It's not what I expected as some say home warranties do not respond quickly etc. This is wrong. I put in a work order and within 24 to 48 hours (time depends if I put request in on a weekend or holiday) I hear back from 2-10 and then the company contacts me. I recommend 2-10!

My oven quit working, I called in to notify them, they put in work order and in 2 hours the technician from Advanced Appliance called, set the appointment. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed the oven Easy-peesy and now I am cooking with gas!

This is probably one of the best technicians that I have had. In some previous work the technicians did not seem to want to explain or help you understand what type of work needed to be done and why. Not with Splash Plumbing. Mr J. stayed in communication, explain things and gave suggestions for small improvements to keep trouble away. I recommend him highly!

I highly recommend 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty company. I received a policy when I purchased my home 7 years ago and I have held my policy ever since. Over the years they have saved me literally thousands of dollars in home repairs. But that cannot compare to the peace of mind I have from knowing that when something goes wrong 2-10 is there to help me. As a landlord, I can relax knowing that when my tenant calls with a problem, I can go straight to 2-10 for the needed repairs. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The service has always been exactly as promsised, no surprises. Just carefully choose your policy terms and relax knowing that 2-10 has you covered. This may sound made up because I am a writer by trade. But I assure you that every word is true and I have received no compensation for saying this.

It was the A/C unit. It was blowing cold air, and it just kept going and going and going. And they came and they fixed it. And then prior to that, the garage door. I love 2-10. I refer them to everybody. They're nice, and it's easy to use. I'm kind of old school, I'd rather talk to somebody than just do it online. But if it's not major-major, I'll do it online. But if it's major-major, then I'll just call and talk to someone directly. And everyone's super nice, I've had real turnaround time. The contractors are quick. I've never really had to have someone come out more than once or twice, they get it done the first time.

I didn't have any issues. I spoke to a representative at the beginning of this month or the end of last month concerning the issue that I had and concerns as to how the company was going to actually help me out. And the young lady that I spoke to, I think her name was Amina, was very nice. She was very educated about the different policies and programs that y'all had with 2-10 Warranty. And so with her customer service alone, it made me feel comfortable with asking the questions that I need to be asked concerning my home. She provided great feedback and she knew exactly what she was talking about when it came to the actual warranties for our home.

2-10 is the best. I’m very thankful that the seller of our home purchased this warranty service for us. We had a series of unfortunate circumstances and 2-10 was there for us 100%. They covered 2 furnaces that winter. One furnace quit on us, then a couple weeks later the other furnace went out. They replaced both furnaces. Then our washing machine failed. We took a rebate to get a new one. Then summer came around and the A/C wasn’t working. They sent someone out to recharge the system, later we discovered it needed to be replaced and they covered the replacement. If that weren’t enough, the dishwasher went out and once again we took another rebate to replace the unit. I’m extremely grateful for their service. Everyone that I had contact with, from the people in the office to the contractors doing the work were very quick to respond, keep you informed, professional in every aspect, and worked to resolve the issues with our systems

We lost our old HVAC system due to age. We went through the process of getting it repaired and ran into significant issues during the process. As the escalation team took over, it turns out that things got worse. That is until Laurie C from the president's office got involved and straightened out any of the misconfusion and we ended up extremely happy with her and her team! She is an ANGEL! We were in the process of deciding to renew our first year and felt that dealing with 2-10, despite any issues we endured, was well worth the time, investment, and commitment to staying with these professionals. We are quite happy!

2-10 Home Buyers is great, but some of the contractors they hire are not so great. They cause 2-10 to have a bad name. One electrical contractor sent someone to fix my problem. He assumed the switch on my electrical box was causing the problem, so he changed it, and the problem seemed to be fixed. I paid him and he left. But as soon as he left, the problem happened again; so the switch was not what was causing the problem. When I called for him to come back, he refused and refused to refund my money. 2-10 had to send another contractor out. He refused to leave until he found out what was causing the problem. He went up into the attic, which the other contractor did not do, and found what was causing the problem and fixed it. I have not had the same problem again.
