I’ve tried another home warranty company that didn’t live up to their promises. Every time that I’ve turned in a claim to HWA they lived up to their contract. I wished that my appliances etc. didn’t break down but things happen beyond my control. So I can put my worries aside due to having HWA.

I've been with the company for over 5 years now and I've been very happy with the services. Only one little glitch along the way they sent me a company to look at my air conditioning and they cancel an hour before the appointment and maybe wait another week before I could be seen but no apparent reason I was dealing with somebody from an AI company. And the individual I spoke to from hwa it was not that receptive as to what was going on even though I'm a 71 year old woman with breathing difficulties and needed my air conditioning I was told that they could call another company but it would take another week so that didn't help anything. But overall I'm very pleased

this was the first time that it didn’t take forever for me to get an answer. The only thing I do dislike is that the gift card that you give me Lowes said it cannot be used for a payment on the new appliance in since I won’t get it for over 30 days and the current sale that they have that is in the price range of what you’re giving me I will have pay for it myself.
