When I lived in California I was in Costco I talked to a representative of Sunrun he told me that he was going to install in South Carolina. So I called Zephaniah S. he got it set up before January so I got the best rebate deals. At first Duke energy would rebate checks. Now it's better this January my bill was minus $306.06. In September it was minus $191.04. So by January my bill will be above minus one hundred plus dollars. I love showing the people I work with my electric bill.

Sunrun applied for the local permits n coordinated with PGE for the installation of the Tesla switch n did the necessary paperwork for PGE to authorize the operation of the power wall. I leased my panels up front to leverage SunRun’s free repair/replace for 25 years as well as their commitment to remove them at the end of the lease at no cost. As a result I’m paying $0 per month for approximately 9 months out of the year, and then a small amount for the remaining 3 months, which is pretty good for New England!

My salesman Ramez never pressured me into getting the service. He explained everything to me and answered my questions. I am so happy that I decided to use the service. Recently we had a power outage. My home never lost power. I didn't know there was an outage until I stepped outside. My summer electric bill went from $380 to $56 per month. They simply presented the information and the very real ways the solar could help not only our energy bills but also the environment. He told me all about Sunrun, and I'm so very glad he did. He called his Sunrun rep, who then called me. It's all history from there. Compared to the amounts my friends and co-workers are paying for electricity this summer, mine is amazingly low. Everyone I spoke with or dealt with at Sunrun was spectacular. The process was basically painless. You can and should trust them.

I had other companies tell me I had too many trees, I knew they were wrong, the trees only obscure my roof in the very early morning and late afternoon, during the day my roof faces directly South. John P. came in and gave me a proposal, I liked the terms. My roof was a little too old for Sunrun to be comfortable installing solar panels, John put me in touch with a roofer, I got a new roof, gutters, soffits and overhangs installed for less than half of what I was quoted by other roofing companies,(looking at you Long Roofing!). The panel installation was painless, my service including breaker panel was upgraded, and I also had a battery backup installed. I have not had an electrical bill since the install, on the contrary I always have a credit balance with National Grid. I see there are a lot of “attorneys “ pushing for lawsuits against you, I really don’t understand it, I can’t say enough good things about both John and Sunrun. I would definitely recommend you to anyone.

Friends in New Hampshire recommended Sun Run. Mike emailed me and that began an over two year research project for me. I had heard terrible things about solar companies so I began asking key questions and documenting his response. Energy costs here in Florida have been skyrocketing so that made me give them a shot. The team was very professional and easy to work with. During the cooler winter months my system actually generates a surplus so even during these hot humid summer months I haven't owed any money to my power company. I don't own the panels only lease them so if there are any issues they are SunRun's problem. Mike promised exactly what I received. No BS and a very good investment for me.

When I went into doing my research about a solar system, I did not want to go with a flyby night company but a strong company with a great reputation in the industry and Sunrun was it. I did not want to invest in solar panels either but also to include a battery 🔋 and that’s where it all pay off! I have not seen an electric bill in several years, and instead receive a check under $530 every year. Depending on how much energy I used during the year and combined with LED lightbulb or lights throughout the home and energy saving appliances. In fact , the battery was upgraded by the manufacturer completely free. Mind you, I had never encountered a problem with theprior battery either. A few times, when the the power have gone out in the neighborhood, people walk around and I heard them say, “Why does he have power or his lights are still on” I am extremely happy with Sunrun and highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid and reputable company. Don’t hesitate and call them now for an estimate.

Unfortunately, we have seen a lot of small companies come and go, which makes that incredibly challenging to when your system has been installed and the company or contractor that installed it no longer exists. Our system with Sunrun after six months of installation we have maintain a credit balance with Tucson Electric Power. The system hits its annual target solar production. Since our lease started 2017, we had a few disputes and all have been addressed and resolved with acknowlrable employees. We also receive phone calls, emails and updates since our system from Sunrun. I would recommend Sunrun for solar-powered to install a solar system.

A solar lease with SunRun Co. made sense to us. It's been 10 years, no roof leaks, great energy production, panels still look new, a great app to monitor daily, weekly and monthly energy collection even comparable to previous years. The contract guarantees what their panels produce yearly for the 20 year contract and they will replace equipment if it malfunctions. We saved an enormous amount of money. If someone considers solar, they can get a quote to see if it makes sense and compare to current APS bill.

We have an older contract for the PPA plan that was purchased from Vivint by the previous owners of our home. We assumed the contract in 2017. Since then our contract has been taken over by Sunrun. In our over 9 years with this system and dealing with Sunrun we have had zero issues. It has worked like a champ and our bills have been CONSIDERABLY lower than our non-solar neighbors. Sunrun regularly checks in with us to be sure we are satisfied and to monitor our "true-up" to be sure we are under control. We are totally happy with our system and the customer service we have received.

