I am a retired person. During ALL the conversations, I don't remember being told that if you don't pay taxes, because of income, the TAX CREDIT is worthless. So the money I thought I would be getting back after doing my taxes, is nonexistent. My loan payment is now going to go up almost $50 a month after this initial 18 months of payments. Or I have to find extra money to pay into my loan, to keep my loan payment at the amount it is now. I told everyone up front, I was RETIRED!!!!

Hi Linda, we're sorry that the federal tax credit wasn't fully explained. We never aim to deceive people and set them up to pay more than they should. One thing we always advise is to check with a tax expert before moving forward because we are not tax professionals. I had a 12.48 KW system installed in 2018 from elevation. At first things went smoothly, but when there's a problem, getting someone who knows what there talking about is a totally different story, Ive had a couple different concierge people in the 18 months Ive had this setup, they're really not knowledgable at all from a technical standpoint, just kids that answer the phone what it seems like Its unfortunate, there also not quick in returning phone calls nor emailing back. Its impossible too talk technical to anybody there. I just had the Tesla Powerwall installed a month ago, & they didn't install the Neurio energy meter which allows for demand shaving. They finally got around to installing it a few days ago, and there is no difference in performance or "Demand Shaving " as they call it. So when I asked to have them verify to me that it was hooked up correctly. "CRICKETS"
