I’ve had the repair man out to my house twice on my washer three or four times on my refrigerators icemaker. The icemaker to this day works for a little while and then stops floods my floor. The washer was just fixed couple of weeks back and it quit working, two days ago. Every time they come out, they have to go back to get parts and it takes a week or week and a half to give anything fixed. Nothing personal against the guy that comes out but nothing seems to stay fixed. Y’all may want to think about , finding a different repair shop to use this is getting frustrating. I’ve decided not to mess with the washer again so I went out and bought one. Money out of my pocket.

Last year, I had a water leak in my home and submitted a service request for a plumber. Unfortunately, no one came to repair the ceiling on the right wall, as the drywall replacement was no longer covered by the warranty. Disappointed with the lack of follow-through on the repair.

It seems like the screening process for contractors could be improved. I had a bad experience with one contractor and was disappointed to be referred to the same company again. Overall, the service depends on the contractor, so improvements in the screening process are necessary to ensure consistent quality.
