I had a great experience with the service. My only issue was quickly resolved with a simple appointment for a tech to come and fix it. They were very responsive, and when my AC had problems, the claim process was smooth. Someone contacted me promptly with all the details for the visit. Highly recommend!

I had a positive experience with the customer support team. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, resolving my issue efficiently. They replaced my sink faucet quickly, and I appreciated their timely service. However, I did have some concerns with my oven's temperature regulation, but overall, I was satisfied with the service.

The service response time is decent, usually reaching out promptly for repairs. However, I've experienced delays in getting technicians to complete the work, and one issue remains unresolved after the initial diagnosis. While they do communicate, the follow-through on repairs could improve significantly.

I had mixed experiences with the service. While one technician was helpful and resolved my issue efficiently, another was a fraud, leading to a frustrating situation that required me to seek help elsewhere. Communication was also challenging at times. Overall, my recent experience was better than the last, but there's still room for improvement.

I had some unresolved issues and found it difficult to reach customer service. Once I finally got through, the experience improved, but overall, it was a frustrating process. I've only used the service once, and while they did send someone to help, I wish the initial contact was smoother.

I've had a positive experience with Home Warranties of America. They promptly addressed my issues, often the next day, even during holidays. Their service has been reliable since I started using them, and I appreciate their quick response times. I felt supported when my AC broke down, and they resolved it swiftly. Highly recommend!

Customer support is accessible but can be slow. My experience with the warranty service for a hot water heater was frustrating; the assigned company was far away and rescheduled multiple times. The technician's late-night request to use my bathroom was unprofessional. Overall, it felt like a lack of reliability from the service provider.

I had a terrible experience with a plumber who couldn't communicate and incorrectly advised us on our faucet installation. We ended up hiring a proper plumber the next day to fix the mess. It was a frustrating ordeal. On another note, we're currently filming final headings.

We have used the home warrently a couple times since moving to Missouri. They were easy to work with. The companies sent to us were prompt and professional, and our issues were handled with the same prompt and professional manner. The only out of pocket expense was what was contracted. Keep up the great work.

It would be nice if the customer can help find a technician to come out, although the company dispatch one in a timely manner, the appointment wasn't scheduled for another week and my a/c was out in the middle of summer. So if any changes can be made that is definitely one. Other then that I was been a loyal customer for 3 years now. So thanks for being there when I need to call.

I mean, a lot of the time the people, they don't seem to understand exactly. You can't understand hardly what they're saying. So sometimes it makes it a little difficult to it's for them to understand what you're trying to say and what you're trying to do. I know a lot of companies are using overseas or other countries for service, and that's what they do. And just so that you feel, you need to speak to somebody who can understand what you're saying, and you can understand what they're saying. I needed to use my warranty for my furnace, last month. And you have to wait until they find a contractor to take the claim. But I asked them why would have someone new come out who knows nothing about this furnace? Why wouldn't you have the person who installed the furnace come out? They said they don't do that. That they should be able to have you use the same people, so you don't have all these different people coming working on your products.

My furnace heater was broken. I think the timeframe is about the final technician come back fix, I'll say like one week to two. It's a little bit longer than I expected, but now it's not like not able to accept at all. The timeframe it's a little bit longer, but I like the service.

The representatives that I was dealing with were very clear and concise. I called the representative that initially when I purchased the house, and she was super nice, very detailed, thorough, and it made it easy and she also gave me the information. And it was very, very simple for me to use the warranty program when my pool pump broke.

The worker was very good, it just took a long time to get the people out here to do the work. I understand that's because there was a big weather event and there were lots of customers, but I didn't have running water for 17 days. I have used it several times and have always had very efficient, competent, pleasant, and polite folks to come and do the work. I had the garage door opener repaired and several plumbers have been out, and they've all been exceptionally good experiences with the people that came.

At first I thought that HWA was a good thing and that they were really interested in the well being of my house appliances and such. From day one there was communication, contractor and scheduling issues. I'm not a person who believes in just good enough when fixing or repairing something. I also know how things work, where to get parts and how to fix things too. One of the most annoying things is the price of coverage going up each year with the benefits decreasing. The renewal persuasion, sweet talking and slight strong arming to make me renew each year was pretty comical. I'm glad my policy is lapsing at the end of March and I won't have to deal with lack of customer service knowledge, waiting days to get a service scheduled and questionable repair jobs that I have had to correct myself. Unless you have some major stuff you know is going to go wrong in your house or you have no knowledge of how to fix things then maybe HWA is for you. Just be prepared to wait, be frustrated and have to be on your toes with all the subcontractors and questionable ethics.

The woman that I dealt with, though I didn't get the answers that I was looking for, was very professional and very informative. She did her best. The last 2 times I've had to use it, my refrigerator that went out and the dishwasher went out. I would have certainly been appreciative if we would have gotten anywhere close to the value of these appliances. The money they offered was 30% of what it cost us to replace these items. So I'm looking for a home warranty when this thing expires, I did buy it for 3 years. I'll be looking for somebody who gives me more of a replacement value than just 30% of the value of the replacement product.

I don't get any real answers when I ask questions. I just get whatever is printed on the website, no details. I just recently had to file a claim for my washing machine. A service guy came out and he said it costs too much to repair so then I gotta buy out. But Home Warranty doesn't explain two things. One, they don't explain why they came up with the value they did, because it's not enough to pay for a new washing machine. And then two, they can't really explain to me why I have to wait up to 30 days to receive the payout when I need a washing machine now. So now I am out of a washing machine for a couple of weeks until I get the payout, and I still have to pay extra, so it almost doesn't make it worth it to use Home Warranty.

We just had somebody come out today. Our thermostat and our furnace wasn't working properly, so I went online and submitted a claim. And then they emailed me back right away, saying that the claim had been submitted and they would contact someone to come out to work on the furnace. And they had somebody out within 2 days.

They have a very spotty record on whether or not things are covered. I recently had an issue with the surge protector that my entire house has. It's basically there to cover ALL appliances in the house without having a surge protector at the outlet level. Well, mine is spent, and I talked to them about replacing it. They denied it, and that makes NO SENSE. This is PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE... waaaaay cheaper than replacing a fridge or dryer or anything like that. I'd say the rate of them covering something breaking is about 50-50... and often you'll learn that they won't cover something AFTER you've shelled out a hundred bucks for the service call.

It's come in handy with my A/C. I've had two A/C replacements in the last couple of years. It was good except for the fact that the installer was waiting for authorization and was about to leave without installing a new garage door opener because he hadn’t heard back from the company. I called the company and was told it was approved. I found out later via email that it was approved before I contacted them. The installer assumed that you would get back to him.

One plumbing claim went well. The technician they sent was very good and fixed the problem. However, he wanted to fix the plumbing problem permanently, but was unable to get a customer service person on the phone for approval. My second claim went so badly, I just gave up and paid for a technician myself because I wanted to use my own electrician. I called customer service 5 times to get approval for my own electrician and could not get anyone that understood me, my electrical problem, or could help me. Customer service has been very frustrating! But, for simple repair issues, the HWA system works relatively well.
