When I signed on with Vision Solar I was promised what turned out to be a pack of LIES. Now it's ION Solar and the lies we were told have been just that and the are sorry we were misled nothing we can do. Well, BEWARE of ION Solar they decieve, cheat and lie to you. Please beware, they don't hold up their end of the deal.

called vision , they started paper work through green sky financial. about a month & a half, i cancelled . i later get a bill for $1100.after phone conversations, they reduced it to$600. I just paid them off. My advice DO NOT go there.

AWFUL - took almost 6 months to get a 10kw system installed and turned up - I would recommend to anyone, just NOT Vison Solar - may do well in their home state, but not in South Carolina. Spent WAY too much money for the WORST service I have ever received. Sales Rep and new installer were nice.

I hated my experience with Ion. I don't recommend their services. I wish I could provide negative stars. I was promised Benefits that will not occur and despite the representatives that I spoke with. My grievances were dismissed, and Ion made no effort to make things right. I was the guinea pig for my cul-de-sac, because a few of my neighbors want to go solar. I will not recommend Ion. I understand mistakes happen, but no one tried to make it right. If that was an example of the service I will receive in the future, I'm not looking forward it.

The care for custermers was not there, all you could say was im sorry, no one wonts to here to mess, when its costing them money and time, you guys should do what you say, and stop fooling to custermer, its not always about money, its about being up front with people, you will make more mony by telling the truth, and give people what you say you are going to give them.

Problem in communication between ION and Reimagine Roofing. We have yet to see the benefit in our bill from PGE. Installer lack any customer skills. The electrician was great.

These folks may be great solar installers, but they will not get my business. One inquiry and then I let them know when they called that I needed to wait, wasn’t in the market yet, and they are hounding me. Phone calls, texts messages… many times a week, despite being asked to stop. Because of this if I ever decide to install solar I will not use them

Took a year to have them turned on.... Issue after issue. Failed 3 inspections when I first told them it was an old house to warn them. I could go on and on. Just find someone else and don't trust them on the rebate pitch.
