Very upset with the fact that the representative who sold me the product did not disclose the fact that they charge $200 per panel to be removed if work on your roof needs to be done. They said that they will take care of the panels, but never mentioned it would cost money to remove.

Excellent company and great service!

Sunrun is a top notch company! From start to finish, they did an excellent job of installing new solar panels, a new state of the art breaker box and back up battery for our home and they did it all in one day! I would recommend Sunrun to anyone seeking the installation of solar panels for their home.

The install process was stress free since SUNRUN handles every step. The equipment and installed panels appear to be high quality. I like the phone app that allows me to monitor the progress of install and permitting. The app also allows me to monitor exactly how my panels are generating and using power.

I was pleased with the service from Sunrun. However, I'm disappointed that they don't work with my ATS company in Arizona, causing a 24% increase in rates. Despite having 32 panels on my roof, I don't see the expected savings. When I reached out to my rep for an explanation, I never received a response. Overall, a bit disappointed with the lack of communication and the increased costs.

I contacted the company regarding an issue and was assured a callback within 48 hours, but had to follow up after 5 days. The referral process could be improved. I referred a neighbor who was told to wait for inspection, despite already having it done. There seems to be miscommunication.
