Well I had used other companies and then I found 2-10 online and they seemed to cover more stuff for a little bit less money than I was paying and I've used them a few times and they do work very well. I had a problem with my dryer and they came out and fixed it and changed the parts out and it was a good experience. They get the people out quickly to service your problems, and seem to go out of their way to make sure everything's done.

I called on a Sunday and somebody was out Monday morning. I was very pleased, like I said, I've been kind of selling it to my clients for years and just bought mine a couple years ago and was just very happy with the response time and the professionalism of the vendor who came to do the repairs.

Every time I call them, they are prompt to answer and take care of what I ask for. I used them recently to repair my heat pump and someone was out here two days later to fix it. The problem happened again the following week and they came back quickly to make sure it was really fixed. I'm very happy with how it all worked out. Another time, I needed new locks for the house and they sent me a check to reimburse our expense.

Even if something isn't included in your contract, they point it out and tell me next time how to renew in the future so that it is covered in the future. I've used them several times and they always come quickly to fix things we need fixed. They come to our house in a timely manner and take care of the particular issues we have.

We've had 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty for 17 years and just renewed with them again. We had our refrigerator go out and they gave us options on what we could get to replace it. We were very happy with what they presented to us. They are quick to respond and it doesn't take more than a few hours to hear back from them. They are a little pricey, but it's worth it for what they give in their product.

Recently, our dishwasher was leaking and they sent someone out the next day and fixed it right up. We haven't had problems with the dishwasher since then. Overall a 3 company. I have used them multiple times, multiple years. The repairs usually get done within a reasonable time. The point is: they are a repair company. So they will always try to repair. I have had one issue and that was with my very old stove. The parts literally were not available anymore! The communication between departments was terrible (cuz they are all working from home) and I literally did not have my oven/stove for 7 weeks!! TONS of phone calls. So that was VERY stressful and they would NOT budge and get done what needed to be done. Other than that claim, everything else has been repaired satisfactorily. I am glad I have had this warranty, it has saved me a lot in getting repairmen out to the house!

Everything is always handled quickly. Somebody always gets back to me with information. They act more properly than any other warranty that I’ve previously. What I pay more month is reasonable. The people they send out are always qualified. My garbage disposal was leaking over the holidays and they got right back to me to give me the name of the plumbers, though they couldn’t come to me for a couple of days because of the holiday.

Do not use 2-10 my water heater broke over 2 weeks ago. They called out 1 plumber to get a bid. The bid was too high and they refused to approved it. They *never* reached out to me to give updates on this process. I have to call them every day during my lunch break to check for updates and still nothing!!! It's been +2 weeks no hot water and my house smells like mold. It's pulling teeth getting them to fix it! This is for any problem.

AWFUL. I have had this home warranty almost 8 years and not had to use it much or would have switched before now. Our only ac unit has been out since Friday over 144 hours since I placed the claim. My daughter, dog, and I haven't been able to stay at our house in 6 nights. They claim that it is "an emergency", yet they have been looking for parts since Friday... the only update. I have been told that it is 3 different business days at this point and they cannot provide me anything else. The employees don't seem to want to help besides reading me what I can already tell them since I have been hearing the same thing since Friday, transferring me, and one wanting me to call to see where the parts are and said he was giving me the number. NOT my job, NOT offering to help with anything. I am not sure why I pay to have this for no help and I will be waiting another whole week for this "emergency" when it has gotten over 100 degrees. Our house was 90 degrees. Paid over 7 years for almost nothing and awful service(I maybe have made 3 calls till this)

I guess I was sold a donkey. I though to have insurance is a peace of mind. Not the case. Whenever I called to speak about my claim. No work could be done until it was approved. Calling and waiting 27 minutes to the worlds worst elevator music is time lost. This happened three times where I was not allowed to do any work until approved and each time I was told that you would send someone out. Each time I would wait 24 hours and get a call that there is no one in my area and to contact my own contractor, plumber and furnace/ac repair. Each time costing me more money. If you're only going to pay a small amount toward repairs. Just let us upload and be done, and cut the check. This has been the worst experience and time lost to be off work to have people come over and not do the work until approved. Needless to say I am canceling.

The service at this place is top-notch, there's no denying that. However, the prices they charge are simply ridiculous. It's hard to justify spending so much when there are more affordable options available. Overall, I'm not sure if the quality of service makes up for the high cost. It's a tough call, but I might have to look elsewhere for a better deal.

