They make to many appointments on short notice. Had an appointment scheduled take time off to be here they call an hour before tell me the tech is stuck on another job 5 days later still no call to come and finish my job. Already making payments on system that's not even 100% operational

The failed to explain that the $4000 rebate is really only credit applied against any taxes you owe. So if you don't pay taxes, due to being on Social Security, for instance, there's no way to use that credit. Yet despite this deception, you the homeowner are stuck with $60+ bill for the system each month, while you get no usable credit with your power company for the energy 'your system ' is generating. It leaves you paying for a solar system that costs you $60+ a month for 30 years (and eventually $90) that won't benefit you and makes free energy for your power company. Elevation Solar is a bit deceptive. Don't do it

Hi Lawarence, we're sorry that the federal tax credit wasn't fully explained. We never aim to deceive people and set them up to pay more than they should. One thing we always advise is to check with a tax expert before moving forward because we are not tax professionals. With that being said, I'll have our monitoring team reach out to make sure everything is running as it should because you shouldn't have a full energy bill and a full solar bill.

They started out great. When system failed after only 3 months community and trying to get it repaired took 2 months. I was still pay the payments and could not get any resolution. It is finally working I think but there was no apology for the lengthy delay to even get someone out to look at it and then get it repaired

The installation was not good. It had to be redone because they installed my system according to Arizona requirements and not Nevada. So they had to rip it out and do it again. Because of that mistake I had to pay expensive electric bills, which they're not reimbursing me for. Also, they had to come back several times - most recently because they got some lines crossed that they have to redo. I just got a bill that's high - $222. Something is wrong here.

I wanted a specific system and ended up with it penetrating through my roof which was a big ordeal. The equipment is good, but they need to be more accurate with their sales as well as quicker customer service. It took a little while to get the system up and running, I know that it takes some time, but it could have been a little quicker.

There were no issues with the installation, they came and were professional. My problem is I did not get in writing by the salesperson some features and when I asked about it, I was told too bad you signed the final document. I was told it was covered but it wasn't in writing, so I would advise people to make sure you get everything in writing.

The company is very good. They were courteous and knew what they were showing. The product may be very good but the results are very poor. I was told I would save eighty five percent and I am not even getting fifty percent off sale.

From start to finish, I had a phenomenal experience. Solar projects are complex and when issues did arise (permitting, supply, activation), most were outside the control of Elevation. My utility company was dragging their feet, but I was properly updated with each step in the process. Seamless (from my end) from beginning to end. My system is 6.5 kW with REC panels and is working like a charm.

I purchased with Elevation in May of 2021. The system was installed in July, fairly quick turn around. The crews were all very knowledgeable and professional. He did notify me that there was a small crack on one roof tile and they came out within a few days to fix it. Outside of that, the system had my bill the first month in August at $15 (normally $350). I pulled the trigger as a way to hedge against inflation and its doing an excellent job as an investment.

We decided on Elevation due to their technology and warranty. I am an engineer and read deep into everything. Overall install went very well and we have seen near zero bills over last month since its been activated. I did use their tracking app, which helped as they seem to be short staffed with customer service. The app made it possible to get updates without calling in. Would reccomend.

I am editing my review because Elevation Solar came through for me and my system is operating correctly now. I have been told I would be reimbursed for the months it was not working. Amy, the Resolutions Manager was wonderful and put up with my rantings. She got accomplished what no one else was able to. I can now monitor my service daily, and believe me I will. Justin who came and actually provided the service did a wonderful job. He was personable and very knowledgeable as well as patient regarding all my questions and complaints. I am relieved, and my stress level has gone way down so I now can recommend Elevation Solar if someone asks. I don't regret my earlier reviews since they got the attention I needed and deserved. My opinion has changed as of today because my system is running perfectly.

The first contact person (Concierge Person) was not the best. That's the bad part of the review. Once I contacted my sales person and explained that I couldn’t get in contact with the concierge rep, I was switched to someone that better represented Elevation Solar. All my questions were answered and things moved forward quickly. The install crew was fast and courteous; completed the installation of the panels in one day and finished the remainder of the electrical install the following day. Electrical inspections and coordination with the power company were handled by Elevation and went smoothly and quickly. Overall, other than one bad employee, the process went well.

