They were very helpful. They explained everything as to what was going to happen and how they were going to set it up. I've had no problems. They keep checking to be sure everything is running fine and anytime I can go online and look to see how much we have generated. Everything is all set up. If it rains, it washes it. If it snows, the snow slides off and it's not in our way. It doesn't interfere with anything and it keeps my electric bill very low. Comparing what it cost me to lease the panels as to what I was paying for the electric, it's very good.

Whatever problems that we came up against when doing the installation, they resolved them quickly and efficiently. I cannot believe how easy the project went and how smoothly it went, I've never experienced any contractor perform in the way the sun run performed. The process was incredibly smooth including things like minor details like replacing a stock when they put in they put in a new electrical panel there was issues with the roof they took care of that as well. I recommended them to my mother and she's also very satisfied. The sales staff and contractors are all amazing and I appreciate that the work was performed in a professional manner and everything was handled very smoothly and I really do appreciate having solar in my house.

All the pricing was pretty much even, but the customer service starting with the sales rep and all the way through the process has been top notch. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. It was like I was the only customer and they want to make sure everything went right through. The installation went without a hitch and was a lot faster than I thought it was going to be. It was very hands off. I didn't have to do anything, it was just too easy. Everything works perfectly. I've had no issues and it's very eays to understand the app when you're looking at the power or what you're using. Everything is user friendly. Specifically Brandon, my service rep, has been outstanding in this process and I really depend on him. He finds out answers to my questions in a timely manner and get's back to me so he's a top notch employee.

SunRun was able to answer all my questions. The showed me examples of work that they had done. They made sure I had information about solar panels and solar savings. They were quit thorough. The installation process was flawless.They were on time and very respectful of my home. They showed me what they had done after they finished. Everything works the way that it should. Customer service is excellent they are reliable and they're prompt in responding to your calls. About the equipment. The panels are on my roof and we had a horrible storm and I was concerned because my neighbor had pieces of their roof fly out but I had no incident. The other cool thing about SunRun is I had a small stipend for referring other customers to them. I referred them because I thought the service was nice and really didn't expect anything but I thought that was a nice touch.

They're very consistent, thorough, and follow through. The Installation process went very well I think they finished even a day ahead of schedule. Of course being inside the home it's understandably noisy within them banging on the roof however I'm very pleased with the end results. From what I've seen the quality is excellent it performs well. I've seen other systems throughout the different communities and whatnot and different places of business I just like the look and the design of the SunRun system. It's been great. Texas suns are monstrous with the heat but the sun is working in my favor.

They were at Costco and Costco stands behind what they sell at their store. They came out and did the measuring and they came and installed it and took a couple of days and then we had to wait for inspection so everything pretty much went as we were told ahead of time. There was one problem, they came out and fixed it but they didn't fix it immediately it was a few days and we weren't sure what was going on but other than that it was great and they took care of it. Everything has gone really well and for the first year we had a bill of a hundred and thirty dollars but we didn't install it until one month into the year so we're pleased.

I'm a Costco member and I made an appointment with them and when they came out to my home, they were very courteous, on time, and were very knowledgeable. I've had a few issues along the way, but they called me back right away or emailed me back right away and were able to take care of any complications so that's very good customer service. The installation was very smooth and quick. All the gentlemen who did the service were courteous, very friendly, and very nice. They put it up in no time and explained everything to me when I needed to look for it. It was a really good experience. The equipment they put in the box on the side of the house and it's very easy to read the instructions. Everything that they've done has been very well handled. They've been very honest from the beginning.

They kept me apprised of every step of the process and it made it incredibly easy and smooth for me and for my solar panels and power in a very quick time frame. Everything was planned ahead of time and scheduled. They showed up on schedule and everything was done within a couple of hours. It looks great and they cleaned everything up and it was beautiful. Our town inspector came out to take a look and they were very impressed with the amount of solar power the panels were collecting when it was still early in the season, in early March, and that to me was a really good time. These were really great technology.

Everything went perfectly during installation. There wasn't a hiccup in the whole process. They were professional and courteous. They were on time and they got our job done quickly and I'm happy as a clam. They were quick about it and explained to me what they were doing. They told me exactly how long it would take. They were very professional, every single one of them. The system is working perfectly. We haven't had any glitches in the system and I'm very happy with it. We had sort of an unusual occurrence. The day they completely finished the installation, the technician had left and unbeknownst to me, the power went off, but I didn't think the system was working. So I called him and he came back.

Several of my neighbors had already used them so when we heard about them we asked for a rep to come over and give us a proposal. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all, so we signed up for it. I had already bought a solar system for a previous house, so I knew that it could cost quite a bit of money. We really liked the option they gave us of not paying a lot of capital upfront for their equipment. They seem to have a pretty good system to keep you informed through the process. They either email or call on every step of the way. Their construction team was very efficient too and as far as I know they did their job right.

I got interested in solar because I was getting high electrical bills. I had to do something to cut my costs so I went for it. The installation was done efficiently and faster than what I thought. It also had no cost, all I have to pay is the monthly fee. My contract is for 20 years, so for that time I don't have to worry about it. It has cut about 40% off of my electric bill already. The biggest problem that we ran into was with the Homeowners Association. They slowed everything down and stopped us from doing what we wanted to do in our home. I had to go 3 or 4 times and do all these things to get it all approved. I don't think they should even be involved, I mean, I'm putting up panels on my own house, it should be my own choice. Hopefully they can get the lawmakers involved and straighten things out. That way they may realize that, you know, it's the customer's choice to put things on their home. No one else should have to get involved or put up restrictions on what we can or can't do. It should be up to me not the HUAC.