As we live in Woodbine neighborhood, before we had solar panels. in the summer we experience power outages., on & off. Then we had the winter storm, that hit North Texas 2021. Luckily, we had to generators & a small out door solar panels/generator to use. later in between 2024 - 2025 a bad thunder storm no power again - no land line & no cellphone service. Since we have solar panels & 2 back up battery storage units. Our electric bill for February 2026 winter time highest was $386.00. Our summer bills have been anywhere from $39.00 - June $40.00 July $44.54 & this August $69.28 all thru Reliant Electric. And free electric after 8pm Shawne & Mary henrickson

I really appreciated how clearly they explained my financial choices, detailing both lease and purchase options, as well as how to buy out the system later if I started with a lease.The new Sunrun app is fantastic. Favorite thing is: getting an electric bill that reads “you owe 0” My husband signed us up for solar panels from Vivent They came out checked out our roof and figured out the best place to put the solar panels !!! You do pay for them monthly ! Never had any problems with the solar panels, just spray them with the outdoor hose to clean off the pollen in order to get as much sun as you can!!! If you move you can take them with you! You get in touch with your electric co and tell them you have solar panels so they can add what you earned from your panels and figure out how much your bill will be!!! Meanwhile you are paying vivent every month For awhile ! In order to save some solar for a back up plan for you, in case of a power outage, you will need your own generator! We tried to buy one but at that time the state of Pa was not allowing it ! I’m very happy with the choice we made that I signed up for Vivent alarm system . My house has 3 cameras 1 is the doorbell cam so you can see who is coming to your house etc. One camera with spotlight on the side of the house and another on the back porch!!! I love the alarm system!!! You get notified that someone is at your door or dropping off packages etc you can view this on your phone at anytime!! I am very satisfied with the service I have gotten from vivent and I am able to sleep at night knowing that my house is safe!!!

I have had Sunrun on my house for about 10 years now, and I must say it has been one of the wisest decisions I’ve made as a homeowner. The electric bill savings were felt immediately, and over the years, those savings have grown even beyond what Sunrun originally projected. The Sunrun app makes it easy to monitor how my solar array is producing and check for any issues (though there haven’t been any yet). Additionally, a Sunrun representative reaches out annually to see how we’re doing and make sure we’re happy with our system. A friend of ours worked for the company. When we realized that we didn’t have to put up any money upfront, we were sold. If you can buy your panels outright, that’s great. But if you can’t, renting is still a no-brainer. We’ve had the panels for a few years now. We had one issue that caused a disruption in service for three months. The company did eventually fix it and reimbursed us for the electric bills we incurred during that time. Overall, I have no real complaints. The rental fee is fair at $92 a month for our home with a 2% increase every year for 15 years. Anybody I’ve had to talk to on the phone has been pleasant. We’ve had a couple of issues with people not getting back to us right away, but nothing that wasn’t taken care of eventually. Honestly, there’s absolutely no reason to decide against going solar. Whether you rent or buy, you are saving an incredible amount of money.

SunRun installed two systems for me, previously. Both worked flawlessly. Now after three years, I have accumulated enough energy credits from the saved production that not do I not pay for energy bills but the excess almost covers the monthly connection fee. I am proud to have been able to get the system installed as I view it as part of my long(er) term strategy to assist with both offsetting future energy costs (Las Vegas is very hot in summer) but the monthly savings I try to reinvest towards retirement; the difference is worth more than the past cost in the future. If you are looking to work with a great company, that in my experience has delivered exactly what they claimed I would get, I'd consider SunRun. Thank you for a great deal and exactly what you said I was purchasing. In a world where oftentimes we don't receive our money's worth, I can proudly say this has been an exception to the rule.

The business plan Sumrun offered seems fair and logical every step of the way the representative did exactly what they stated, and did it with respect and courtesy. Our experience with Sunrun solar: A+ We have a 3100 sq.ft. home in Massachusetts with central air/heating that uses heat-pumps with a backup natural gas fireplace for exceptionally cold nights. Fifteen months ago, we contracted with Sunrun to install a 19kw panel system on our barn roof. I’ll review our experience in 3 phases: design/installation, operational experience, and customer service. Design/installation: a tricky but rewarding experience. Our home is 240 years old; the barn, 200 years, is attached to the house and has a recently replaced roof. Given the barn’s age, Sunrun initially declined to install the system there, but – through a careful free consultation with their Engineers – a close inspection qualified the barn for use with no hassle. The system design was calibrated to our selling enough excess energy to the local utility in the summer to carry us through the less efficient winter months at no additional cost for the electricity used. That calibration has proven precisely correct. The installation teams were professional and courteous. We chose the option for a fixed rate payment for 25 years to avoid the high inflation of utility rates and recommend that approach. Operational experience: could not be better. No defects, no problems; works as designed. Customer Service: outstanding. Sunrun pays attention, provides a useful monitoring app, and responds to any concerns promptly (I had a misunderstanding of billing procedures and actually enjoyed clearing it up on the phone). This system ranks as a major investment and we were nervous in the beginning, but our experience with Sunrun has allayed our anxieties and would recommend them to others without reservation.

Through out the process, they were also able guide me and help me with replacing my roof and breaker panel at no cost so my home could qualify going solar.
