I definitely appreciated the speed of service and the kindness of everyone involved! Knowing that the installation of solar panels could help offset the skyrocketing electrical bills came as a relief. The only downside so far is that the panels have not completely balanced my energy bills as we first thought which has resulted in slightly higher combined monthly bills between Ion and the energy company, though we may have increased our energy usage (I really don’t know either way).

Ion solar did all the necessary paperwork needed for our HOA and with electric company. From start to finish was approximately 12 weeks. Took the panels a few weeks to produce enough watts to make a difference. Our bills are now $18-24/month.This bill is for access to power co.

I have been pleased with our solar panels. They have continued to provide a good amount of energy back into the grid. The one thing I have seen as a challenge is more related to finding a provider that has a viable buyback plan. Be sure to do your due diligence in researching the best options available, and most importantly, be sure to go with company that has a buyback plan.

It's pretty durable and it's nice equipment and stuff. Installation process went pretty smoothly. I didn't really have that many issues. They did have to replace a couple parts after they came and installed it initially, but it wasn't really a big inconvenience. I had some problems getting a hold of my representative for my solar and stuff like that because it wasn't completed like they said it was.

It took about a day for them to install the solar itself and then the battery took another a couple of weeks for completion. It's some of the industry's best equipment. They were good overall just had some issues with my specific installation that they still haven't really addressed.

It's saving me a bunch of money and I haven't had any issues with it yet. There were several times I would reach out to the customer support representative that was assigned to my project and they did not get back to me and then it turned out that the individual didn't work for Ion Solar anymore, so my account didn't have a representative assigned to it and so I was talking to nobody. I understand that things fall through the cracks or whatever, but I there was a period there where I was asking questions and looking for answers and was not getting them for quite a while.