We've had several occasions to utilize our warranty for our AC unit, with River City Heating and Cooling being assigned to us each time, despite our preference for an alternative provider. Our recent interaction highlighted some procedural concerns. After a less-than-satisfactory service call where River City Heating and Cooling used a bolt to secure a damper switch, subsequent issues arose. When discussing this with 2-10's customer service, it was disappointing to find that details of our previous communication were not accurately recorded, impacting the resolution process for the broken damper handle. Ultimately, 2-10 declined coverage for the damper handle repair and advised us to contact River City Heating and Cooling directly. This ongoing reliance on the same service provider, despite recurring issues and temporary fixes, has understandably left us questioning the effectiveness of this partnership. Furthermore, our experience extended beyond HVAC repairs; we encountered similar frustrations when another assigned company failed to resolve issues with our dishwasher, despite the service fee paid. Moving forward, it would be beneficial for 2-10 to consider diversifying their network of service providers and implementing more robust protocols for evaluating and monitoring these companies. Addressing concerns promptly and effectively during initial service calls would significantly enhance customer satisfaction and minimize repeated complaints. In conclusion, while appreciating the coverage provided by 2-10 Home Warranty, we encourage them to prioritize service quality and provider accountability to better serve their customers' needs. We remain hopeful for improvements in their service delivery and provider selection processes in the future.

Just recently, my oven went out. I provided the model number and serial number. I was contacted by the appliance repair company and they came out, were able to identify the problem, and fixed the oven. Not enough follow-up after the initial contract.

It has been so value of money investment for my home . I have used their warranty and it has been packed with all different types of coverage that covers home devices and mostly thing inside house , i feel it totally secured now. I worked outside most of the time and i was afraid to leave house by itself . Even security does not work since thieves just wear masks and can rob easily even with security and motion sensor there.

The Plumbing Company, C&P Plumbing was out quickly to help with our Hot Water repair! We needed help after our circuit breaker tripped and we had no Hot Water! My daughter is a Nurse at VCU, and my husband is disabled with ALS. They can not skip showers, and thanks to C&P Plumbing no one in our household will have to worry about showers, running the dishwasher or doing the laundry!

My first Claim Professionalism 5 Stars. The Tech Hamid from On Time Heating and Plumbing was amazing. Efficiency and Effectiveness 5 Stars each. Second Claim (Still Ongoing) Professionalism 5 Stars. The Tech Ben and the owner Angelo from A&P Appliances are amazing. Efficiency 1 Star. I give 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty the lowest ranking because of their paperwork screw-up the job got delayed a week because the part was not ordered. It was not an issue for A&P it was on 2-10's side. This brought my overall ranking of the company down a Star to make it 4 Stars. Effectiveness has not been rated yet as the work is still outstanding.

It's a great company. They get somebody right away. And it's amazing if you use the home owner's portal how much faster you get responses than you do when you call. Just a month ago I had a couple of water leaks on my copper pipes. I called them and the next day I had all tech plumbing out and they fixed them. I paid my 100 bucks and then it was done. It saves a lot out of pocket up front, so I I can't complain.

Your customer service kind of sucked, but now your service has gotten a little better. I did decide to give you another try, and now your customer service is really good. Everything is easy to do on the portal. And they are pretty knowledgeable, but if they don't know they go to try and find out if it is covered or not.

I needed to use the warranty recently actually. I think we went online, we submitted the request and they actually replied really fast. I think it was like they started working the claim right away, giving us an update the very next day. I got an actual call from the vendor, so that's what I like the most. They're very responsive.

Most of the time I called they did get things taken care of, everything got fixed. They had to fix the electric the outlets - they found out there was wiring stuff that was messed up - so they fixed that. So I'm very satisfied.

Very pleasant, professional, and quick responses. We're pleased with them and we've used it several times. We had a problem with our air conditioning and they immediately sent it out to a company, a contractor, and they responded that afternoon. They came out the next day, repairs were done, we paid our copayment and everything worked fine.

My air conditioning unit went out and I put an online report in. I received the call the next morning from 2-10 stating that somebody will be in touch with me and exactly 35 minutes after that, the air conditioning and heating company called. His name was Lee. He was very competent, very knowledgeable.
