I recently had my solar system installed by Infinity Energy, and the whole process has been smooth and professional. The installation team did a clean job, arrived on time, and explained everything clearly. They set me up on the Enphase app so I can monitor my system easily. My town inspection was completed today, so now I’m just waiting for PTO before the system can officially go live. So far, I’ve been really happy with how responsive and organized Infinity Energy has been throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about going solar.

Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining any questions and concerns we had. Infinity installers worked very efficiently and completed the system in a timely manner. The system has been live for a little over a week and producing very well. Along the entire process from beginning to end the team at infinity kept me informed. I just wish my local permits would have been processed quicker which is no reflection of Infinity, but the City I live in took long for that process.

I love Infinity and hate Central Hudson Electric My bills were so high and. erratic now I only pay a meter bill every 3 months also with tax credits I am able to pay off solar panels faster and if you recommend someone and they buy you get a nice finders fee, should have done this sooner. I had an excellent experience with Infinity Energy. I recommend them to anyone interested in a professional and efficient installation experience. At the beginning of the process, a representative came out to my house to visually scope out whether or not I would benefit from a solar installation. I had previously been told by other companies that I wouldn’t. These companies only did a satellite photo review. Feet on the ground made a real difference and they told me that my house was a good candidate. That turned out to be true. The entire process was handled by Infinity, including gaining approval from my local historic preservation board, a particularly daunting propect to me. They set me up with a financing company that offered competitive rates and aside from signing off, I didn’t really have to lift a finger. All in all, it was a very good experience. My experience with Infinity Energy has been nothing short of excellent. I chose Infinity because they were the only company that offered both solar and roofing, and I wanted to have my roof replaced before installing solar. Their price on both roof and solar array was quite reasonable, and the tax rebates and NYSERDA incentives brought the total cost down by about 50%. The installation went smoothly. They took care of all required permits with my utility company and with my town building dept. In the first year, my solar array outperformed expectations by about 10%. In the 2 years since, it has performed about on-par with expectation. In all 3 years, the system has covered 100% of my annual electric use (although this is more due to the size of the system). I've only had 2 issues with my system since installation. I had a small leak in a vent stack on my roof during year 2, and I had a solar panel fail during year 3. Both problems were addressed quickly and with no cost to me. Very pleased with Infinity's quality of installation and their post-install customer service. I'd highly recommend them.

I have a 22.5 Kw ground mount system installed by Infinity in 2022. I thought the pricing was extremely competitive and installation went smooth. I did not encounter any major problems before or during the installation. They have very responsive customer service. I had one inverter out in 2024 and the repair was lighting fast. I do and will continue recommending Infinity to everyone who has shown interest in installing solar. Personally, I think solar was one of the best investments I made. And Infinity pricing could not have been more competitive. I am not in any way compensated for this review, just a satisfied customer.

We cut our summer electric bill by several hundreds, I just wish we had enough panels to offset the gas usage in the wintertime. They explained everything clearly to us. All of them worked very well with each other. One came to the house to explain everything to us, estimated how many panels we needed and gave us the best price. (We had had 4 other companies give us prices as well). Then the crew came and put everything in place correctly and explained everything. Pamela was our contact who made every working part move smoothly. I had a few questions after everything was installed and she gave me the answers promptly. They gave us option to buy out right or lease. We decided to lease and we have a fixed price for the entirety of our 20 year lease. This way there will be no surprise in the future.

First off, I will recommend anybody that has a high electric bill and also has the proper roof space, to get solar through Infinity Energy. I was reluctant to get solar about 2 years ago. Electric prices in Connecticut have sky rocketed since then. It first forced me to go with a 3rd party electric supplier. When that wasn't enough because of other added fees I took a phone call I would have normally hung up on because I didn't recognize the number. I just so happened to be Infinity Energy asking if I knew the possible benefits of going solar. I listened for once and scheduled an online meeting with them. I talked with Dana L., the sales rep. We went over some numbers on buying out right and leasing. After discussions, I decided that buying out right was the way for me. I then had other quotes by 5 other solar companies to compare pricing. To be totally honest, I couldn't find a competitor, for the "buying out right" situation. So I signed with Infinity Energy at the tail end of April and by the end of July my solar array was approved for production. I have also called on there customer service since my installation. I thought that I had an issue with a panel, they had sent someone out with in a week to access my situation. What I thought was a malfunctioning panel was a panel that was covered by morning shade. Everybody from the sales team, house inspection guy, installation team, and customer service have been great. I cannot recommend highly enough to at least call this company and hear what they have to say.
