I had a great experience with the support team; they were responsive and handled my details promptly. I didn't have recent phone interactions, so I can't comment on that. I also had an electrical issue, and they arranged for a contractor quickly who resolved the problem efficiently. Overall, a smooth process!

Sometimes it's difficult to communicate it because English is obviously not their first language and something is lost in the translation a lot of times just like I have a claim from two months ago that hasn't been addressed yet. You have to call them to open a claim and then it might be two or three days until somebody shows up to fix your air conditioner. The gentleman that was assigned to come take it care of it could not reach an agreement with them to be a provider. And he called me and said I'm not going to come out. So that's the only drawback is the time gap and getting a repair done.
