On my last claim the plumber that was sent out said my main drain was cracked and Hwa denied the repair. I had another company come out to get a second opinion and they where able to clear the drain and didn't find any cracks. The drain is flowing smoothly now. Because of bad service from the company Hwa sent out I lost out on $100 deductible plus I had to get another company to do the job and I had to miss a day of work. I was also notified that my monthly rate and deductible will be increasing so Because of that I'm going to be looking for another warranty company to go with.

Annual fee & service charge increases every year, but the service has not improved. HWA merged or is affiliated with Home Chooice now. I had to go through all kinds of red tape just to talk to someone who could find my account. I could not place a claim online because HWA could not locate an account on me. I've had an account with HWA for more than ten (10) years, and this how they treat their customers? That's the reason they got one (1) star. I should have been valued more for my services.