The installation process with SunRun was efficient and professional. However, the lack of clarity from the salesman regarding costs has led to higher expenses for me post-installation. If given the chance, I would reconsider signing a contract with SunRun due to increased electricity expenses.

I've been waiting since January for a problem to be resolved, and it's still not taken care of. The installation was done years ago, so that's not the issue. The real problem lies in their poor customer service. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't prioritize resolving issues in a timely manner.

Sunrun's engineers approved our house to receive solar panels but their installers said they could not put the panels on our cathedral ceiling so another engineer came out and inspected our roof, said they could go ahead with the work. Installers came back and started the job but again said there was no way to do it. They left my roof with leaking holes and metal flashing for installation (which they couldn't complete). When I complained about the water coming in they came out and fixed the leaks but still left the metal flashing and holes (which they said were sealed) in the other part of the roof. They said I was lucky they repaired what they did and have no intention of fixing the rest. I would never recommend Sunrun to anyone!

I was not informed that I had options for the panels I was only given lease choice. I was told I can have them removed anytime , I called and was told to ready contract. I had 4 trees that were blocking panels in morning hours I showed proof and did not get help only if I would recommend client and installed was offered 1000. I paid 4500 got the tree removed and now I was producing almost double. I was told I was getting what I was supposed to. Yet still getting bills everymonth light company. Regret putting these on my new roof that I paid for.I was not informed that I had options for the panels I was only given lease choice. I had a frustrating experience with the lack of follow-up calls from the company. While the installation process was satisfactory and the team did a good job cleaning up, there was an oversight in the design phase resulting in insufficient panels. As a result, I still have to pay my power bill every month, which is disappointing.

SunRun Solar representatives turned out to be a whole lot better than expected. After talking to neighbors with solar systems by far SunRun exceeds them. No issues from start to finish. Dates for preparation, installation and up and running were right on time as promised. Neighbors have taken over two years to get approved and running.

The technicians were able to quickly identify and fix the problem with our system, which turned out to be a faulty wire. They efficiently resolved the issue by using an alternate wire, and our system has been functioning perfectly ever since. The installation process for SunRun went smoothly, and I am satisfied with the outcome. Overall, I am pleased with the service provided by the technicians and the performance of the system.

Installation crew conscientious and clean. Listened and responded to feedback and suggestions. On-site crew explained all the equipment and operation details. Sunrun handled the local permit process. Also followed up after initial installation with a "how is it going" visit. Made one service call to correct issue detected remotely---without my having to contact them. So far trouble free, and I frequently have a negative balance from the electric company.

I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of my experience with SunRun — from the installation to ongoing maintenance and great power generated. They called me when their system detected an issue rather than me having to hunt them down. I am so glad I elected to keep them as my “utility” company rather than owning the panels outright. I’m still paying off a much older set of solar panels that are 1/2 broken, and the company I worked with then is out of business

We weren't crazy about the sales rep that came to our house, but in spite of him we went ahead with the solar installation. They were easy to work with and until the installation was completed there was a single person to deal with if we had any questions or concerns. We had no electric bills in the summer months, but did have them in the winter. Having said that I also have to say we had a lot of cloudy days and more snow this past winter than usual.

Sunrun was absolute on the mark! I had Sunrun install solar panels on my rental property. Tenant utilities are included in the rent, so it was a no-brainer to have solar installed to help with my expenses. The savings are significant. And, I'm also helping our environment, along with my tenants, in being morally conscience regarding daily, weekly, and monthly energy useage! I loved the professional attitude and presentation from all the Representatives that we spoke with from the initial young man at Home Depot to Robert who came to the house . Also loved the way we were spoken to and explained thoroughly how the system works to how to clean the panels and we have received follow up calls almost quarterly to check on our savings and system to ensure that we are getting full benefit of our system

Have had Sunrun for three years now and it’s worked great so far. A lower and predictable monthly bill; and the few times we’ve had blackouts, the back-up battery has kicked in nicely and we appear to be the only house on the block not sitting in the dark. Spencer was a great rep for the company when we initially inquired, no pressure at all, just a lot of information provided in a friendly way.

From the first phone call, to the overview presentation about projected billing with a thorough explanation of the solar installation process, then to the workers who came to put in the panels, the electrician and all of the follow up, not one flaw in the entire process! Mike L. has provided superb customer service the entire time, and I appreciate the support of his assistant Megan as well. I have not had an electric bill in over a year!

Last year, Melissa R. was very instrumental in the design and installation process of our new 10 panel solar system. My wife and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable of the solar industry at large and how to meet, through technical expertise, the specific needs of the client. Also, she excellent with regard to responding to post installation questions or concerns. I highly recommend Melissa (as a Sunrun Solar professional) to counsel one through the entire solar acquisition process. Kent C

Buddiee de la G. is awesome, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable of Sunruns solar panel products and is able to answer our questions easily. Sunruns service has been topnotch and has communicated to me where we were at with the process every step of the way, and would recommend Sunruns (and Buddiee specifically if he is available!) to my friends and family with bo hesitation!