There was only one question they were not able to answer at the time, but they researched and gave me the information I needed. We called out Elevation Solar because they installed our next door neighbor Tammy a few months ago. Dru, their sales rep, came out and gave us a free consultation to see if it'd make financial sense to do solar. We have a large south facing roof so we were actually in-pocket on the monthly budget! There was no pressure to move forward and we choose them over several other local companies in the area because of their warranties.

I got multiple quotes from solar companies and Elevation Solar offered the highest quality system and longest warranty. They are authorized with Panasonic, which has some of the best panels on the market right now. The overall process was a little long but most of it was waiting on the city so I can't blame Elevation Solar. My install team was beyond awesome. They were very polite and answered all my questions. My system was just activated and I can't wait to start saving with solar!

A couple of things they can improve are, OFFICE communication and lets say a 4 week email progress report. My installation was a long process (5 months to completion, I have a very strict Association) and I paid cash. There is a variable with estimate energy production and I have to wait until summer to see max production. I think they could have fit one more panel on roof but I presume the added cost to do now is prohibitive. I definitely would recommend Elevation Solar as one company to get a price quote from. I went out on open quote and out of 5 companies, 2 companies were pretty thorough incld Elevation Solar and the other 3 companies I just laughed at the salesman's face. 1 company actually wanted me to sign a contract without even giving me a WRITTEN quotation, LOL. BE VERY CAREFUL Eric the salesman was fantastic and worked with my needs to go with Elevation Solar.

We started our project approximately August of 2018. Unfortunately our story is not quite as nice as most of the reviews I have read. Once panels were installed we were excited. After several inspections and different staff from Evelation Solar trying to make it right, and us thinking maybe this was not a good idea. Broken tiles (lots), panels not installed correctly, etc. final steps we were told it was up and running. Here we are in February 2019 when we learned our solar still was not working properly. However , the next person, Aryss who came out to let us know he was here to check the panels. He explained very professionally, what he needed to do. He did it and had to come back to complete his work. Anyway thank you Aryss for getting us up and running. We wish that you would have the supervisor of the first attempt . You are enthusiastic, professional and courteous at your customer service skills. Thank you again.

Elevation Solar installed my solar panels . They were very professional and explained everything they were doing. They explained what was to happen next was what to expect. They were did a great job. Sherie M was my contact with Elevation Solar and she could not have been more helpful. She called me constantly to give me update and let me know what was next. She sent me all the info necessary to monitor my panels and was there if I had any questions. Very nice person. I would, and have recommended Elevation Solar

It was a good experiance Ryan the sales rep was very patient and answered all my questions. Was not forceful allowed me time to shop around and get other estimates. After doing so I called Ryan back told him what I got. He was able to get with his team and they were able to price match another companies proposal with better quality panels. Only regret is I should of signed up when we first met because I lost out on a higher rebate from CPS.

I had four quotes from four companies, but Elevation Solar actually provided a honest and realistic quote. Two other companies were using yearly KW below my actual usage, so their numbers were not valid, and very misleading. The other company never met me and sent all correspondence by email. I found that Elevation Solar was honest, and their deal was the best in quality and price. I have no hesitation in recommending the company, and their sales representative Douglas D. was informative, and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured.

I had a delightful talk with Dru and he explained the system and answered questions very well. He is well informed as to how the process works. The tools the company used to show me the break down as to my current bill and the estimated increase in power rates over time and how much money I can save with the system I chose to go with was very helpful. The spreadsheet was very detailed. He is sending it to me to review while I wait for the inspection period. Working with Elevation has been very good.

I contacted Elevation Solar since I wanted solar panels to reduce my NV Energy bill and they had very good customer service reviews. Billy came to my house and explained every thing well. Another company had talked to me previously and said that their price ($26k) could not be beat. Elevation Solar not only beat it by thousands, they had better financing and will use more efficient, American-made panels. The site survey occurred today and soon they will present me with a detailed plan for my solar system. Elevation may be small, but they are competent and will be the price of larger companies.
