I referred a neighbor who was told to wait for inspection, despite already having it done. There seems to be miscommunication. So far, my experience with the solar system has been smooth. Whenever I've had issues, I received prompt assistance. The installation was done by Vivint, not the company I'm reviewing, and later acquired by SunRun. As long as the bills remain affordable, I'm satisfied with the service.

I had an excellent experience with the solar company. They were quick to respond to any issues and the installation process was extremely smooth. The panel has been working well since 2019 and they made sure to clean up any debris after installation. Overall, everything has been 100% positive and I highly recommend them.
