From the time the sales guy knocked on my door and the 46 panel, two inverter system was installed and approved, the experience was nothing short of excellent. The system has performed as advertised other than one small glitch that was immediately addressed and resolved. Information was readily available and any questions/concerns were responded to quickly and professionally. About the only issue was PG&E dragging their feet through the approval process. I would heartily recommend the Sunrun team to anyone seeking a solar solution. Thank you to Josh and Troy and Jake. You guys were great!!

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Keep in mind that the size of your utility bill is based on your usage. If your bill is higher than last year, you may be using more power than last year. Since your Sunrun rate is lower than that of your utility, that means you'd be paying even more for your current usage without solar. In other words, you're still saving.
