I had a backed up plumbing line and the person that came out did a really good job. Went above and beyond what he had to do. The contractors we've dealt with so far have been good, but they need to expand. They need to get more contractors for the area I live in.

In general we feel like it's saved us money which is always good, and the customer support people have been pleasant and kind. But also the couple of times we've had a question or an issue, it's not usually been something that the first person we talked to was able to address. One time I had to call 3 different departments to finally get an answer and that's just a little frustrating. We had a brand new refrigerator when we came and it had lots of problems and you know, 2-10 had somebody come out multiple times and eventually the whole thing had to be replaced and they walked us through all of that, which was was good and helpful. The only downside is that you don't get to pick which service provider is coming out, they assign one to you and so we have had some varying levels of success with different providers.

Everything is online. I don't have the satisfaction of the interpersonal connection with another human being. The vendors that are chosen or that are assigned the jobs are not proactively communicative, at least to the degree I would like. In the last 30 days I had a refrigerator that broke down and the gentleman came out to assess it and said that it would require $500 of parts and labor to fix it. And then I got contacted by 2-10 saying that they would give me a a settlement offer of $400 but they weren't actually going to fix the refrigerator. So that's what happened and that left me less than satisfied.

Sometimes when I call the representative does not know what they're really talking about, and they tell you something totally different what's against the policy. I had to used my warranty on my dishwasher when I first purchased the house and that was replaced. The second time I used it was for my microwave and because it wouldn't work and then he came in and replaced whatever needed to be replaced and now it's working fine.

It's not the easiest to get ahold of them. They're forcing people to use the website and I don't necessarily like that. I'd rather call and talk to someone. My washer went out, but it took me a long time to finally get a hold of someone there, but I eventually did, and I had a nice guy here locally that worked with me and got my washer working so I he was very good so I appreciated that.

They get in contact with a contractor quickly and the service request is handled. Usually within 24 hours I get notified that somebody had been assigned and that they would reach out to me. I've had a good experience with being able to communicate with someone, either virtually through chat or over the phone.

Once you can get through and get them on the line, they're usually very responsive. Overall had a great experience with their customer support. My garage door was not working and closing right and they got a contractor that came out who was excellent in his field. Superb in this field. Knew his stuff. Did everything he needed to do and thoroughly took care of everything. I didn't have to wait long either. I was contacted and within a day or two after the contractor actually came out and took care of everything on in the same time. He was done within an hour.

They're responsive and very helpful. About two weeks ago I had three things break all at once. I called them set up an appointment online and it was very easy. They sent me a company and the contractor came, looked up what the problem was. It was done in less than a week. All I paid was my out of pocket and that was it.

When getting repair with heater technician here with me for 2 hours waiting to get ahold of someone at 2-10. He had to leave tried to write all that was wrong. While on the road finally 45 min later I was on the phone with rep and she gave me a number but apparently this was not the right number the team needed sent paperwork online from outsourced company . I didn’t feel that 2-10 would work with me “ we are repair not replace company. So $16000 later got no followup. When went to check no mention of claim. I had to replace due to husband in hospital and I would need heat and all the banging from heater was scary. My husband has since past .

Then she went ahead and contacted Ace Plumbing and she and she took care of everything, I didn't have to make any calls after I talked to her so she was wonderful, very very good customer support.

Well we have been using it since we moved into the house and we really enjoy this services. You don't have to wait long for them to call you back and then do a really good job to your satisfaction. We had issues with the garage door and they were able to came out the same day and fix it. I think that they do a very good job. Really good service.

I just needed to use them last month and one of the people that came they temporarily fixed it and you try and call him back and he never answered the phone again so I had to call 2-10 and they sent me someone else out which they did a great job. I've had them for 18 years and over the years the cost has gone up but I think it's well worth it.

They arrived on time, they gave me a good person that is reliable to do the service. They even offered to pay. Didn't bill me for one of the calls because of the issue being so unusual.

We used them several times. We had the air conditioner run go out and I placed an online request for service. Within about two hours I had a call from a contractor who came out the next morning. He showed up actually earlier than he said he would be here. He solved the problem and educated me. Something that was unique about our air condition unit which had a circuit breaker born in it and told me how to use it when I also have a help to reset that without requiring a service call so I thought that was an exceptional experience. The company follows up nicely.

