I put in a service request, and they sent the people out to take care of it. The only problem I have that is I have two units and both of them don't work. They did a pretty decent job of getting me in contact with somebody is just that I had ever since this winter, I've not had heat. And I use the home warranty and they have sent people out and stuff but it's still not fixed.

I needed a compressor and I had a leaked in my HVAC, and they replaced it because of the year and the repairs that was needed on it. So I was very pleased. They honor their warranty that they offer people. But I know a lot of companies don't.

No more frustration trying to find a company for the issue and has a client friendly way of handling claims. Other home warranties have way too many cumbersome steps and red tape when issuing a claim. 2-10 Home Buyers is not like that

The warranty is fine but they need to find better repair companies. A_c companies was suppose to call and set up and appointment to come see why heat pump is freezing up and tripping inside breaker and they canceled the work order and said it was the electrical company needs to come out and never once called. The electrical companies said A/C company needed to.change fuses in heat pump and they won't even come check it out.

I've been a customer with them since 2004. So believe me, if they weren't doing a good job, I wouldn't have stuck with them. So they've been very good to myself and my family. Anytime I've called, I've gotten timely service. If I had any conflicts with the contractors, they stepped up on my behalf.

When there is a problem, you can't get a hold of a person necessarily. Everything's done through the app, and luckily I found that there are local area managers. I found that if you go to them, it's much better. It's not perfect, but, you end up with someone better. It's just getting the right person. I told somebody who's buying once their builder's warranty goes out to call me and I'll tell them about y'all.

You can use their website. It's pretty easy to navigate your request and then once you put in a request, it's a pretty fast response back through emails/phone calls as far as setting up someone to come out to check on the issue.

Your customer service kind of sucked, but now your service has gotten a little better. I did decide to give you another try, and now your customer service is really good. Everything is easy to do on the portal. And they are pretty knowledgeable, but if they don't know they go to try and find out if it is covered or not.

I received the call the next morning from 2-10 stating that somebody will be in touch with me and exactly 35 minutes after that, the air conditioning and heating company called. His name was Lee. He was very competent, very knowledgeable.

It's a great company. They get somebody right away. And it's amazing if you use the home owner's portal how much faster you get responses than you do when you call. Just a month ago I had a couple of water leaks on my copper pipes. I called them and the next day I had all tech plumbing out and they fixed them. I paid my 100 bucks and then it was done. It saves a lot out of pocket up front, so I I can't complain.

Very pleasant, professional, and quick responses. We're pleased with them and we've used it several times. We had a problem with our air conditioning and they immediately sent it out to a company, a contractor, and they responded that afternoon. They came out the next day, repairs were done, we paid our copayment and everything worked fine.

Most of the time I called they did get things taken care of, everything got fixed. They had to fix the electric the outlets - they found out there was wiring stuff that was messed up - so they fixed that. So I'm very satisfied.

I needed to use the warranty recently actually. I think we went online, we submitted the request and they actually replied really fast. I think it was like they started working the claim right away, giving us an update the very next day. I got an actual call from the vendor, so that's what I like the most. They're very responsive.

They've gone up a significant amount in price. I know everything else has, but it was a lot, didn't used to be so much. Needed to use it with for my air conditioner. Called to get somebody come out and they hooked me up with a company that came out when they said they were gonna. It was not a long wait. It was good.

Our air conditioning went out on a Friday so we called. As soon as we called, we got feedback. They kept us in the loop. I knew by e-mail and phone call when somebody was coming and I was kept informed all throughout the process. We had to wait over the weekend but then the next week we got the A/C fixed.

Just recently my washing machine went out and the dryer was having some issues. I submitted a claim online. They had an option to where if I went out and brought a brand new set they would give me $150 apiece. So I utilized that part of the program.

When I called, they were very professional, attentive, friendly, and responsive. They're great and I highly recommend them. When our A/C unit was not working properly while it was incredibly hot here in Arizona, like 115, they were prompt and fixed the situation. They found that it was low in Freon and they filled it and just did a nice check.

My A/C went out and I had to replace the compressor and the wiring. The A/C company came out three days later and had everything back up and functioning. It's still working right now. I pretty much had help with everything, so it wasn't a matter of trying to find someone. The only issue I had was the A/C company, but even then they did a good job.

