Great experience!! Sean explained the whole process and answered all my questions even the ones after installation! Ion is excellent at communicating each step and has been so helpful by providing forms or links as needed. The install went as planned. Everyone showed up early or in-time. The crew did not leave any evidence that they were here. I would recommend Ion for Solar. I wished more companies did did business like Ion!! Thank you!! Not fully connected yet but so far the experience has been really great! The folks I have spoken with have all been professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. It’s so great not to have to worry about filing for permits or scheduling inspections as they take care of all those things. The install itself was fast and looks great! We initially had a contract with another company and they didn't contact me for several months so we switched to ION Solar and they paid the cancelation fee. They were quick with the process. It only took several hours for the install. The panels look nicer than the older ones with the grid pattern I've seen on some homes. I'm still waiting for the inspection from the utility company but don't anticipate any issues.

My experience with ION Solar has been great in all stages. Shaun/Megan are the sales representatives that first came to my house and explained all the process, assessed my capacity needs and presented a competitive proposal and helped with the finance process of the project as well. ION Solar took care of everything, including city and suppliers permits. Installation was clean and fast. In all the years with the solar system I only had a panel disconnection which was addressed immediately. I fully recommend ION Solar for your solar needs.

Great Company! Everything Jarrell stated would happen, did. At the time I had my Solar installed I received a 30% tax rebate from the government on my tax return. It took about 8 months before for me to understand the relationship between ION Solar, Dominion Electric and myself. Since then my electric bill has decreased approximately 75% and once or twice a quarter Srectrade sells power as my representative back to the power company. It has truly been a win, win situation!

ION Solar installed my solar panels going on two years and not once have I had any issues with my panels. My monthly electric bill used to be $310 amount, Now I don't even pay anything. It's a great relief to be taken away from paying high cost electricity. The staff from ION Solar are very knowledgeable and professional at what they do. First of all, I love the results. As soon as my system was activated I saw electricity use (and PNM bills) cut in half. That was in winter near the shortest sun day of the year. I can't wait to see results in mid-summer. Secondly, the installation by Ion solar was quick and trouble free. It was completed as projected and expected. Thirdly, I anticipate that 40% of the cost will be recovered as federal and state tax credits on this year's return. Ion made sure I have everything I need to make that happen. I remain 100% satisfied.

Dalling did a great work that finally jolt me to decide to put solar panels. It reduced my electricity bill down from around +$100/month to $20/month. I would do that again. Solar panels quality and installation were impeccable. Of course, if you live north, like Colorado and beyond, they become covered with snow, blocking electricity production, but not all the time.

I’d have to admit, I was hesitant about getting solar panels because of how it looked on others homes. With Ion Solar, you can pass by my house and can’t even tell I have them on both sides of the house. Others are bulky and sit so high it take away from the design of the home. Recently made decision to install Solar Panels and chose ION Solar as our provider. The process was seemless. They were professional, they communicated clearly every step of the way and completed the project in a timely manner. Since we received the ok from our existing power provider to turn solar system on, we have been a net exporter to the grid and we’ve been seeing a solid C02 reduction. Too soon to make an assessment of how it will work through an Oregon winter, but so far we are very pleased.

Everything we were told about Ion Solar was factual. We appreciate that our electric situation was analyzed and the needed number of panels were installed. Nine months of the year we use no electricity from the electric coop we are required to be connected. Ion Solar has been very easy to work with. They had some problems with a couple of their sub contractors, but were extremely responsive in correcting the issues. Also after installation one of the panels was not producing power like the other 20 panels. They sent out a tech who assessed the situation and after some trouble shooting replaced the defective panel. In addition while replacing the panel there was some damage to the vinyl siding. They arranged for a company to come out replace the entire wall of siding. Very professional and responsive.

I was surprised how easy it could be to get solar installed on our house. ION Solar works with you to determine the best location, they will reinforce your roof (if necessary) and will do all of the work to install solar panels, including educating you and how the process works. ION Solar does great work at a good price. It did not take them long to install my solar system. I was surprised how fast they did the installation. I have an extremely low power bill because my system generates more power than I use. I believe the small about monthly $16 fee is for monitoring the system and local taxes. I was approached by several different solar companies due to my house being in a prime location for the sun. However, John presented things in a way that was completely different from the rest. Once I accepted, ION made the process so easy. I received texts and could track the progress with their app. The installation guys took my OCD into account and made sure things were neat, the outside boxes weren't positioned and looking crazy, and painted the pole going the side of my house to match my vinyl.