The phone representatives are awesome. However, there is a lack of communication and no attention to detail when it comes to ordering parts quickly and efficiently. We have had no Air Conditioning for a week now and I cannot get an update on the status of the parts. Furthermore, there is a contractor that I officially complained about (Lloyd's/Whitewater) and was told I would get a call from the department that deals with contractors and have not gotten any contact about it. Our current contractor, Southeast Air is doing a great job but they cannot finish because no urgency is being put on getting the part and we are living in a house with NO AIR Conditioning where it is 85 degrees with a 100 degree heat index outside. This is completely unacceptable yet the right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing to get this resolved.

My AC went out and got very hot in the house so I had to put in a request for the AC contractor to come out. He actually came the same day I put the request in super quick, super fast. I liked the contractor, they were very good and since they're local they're super fast. I would refer anybody to join 2-10 Warranty.

It's definitely a good service, especially because I had another service previously and with 2-10 it's just been pretty smooth. They have a very good website but when you want to call and talk to somebody it's more difficult, you might be on hold for a while.

They're pretty responsive. I've only had a few issues where it took awhile to get someone actually assign to my case. You go to the website, fill out the work order request, and they find someone. I would say I don't think they check their list of providers consistently because when I reached out for a plumbing issue the first person they assigned to me was no longer available. It's been a better experience than other companies I have used.

I never speak to anyone verbally, but the customer service via the technology was more than I anticipated. My guest bathroom had a leaking faucet and it was it was constant it started to stain my ceiling. They are timely and the service providers that are under contract are top notch quality. We just needed to use our warranty a few weeks ago when our upstairs AC unit was not working correctly. I logged onto the website and was able to request service and even request the contractor that we specifically wanted and had used in the past and it was all arranged the way we had requested within a few minutes and I had a service scheduled for the next morning. The online website is much improved over previous experiences with the people in customer service from several years ago and were less than positive.

Every time I've called about issues in the area they all help me out a lot. Recently my washing machine was making a noise so a service technician came out and he diagnosed it as the drum was bad and recommendation would be to replace this washing machine and the only downfall was I had to wait some time before the washing machine was delivered. I was overall happy with the service.

We had troubles with the third party and their representative handled it very well. I've used my warranty recently for my heating air conditioning system, which was going out after 16 years and could not be fixed but it had to be replaced.They were not finished until I was satisfied with the work that was done.

Was easy to use, we've done it twice already. As soon as I did the online work order somebody was calling me that day to schedule an appointment to fix whatever it was. Just very quick to respond back to get someone out here. Overall good experience.

It's easy to schedule and easy to get in touch with somebody when I need to. We had an issue with our HVAC a couple of weeks ago and I wasn't getting a response from the person who was originally assigned to it so I called and they changed it and I got a response right away from that person. I tend to have a problem with the plumbers.

Anytime you call customer support takes 60 minutes waiting before you have to speak to a person. The message tells you over and over again to address your concerns online on the website but you can't address almost anything if I put in a work request online. Every time I've called in the last six months because I've dealt with them constantly on a weekly basis it's one of the people it hangs up on me. They never called me back which is not really understandable considering they have my phone number up on the screen because they confirm it so I never know why people lose connection with you and never bothered to call you back. I also dealt with several people recently who had no idea what they were doing. It used to be better.

I would recommend 2-10 to other homeowners. It's great thing to have, even if nothing goes wrong you have something there that can help you out. I've always been able to get a fast response and we have been able to take care of whatever problem has come up in a timely manner.

Every time I've had to use it except this last time it's been good. I submit an online request and they would call within twenty four hours then the company would come out and they would take care of it so really for the most part it's been really, really positive. It would be nice if we didn't have to wait on hold so long to get an actual human to talk to. I was on hold for like an hour and a half one day.

I haven't had any problems with it. Every time I have called we've got help. I had my air conditioner that was acting up and so went online and someone called me and set up an appointment the next day. They came on the time they said. They replaced the condenser in less than thirty minutes and it was back up and running. I think they've gotten real good people.

Eerything's been great. In the winter our furnace broke and they had someone out the next day to come fix it. Their feedback was really quick. I never have to get into any fights over anything. I got support really fast and is exactly what I needed. I had a good experience with them so I renewed it for a second year.

Our AC was having a problem. And we thought it would be something simple, but it ended up being a lot more complicated but it got resolved. They get back to me pretty quick. You have to be a little computer literate but as long as you can let them know what's going on the issue so you can get somebody out pretty quick.

Very happy with the service. They're very attentive to my needs and my concerns and they were quick to respond on on the claim. When my air conditioner broke I needed a contractor and the claim went through very fast and contractor responded very fast and very efficient.

They have been reliable and consistent and I haven't really had any problems that haven't been addressed. We've used them for air conditioning service and they came out and diagnosed and fixed whatever the issue was. They've been consistently performing.