Anytime that I've needed help, it's been a pretty quick response and then also they quickly get the work done. In the same week, my water heater went out and my air conditioning went out and I was able to get a water heater in about 4 business days and a technician for my air conditioning came out within 24 hours and fixed it.

They have been very responsive. We have no complaints at all. We had to have our air conditioning repaired and they came out right away. Then also they serviced the dishwasher and the response time was quick and the service was good and effective. We liked them so much that we bought a warranty on our new home in Arizona.

It's a good company. They are very responsive and knowledgeable of their products and services. I've had to use it several times for my microwave and my refrigerator, and they were able to get a technician out to diagnose for repairs. They were pretty much on top of timing and quality of work and also the company that they were sending out.

Each time that I've had to use my warranty, the representative has been very knowledgeable about what we're needing and very timely in getting that claim taken care of. You guys are very responsive even when my first vendor did not respond in a timely manner. And so I really appreciated the feedback, the follow up that was very important to me. My air conditioning was out and the first company H2HVAC was horrible. They were not timely, they did not communicate. When they did communicate, they communicated very very late. It was just a bad experience with them. However, you guys sent out another company with Lenari air conditioning company and they were fantastic. I cannot speak more highly of Joe, who is the HVAC person. He was incredible, very knowledgeable. Spent time with me to explain the situation. Walked me through the protocols of proactive protection, very impressive. I do wish you guys were open on the weekend Saturdays and Sundays. That would be helpful for not only myself, but I'm sure other clients. And it's a little pricey.

They've been pleasant to deal with when I've dealt with them. The people that have come out have been good. Our hot water tank broke and it was leaking and we needed one immediately. And they couldn't seem to figure out how to get one to where we live, and they couldn't figure out how to get it to the store and then for the the installer to pick it up. I mean the whole thing was just very incompetent and it was something that was urgent and needed to be replaced immediately. So that was a very negative experience and otherwise just repairs that we've had done over the years have worked out great.

My mom's calls are forwarded to my phone. She chose 2-10 Homebuyer's Warranty for the ease of it, I guess. A lot of times we can't get anybody if it's a Thursday or Friday - we can't get anybody till Monday or Tuesday. We're trying to use it now. We called about our icemaker in our refrigerator and the service tech is having to order parts so it's still delayed.

It was a great experience. Had to use it for my refrigerator and they already got someone out here to connect me with. The guy got here within a few days and tried to take care of the problem. The problem actually wasn't resolved and so someone came back out again to make sure everything was done and that's just satisfactory. They definitely responded back pretty promptly and that definitely made it easier to deal with.

Overall they seem like they're a pretty fair company. I did have an issue with them on my very first claim when they didn't cover something and I'd only lived in the house for one day. But since then I've used them probably four or five times and at each time they repaired what they needed to. So after the rocky start, they've been a fairly solid company when we needed them. And everything worked out, there was no hidden cost or anything extra.

I've dealt with other ones and there were a lot of hidden expenses versus 2-10. They were very responsive. And they followed back up to make sure everything was done. Especially if you do it directly on the portal, it's really quick and fast. When I was trying to get my air conditioning replaced, the switch was replaced and they were able to get someone out within a day or day and a half. Further back, when I was trying to get my AC replaced, it was not the best. I know we were all going through COVID-19 at the time. But my most recent interaction with them was better.

My problem is fixed for the price of the deductible which is very reasonable. The only downside is that you are at the mercy of the selected contractor’s schedule. Sometimes it’s the next day…sometimes it’s a week. Depending on your issue that can be a problem.

I think they've done a really good job, especially recently, with live people that you can actually speak with. There's ease of putting a request in online, but it's also good to have a live person who you can communicate with and they're good about that. They will call you back if you need to speak to a live person as well.

I had 2 home warranty events happen in less than 30 days and they were so on top of it. The online site were great, they had my claim, they had my guy appointed, they had everything I needed. It was remarkable and it was fast and I needed it to be.

Their online resources are very good and they have prompt response times when you submit new claims. However, it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone, which perhaps is their business model, but their online resources are very good. We are very pleased with their promptness and ability to fix our problems. We only had one bad experience where a contractor came, kind of diagnosed it and then disappeared, but we were fully refunded our out of pocket fee and we were given a different contractor who was great.

They are very responsive and the vendors that they use are also very responsive and normally reach out to me the same day. They have someone out to my house within a day or two to fix whatever the issue is, so I just think that's excellent.
