25 years superior warranty where if they can fix they replace it. I have the gold warranty with 2-10. Saved thousands of dollars in replacement well pump. Water heaters, hot parts, wash machine , microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 2 tier oven, air conditioner, heater replacement repairs. 2-10 is the best ALL these items have been Replaced in. My home a few of them more than once and or repaired. 25 years 5 years in my 2nd home and 20 years and still have them in my 3rd home and all 3 my homes were built from the ground by me and my husband brand new. This company gets a 99.% rating from us.

2-10 Warranty came to my rescue when i drastically needed help and support for my home heating system. My heating system just up and died on me in the beginning of winter. I was scared and shock of what to do at that moment until I talked to one of their representative and they walked me through the process. The overall experience is a 9/10. I would like to have access to an after hours or weekend representative. My AC went out in AZ during a record heat wave on a Friday afternoon and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to express the urgency of this issue. Beyond that, all of my other warranty claims have been handled quickly, professionally, and with respect of the home owner. I highly recommend this company for all other new homeowners.

We have had 2/10 home warranty for over a year which now they are under American Home Shield. Your yearly allowance for each claim gets eaten up fast by the contract vendors. Example 1: pool pump leaked, paid the service call fee: within 2 months same problem, paid additional fee, replaced the part that should have been fixed to begin with. When a filter ring burst, no more money to replace. Example 2: Fridge ice machine froze up, paid the service fee, took three visits and 2 days of refrigerator defrost only for them to turn it back on and say it should be good now. Lasted 3 months before freezing up again. Example 3: AC went out, paid the service fee, contractor was there 10 minutes and said the unit needed to be replaced which should trigger the $5,000 replacement cost. Nope, the contractor sent in a $100 part to be replaced and my end would be $1300 for Freon. Once this takes place you are trapped, they will only cover that part, the contractor blocked our number, 2/10 would never call us back, and offered us a $355 cash in lieu. That’s how they scam you. They know you need AC the contractor wins with business if you then decide to replace the unit they get a free referral, and the warranty company doesn’t have to pay replacement cost with a cheap fix that they clearly made up. The contractor was Florida home Pro which has a 1.4 star rating on google. Do not ever get a home warranty thinking this will make your life easier. Every call takes forever and we are going on week 3 without AC. This is a SCAM

It's not what I expected as some say home warranties do not respond quickly etc. This is wrong. I put in a work order and within 24 to 48 hours (time depends if I put request in on a weekend or holiday) I hear back from 2-10 and then the company contacts me. I recommend 2-10!

I'm disappointed that 2-10 repeatedly repeatedly relies on 2nd tier contractors to perform their work. The first "electrician" on the last issue had no idea what he was doing and completely misdiagnosed the problem. The second electrician that I hired resolved it on the spot in 15 minutes. In other cases, the contractor shows up pulling his tools out of the trunk of his car. I've been a customer since 2008 and I'm seriously considering canceling my coverage.

I had a really great experience with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, especially with a full HVAC replacement, which is usually a nightmare. From the start, their response time was super fast, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The HVAC technician was very knowledgeable and quickly figured out what was going on. He explained that my unit was very old and not worth repairing anymore, and replacement was the right move. What honestly surprised me was how smooth everything went after that. 2-10 approved the replacement and installed a brand-new unit without any hassle. No endless calls, no arguing, no fine-print games. These days, dealing with insurance or warranty companies can be frustrating because it often feels like they’re trying to avoid covering anything. That was not the case here. 2-10 was straightforward, fair, and did exactly what they said they would do. I also want to give a big shout-out to BMD HVAC Services Inc. They were excellent. Extremely professional and hardworking, and they replaced the entire system while temperatures were below zero outside. That alone says a lot about their dedication. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. I’m very impressed with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty and truly appreciate the work done by BMD HVAC Services Inc. Highly recommend both.

It was the A/C unit. It was blowing cold air, and it just kept going and going and going. And they came and they fixed it. And then prior to that, the garage door. I love 2-10. I refer them to everybody. They're nice, and it's easy to use. I'm kind of old school, I'd rather talk to somebody than just do it online. But if it's not major-major, I'll do it online. But if it's major-major, then I'll just call and talk to someone directly. And everyone's super nice, I've had real turnaround time. The contractors are quick. I've never really had to have someone come out more than once or twice, they get it done the first time.

I didn't have any issues. I spoke to a representative at the beginning of this month or the end of last month concerning the issue that I had and concerns as to how the company was going to actually help me out. And the young lady that I spoke to, I think her name was Amina, was very nice. She was very educated about the different policies and programs that y'all had with 2-10 Warranty. And so with her customer service alone, it made me feel comfortable with asking the questions that I need to be asked concerning my home. She provided great feedback and she knew exactly what she was talking about when it came to the actual warranties for our home.

