paying Southern California Edison an average of $600 per month, I finally pulled the trigger, and separating myself from Edison has been a huge relief. There were a couple of hiccups with the township and utility company that delayed the process and so I just got the system up and running, but that had nothing to do with Sunrun. You guys did great. This is one of the best decisions of my life. Living in the High Desert my electric bills could be $300 or $400 a month. After getting solar I know exactly what I pay which is considerably less! Sunrun installed solar panel on our roof in Woburn about 3 years ago. This year (2025) we decided to install more panel. The Sunrun teams did a good job from design, planning to installation and activation. Each team is managed by different managers and they keep us informed about the progress and what and when to expect next step. When I have question I call the customer support, most time I get response in reasonable time. Thanks for the team for the work.

I recently added 10 additional solar panels to my current panels. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made the process easy. Having Spanish tiles, a new roof needed to be installed done by a wonderful company and a new electrical box was installed. I also added two batteries. I was notified each time as the process started and as it was coming to completion. Everyone was respectful of my property, myself and my home. Would I recommend, yes, so if you decide to have panels added or installed for the first time, call them you won't be disappointed.

I love sun run! I pay SCE maybe $10 2-3 times a year. Have had no issues at all with my product. Customer Support has been fantastic although I don’t have to call them hardly ever. I just wish that as an existing customer I could get what a new customer get and that is a back up generator. I just can’t afford the $12,000 to purchase one otherwise I would strongly recommend anybody go with Sun Run

I have not been disappointed with my system. We are putting it to the test starting this year in advance. I plan for an air conditioning system, which we installed this year. it is a heat pump system. We did not use the heat this year, but will probably be using it by the end of this year and the beginning of next year. My hope would be to still by the end of the year have been able to have credits.

I put our first system on my 1st house in Placentia, CA and have LOVED it from the start!! Anytime I have had questions they have been there to answer them and if I had a problem, they were right out to fix it... It's wonderful to have Edison pay us for the electricity we produce and don't use. I would do it again and again! Actually, we put solar from Sunrun on the house in Temecula also. Tech was really professional and kept me informed. SunRun is an exceptional company to wirk with. My rirst experience with them was 16 years afo when I purchased solar panels from them . Their service and follow up is great. Those assigned to our project were always on top of each step. We are ferybexcited to.have batteries for back up now. My previous panels srmtill produce atv98%. Never any issues. This company has been around for at least 20 years so that in it's self gives me great confidence they will be here if I need anything

The communication through the whole process was a really excellent. I spoke to a live person often and I like that. They knew me my address my house. The install was very efficient and when I had a question someone answered and followed up. I pay nothing to PGE about 8 + months a year. The systems works great and I don’t have to do anything! Everything has gone smooth since my installation. My SCE bill turned into credits instead of charges almost immediately and it's been about 6 years since then. I have enough energy to stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer without having to worry about an expensive electric bill. Choosing Sunrun has been one of the best decisions I've made regarding my home. I've also benefitted greatly from their generous referral program.

The whole team was very professional and executed the job exactly as planned. The timeline was much longer than we anticipated due to other companies and individuals not under Sunrun control. In our case a subcontractor was needed to upgrade our main panel, SDG&E needed to approve the change and we needed a city inspector to sign off on the work performed. Sunrun executed with no issues and we passed all requirements to activate our system. Well worth it. Again, the issue was the wait time for others to come, inspect and approve. Be patient, it’s worth the wait.

Sunrun is an example of complete customer service and customization to what was required for my home, and for my friend for his home. I have a mini- house, he had a large home. N both instances, installation, communication and benchmarks were all met. The utility companies are slower. Sunrun facilitated all permits from our cities and was present when needed. I’d like to recognize Zak M for keeping me informed, getting my account established; Amanda for service excellence as my customer rep. during the installation.
