ION did a very good job from start to finish. Everything was explained thoroughly by our sales rep, Brian S. When I was unsure of whether we were getting a good deal, he encouraged me to get a competing quote. The competitor's price turned out to be almost exactly the same per kWh. However, they were suggesting we get many more panels than we really needed, and their communication wasn't nearly as good. Brian wanted us to feel good about our ultimate choice, and we did. Communication throughout the purchase, design, installation, and inspection phases was frequent via email, phone, and text. Now I probably have too much fun looking at my app to see how much power we are producing each day!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I normally don't entertain people coming to my house trying to sell a product. I will say I have always thought about getting Solar because it makes sense to me however I never knew what company to trust and from my past experience most sales people are scams. When Mr. Ryan H of Virginia Beach, VA came to my house in February 2022 I was ready to turn him away but he was so nice and professional I decided to hear him out. After the initial meeting I decided to have him come back the next day to give me more information on ION Solar. I am so glad I did, he was the most professional and friendly sales guy I have ever met. He came in set up his laptop and went over every detail any questions I had he answered. Unlike most sales people they are pushy and they have no idea what they are talking about they just want to sell you a product that they don't even believe in. He was so educated on ION Solar even I was impressed. That day I decided to get ION Solar thanks to Mr. H and I am so glad I did. With most people who sell a product after you purchase the product they are selling you never hear from them again. Mr. Ryan H stayed in touch with me through the entire process ensuring I was happy with ION Solar. I had no issues with install and or inspections the communication with the entire company was nothing sort then excellent and professional. I am writing this review today because I received my first power bill from Dominion tonight as where it is normally $200+ today it was a today of....... $1.71 yes ONE DOLLAR AND SEVENTY ONE CENTS. Now I did have a $5.55 credit from the month before so in reality my total bill is $7.26. AGAIN THANK YOU MR. RYAN H for helping me and my family invest in our home. YOUR AMAZING.

Ion offered us a quick installation, the first year’s payments, and an easy financing pkg. they delivered on all three in record time. We live in Las Vegas and AC is essential for life here. Our Nevada Energy payments are less than $20 per month even though we have the AC running 24 hrs per day. The financing payment is very reasonable too and the total energy bill plus the financing payment is less than $200/month. We are so happy Ion is our Solar provider. If you go with them, you’ll have the same wonderful service!

I had a great experience with ION Solar. Elijah took the time to sit down with me for over an hour and thoroughly address all of my concerns about being under contract and how the solar system works. I had previously worked with another solar company that was very poorly managed, so I appreciated the transparency and professionalism from the start. Throughout the entire installation process, communication was excellent. Every step was explained clearly, and there was always someone available to answer my questions. While the process took some time, it was very thorough, and I appreciated the attention to detail and inspections that ensured everything was done correctly. One of my favorite features is the app, which allows me to monitor my system in real time and see exactly how much energy is being generated and coming into my home. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend ION Solar to anyone considering solar energy.

I had investigated solar options with various providers over the past few years. From the sales team to the install team, everyone that was part of the solar process was able to answer my questions. Before the install, I received texts stating that permits were being filed, that my account was being registered with my regional electric service provider. And because the entire process takes some time, I was kept in the loop (via texts) as bureaucratic processes were occurring. The install team was great in walking me through what they were doing: They explained all the panels and how to read the app after the system gets turned on.

I wish I had 2 more hands to give Ion Solar 4 thumbs up! I was apprehensive to get a photovoltaic system but with the price of NV Energy constantly on the rise it made sense to make the switch. I’ve had my panels for about 3 years. Ion was super communicative and the install was painless and easy. Their install crew was very professional and friendly. I’ve had to call customer service about 2 months ago because the pigeon guard they installed wasn’t guarding the pigeons. I called on a Wednesday, a crew was out 2 days later on Friday and pigeons were gone by Saturday. Can’t recommend them enough!

We also were happy with the quality of and reviews for the panels that would be installed. The team that installed our panels and the electricians that hooked them up were professional, competent and polite. First of all, I have 7 years of experience on designing and manufacturing photovoltaics aka solar panels. I choose ION solar because I knew they were being truthful and honest as opposed to telling me just what I want to hear. I haven't had any issues at all since the install which was late 2020, early 2021. My only regret was and still is, not getting more panels. When ION solar first visit my home, I was only 2½ months in on being a home owner. With that said, it was estimated that I needed 12 panels you cover all expenses from my power company. Being that I only being in the house for 2 months, the estimated amount of panels needed for my home was off. I actually needed more. My ION salesperson warned me that this estimate could be off because there just wasn't enough months of living in my home to give an accurate estimate. This is my only and biggest regret. Since get ION solar I have experience power bills a fraction of the price they would have been if I had no solar at all.