2-10 is the best. I’m very thankful that the seller of our home purchased this warranty service for us. We had a series of unfortunate circumstances and 2-10 was there for us 100%. They covered 2 furnaces that winter. One furnace quit on us, then a couple weeks later the other furnace went out. They replaced both furnaces. Then our washing machine failed. We took a rebate to get a new one. Then summer came around and the A/C wasn’t working. They sent someone out to recharge the system, later we discovered it needed to be replaced and they covered the replacement. If that weren’t enough, the dishwasher went out and once again we took another rebate to replace the unit. I’m extremely grateful for their service. Everyone that I had contact with, from the people in the office to the contractors doing the work were very quick to respond, keep you informed, professional in every aspect, and worked to resolve the issues with our systems

We lost our old HVAC system due to age. We went through the process of getting it repaired and ran into significant issues during the process. As the escalation team took over, it turns out that things got worse. That is until Laurie C from the president's office got involved and straightened out any of the misconfusion and we ended up extremely happy with her and her team! She is an ANGEL! We were in the process of deciding to renew our first year and felt that dealing with 2-10, despite any issues we endured, was well worth the time, investment, and commitment to staying with these professionals. 2-10 Home Buyers is great, but some of the contractors they hire are not so great. They cause 2-10 to have a bad name. One electrical contractor sent someone to fix my problem. He assumed the switch on my electrical box was causing the problem, so he changed it, and the problem seemed to be fixed. I paid him and he left. But as soon as he left, the problem happened again; so the switch was not what was causing the problem. When I called for him to come back, he refused and refused to refund my money. 2-10 had to send another contractor out. He refused to leave until he found out what was causing the problem. He went up into the attic, which the other contractor did not do, and found what was causing the problem and fixed it. I have not had the same problem again.

I had a problem with my washing machine. Unfortunately, the problem was not the washing machine, it was actually a plumbing issue. So the warranty was kind enough not to charge me for the second time the other technician had to come in and check it out. They solved the situation. I didn't have to buy a new washing machine, they just replaced whatever plumbing connections needed to be replaced and everything went great. I really appreciate that they were able to actually take more than one call from me in order to resolve the issue that we had. The company really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer with the results.

Recently I had an issue with my A/C and it was taken care of the same day. I would love to work for your marketing team and help tell people in my neighborhood about how to how to take advantage of the benefits of having 2-10. With my neighbors across the street, just in casual conversations, I was talking to them about 2-10 home warranty and they were like, OK, yeah, we'll look into it. I would say a month later their air conditioning went out, but they had to pay out of pocket. So if they would empower me, I would definitely recruit the people just within my neighborhood. Probably less than a month ago, the A/C went out and it I'm in Texas, it's probably like 107 degree heat. We needed it done and it got done that same day. I think it was on a weekend and it still got serviced, I think on a Sunday. Less than an hour later, it was taken care of.

They're very reliable. And what they say they'll do, they do. Even when there's no contractor that 2-10 deals with in a particular area, what they've done is made it a a very reasonable process in order to get an outside contractor to perform the service necessary to either repair or replace a unit. And I've had that experience twice within the last two years because the difficulty that I have had was in a kind of unusual area like a swimming pool and the the outcome of the the service has been very positive. When we moved to Tennessee, we tried a couple different companies and found that the 2-10 warranty offered the best service for a very good price. I had an electronic unit that went out on the swimming pool and that's not a very normal piece of equipment to have here in Tennessee. So what the company allowed me to do was to contact a local pool company which was licensed and insured who did the service work. They are very, very quick to assign a technician for whatever problem we have. They're always on time, they're always there. And one time the problem was remedied before they got there and there was no kickback or anything. They're just very, very open to working with their clients. And this actually applies to almost every time. I put in the application online, and within 48 hours, just like they say, I hear from a technician and then they set up a date, they come, they charge the fee we had agreed on. And they don't leave until it's done right, till everything is up and working properly. The technicians that we've experienced over a variety of different kinds of issues have all been very, very knowledgeable. They know what they're doing. If they have to come back another day - we've had that happen a couple of times - they've been right back when they said they would be back with what they needed.

Yes, I've used it twice on. I had an air conditioner go out. It was on a Saturday. I called. I had it lined up for Monday that the people come out and fix the air conditioner and, you know, solve my problem very quickly. I've never had an issue with them. Like I said, I've had to use them three or four times now. There's been no issue at all. There's been no hesitation on getting my stuff fixed. As far as the people, when I got on it, it took a little bit of time to get on the phone call to actually connect with somebody. But once I got on there they were very helpful in stepping me to the process and just finding a vendor to come out to the house. And each person that's been different companies come out and each company has been, they've been very polite. They went and did their job and you know did it correctly. So I have no problem with that. I think it's reasonable. I've checked around a different place. I think it's reasonable. Again, I've used them several times and I think it's been worth the money so far.

