They were very quick to reach out when I had any issues or brought up any concerns. It took about a day for them to install the solar itself and then the battery took another a couple of weeks for completion. It's some of the industry's best equipment. They were good overall just had some issues with my specific installation that they still haven't really addressed.

It's pretty durable and it's nice equipment and stuff. Installation process went pretty smoothly. I didn't really have that many issues. They did have to replace a couple parts after they came and installed it initially, but it wasn't really a big inconvenience. I had some problems getting a hold of my representative for my solar and stuff like that because it wasn't completed like they said it was.

It was a smooth transition with installing. I did notice one thing when they were initially installed, I guess they did them too high and they had to lower some of the panels so all of them would fit because I had I have 36 panels. So they had to shift a little bit, but I mean other than that, there weren't like unnecessary holes in the roof or anything like that.

It's saving me a bunch of money and I haven't had any issues with it yet. There were several times I would reach out to the customer support representative that was assigned to my project and they did not get back to me and then it turned out that the individual didn't work for Ion Solar anymore, so my account didn't have a representative assigned to it and so I was talking to nobody. I understand that things fall through the cracks or whatever, but I there was a period there where I was asking questions and looking for answers and was not getting them for quite a while.

I really didn't know much about solar and Ion Solar came out and they had a great presentation to let me know the advantages and the benefits of having solar. They came, set everything up, gave me an app and showed me how to use the app to monitor everything, so it was just great fit.

Well I advised Ion that we have a home owners association that requires any structural changes to be submitted to them first and they stated they were aware and would send the plans to the homeowners association and now a year and half later I have been fined hundreds of dollars because that was never done. According to them. I can no longer pull the plans and have contacted ion but haven't gotten a response. In addition, I was told I got state tax breaks but I am unable to get the state tax breaks because I need a certificate of installation to provide to the state and have emailed and requested help getting that and have never received a response. It seems like customer service is great prior to installation, but then gone after

The workers were very efficient and friendly. It went very smoothly. We have encountered some issues with our electric company here in regards to getting a transformer capacity increased and also wa are now on hold for our final inspections and ION has kept us informed throughout this process.
