Thank you for your feedback, I understand your savings with Sunrun are a concern. To address these concerns, we will run a Savings Analysis in which we will compare what you paid to both Sunrun, and your utility to what you would have paid exclusively with your utility had you not gone solar with us.



When you have a chance, please send in your most recent 12 months of utility bills. These bills must include the kWh usage and dollar amount charged for each month. If you do not have hard copies of these bills, they can be found on your utility's website. You can use this website to find instructions for retrieving your bills. Please make sure the statements you send in are not the gas portion of the bill and include the necessary components stated above.

Hello Steve C. There are many reasons why this could happen. For example, if you consumed more energy this year, your utility bill will be higher. If you've had the system for more than a year we can run a Home Electric Report and analyze your consumption.

Hello, Keep in mind that the size of your utility bill is based on your usage. If your bill is higher than last year, you may be using more power than last year. Since your Sunrun rate is lower than that of your utility, that means you'd be paying even more for your current usage without solar.