It's just been a good experience overall. I don't have any complaints at all about it. They say they'll come out and fix it and they come out and fix it. You know that company that they get in touch with the repair services? They come out and fix it within a day or so and then you know it works. That's the main thing. I've never had a home warranty before and it really works. And I think of all the stuff that we could have done in our other home before we moved here that we were paying for ourselves out of pocket, I didn't even know about it. I would say this last repair that we did probably paid for a year's worth of the home warranty. I just couldn't have asked for a better experience and it's been working fine ever since.

Pretty simple process to get in touch with people. Sometimes there is a little bit of wait time, but for the most part everybody's been good when I contact them and how I contact them. And then the actual online service to request services works pretty well. They try their best to answer all the questions and most of the questions I've had during services that I've needed they've answered. The minimum fee that you pay up front for services to be provided cover the rest of the bill, and I think it is absolutely worth it. Especially for those unexpected things like being in the middle of summer and having your A/C unit go out.

They take the time to explain what's covered and what's not covered and it makes me very comfortable and understanding as a new homeowner. But I wish that a policyholder would not be charged double in the event that there is an identical issue in the same category. For example, for a water heater and a slow drain there might have to be two separate plumbers, and I'd be charged a double fee and I don't feel that's fair. I had to use my warranty for an issue with my water heat and I had a slow drain, but fortunately they were able to dispatch the same plumber so that I didn't have to pay a double fee.

They're very responsive. I just used it for my dishwasher and they sent a company that when I call the company directly I have to wait for weeks to have them come out. But when I did it through 2-10, they came out within 24 hours. I just had my dishwasher fixed and the guy did a great job initially, but now I'm finding that. when I when I go to push the button (which was the issue that I had them come out for and he got a whole new piece), I have to do it several times. I have to push it and then push the front part of the dishwasher in to close it up. And it doesn't light up properly. So then I have to do it a second time usually before it will do that. And so I'm actually thinking of calling them back about it because I just had them here within the last month. The other stuff that I've had them do has also been very good and very responsive. And they're also quite affordable. And I've never had them say, oh, well, we don't cover that, like you do a lot of times with these kinds of companies - you pay a lot, then you end up hearing that that's not something that they cover.

I just wanted to get my air conditioning checked before it got too hot out here, and that's the only time that I did use it. They contacted the company for me and the company contacted me to schedule time to come down and the the company was fantastic that they that they picked and I would use them again. They were very responsive. The woman was very helpful when I spoke to them because I wasn't sure the process how to go about getting a company down to to look at my air conditioning. So she was very helpful. She did all the arranging and the company contacted me and it was very smooth and easy.

I was doing some renovations and ran into some plumbing issues. The electrician company that was doing the work saw the hot water heater and there was rust on it and they said, it's old, it really needs to be replaced. And I said okay, I'll call my home warranty. So I did. They told me you'll have to pay the $100 for us to send out somebody to check it and I said that's fine. They sent someone out. They found out that it was from 1985. Then 2-10 said we will, we will replace it and you can get whichever one you want. She told me how much they would pay on a new one. And she said we can send you the check and you can have the same people that's doing your repair do it. So they sent me the check.

It was worth it because it probably would have cost a lot more than the minimum I had to pay for them to come out for an HVAC repair. Very kind people, very professional, very knowledgeable and I thank them for their service. My air conditioning unit leaked, so I contacted them. It would have been a Friday or Saturday or something like that. And they reached back to me and told me they would contact the nearest person to communicate with me my issue and I had somebody out within a couple of days. When I call they are able to find someone to come out very quickly and they communicate with you. The knowledge base of the customer service is really good.

They covered everything in the house that we were looking for to be covered. I appreciate the ease of filing a claim and having the issue resolved. They also have a quick manner responding. If I file a claim within moments they at least let me know it's processing and normally within 24 hours the claim has been processed and assigned to a vendor for resolution. We had water leaking from the pipes below the sink and it was running onto the floor. I filed the claim online and 2-10 had a plumber out within 24 hours, or at least someone contacted me within 24 hours to make arrangements to come out. We've also used them for a pool pump. Same thing, within 24 to 48 hours the claim has been processed and the vendor had been out to at least assess or repair the issue.

The last time I had a experience when someone came out, they were supposed to fix an appliance at the house and they didn't follow through. So when I spoke with the customer service representative and made them aware, they were on it right away and then I ended up speaking to someone else in the company and they informed me that if it happened again to notify them, don't call customer service. I guess it's a different department that handles people who don't follow through with the contracts. So they informed me to call them right away and they apologize over and over for the mishap that happened to me. I think it's a good company.

The person was very nice, the fee was affordable and it was fixed in a timely manner. Our heater went out and we didn't know why. It was a very new heater and the electrical system said the heating was on but no heat was actually coming through the vent, so we did everything that we could to try to troubleshooting ourselves and then we just decided we needed a professional. I called and they helped me walk through how to put in the maintenance request and specifically what it was for. Within 24 hours, a person had called me and scheduled when they were going to come out here and look at the heater and they fixed it that same day.
