One of my A/C units went out. I called them and they told me I could get my own provider because theirs was like two to three weeks out. I did, everything was fine, and I submitted it. A couple weeks later I got a check. The check was a little short, I think they still owe me $30. Other than that it was fine. I haven't had a chance to call them and address it. Could you ask them to let me know about the payment owed to me or do I got a call?

They always come through in one way, shape, or form to deal with the issue. I think it was 2 January of 2015 or '14. It was really cold, like a high of 19 degrees here in Hinesville and our HVAC unit went out. I called up 2-10 warranty. The guy came out and seemed to have fixed it for a little bit, the heat worked for like a day. Then it went out again. I called 2-10 again. They found a different person to come out and they came out and they actually said the unit has got to be replaced. And and I was like, well, let's go ahead and do this, whatever 2-10 covers. And so I paid a certain amount and I had a new unit. I think it was $900 where it would have been 6000 without 2-10 warranty. So that really helped our family that winter.

We've purchased homeowners warranties with them for several other houses and we've always been happy with their service. They've done everything I asked them to do. The warranty's fine. I can tell you about the last time I used it, which was a few weeks ago, on one of my HVAC units. The air conditioning stopped working completely. We have an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. The upstairs stopped working and I called and turned it in and they sent someone out and he was a very nice man. He came out and when he was leaving the problem was fixed or appeared to be fixed and then about an hour later it quit working again. So I called him back and still he was very nice and he came out first thing the next morning and he worked on it again and when he left it was working and then about 8 hours later it quit again. So I had to re-initiate a claim with 2-10 and several days went by and they sent someone else out who has apparently managed to fix it because it's been working now for a week or so.

Excellent customer service. They've always called to give you the information of the people, I don't have to look it up online again. But the reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel like there's hidden fees. My impression was that I pay once a year the 800, 900, and then when they call out I pay 85. But when I have put in orders 50% of the time there is an issue that has to be worked on and then they say well you have to pay 125 in addition to the $85. So I don't think that's fair. I think those are hidden fees. So for instance like a water heater. I had to have a water heater replaced. I did not realize that I had to wait like a period of 60 days or something before they would fix anything. Even though I already paid the money ahead, I had to wait. So things like that, that I don't feel like were advertised and that I had to wait on. So that's why I don't have 100% satisfaction. But does everything get fixed? Generally yes, and for a reasonable price.

When we were selling a rental property, our agent gave us a 2-10 warranty to cover the house from the time of listing until closing. Two minor appliance issues surfaced during the buyers' home inspection and 2-10 got these things fixed prior to our closing. Their customer service was excellent. They even offered to provide a letter of commitment to repair the appliances if necessary after our closing date, which gave great assurance to the buyers. However, the contractor actually got them fully repaired the day before our closing.

I don't like that when some of the contracted companies do poor business and they continue to keep the contract. If I complain to you about a company, as a paying customer, and you being grateful for my business, should follow up with that complaint; and hold that contracted company accountable. Also, I feel like a company shouldn't say they will accept the job order if they can't get anybody out within 24 to 48hrs of the acceptance. Then they shouldn't be able to accept the job.

I'd used my warranty for my air conditioner and I was able to make a claim and there were no issues, no argument, no fighting, nothing that normally happens when you deal with a warranty company or even an insurance company. The company sent out a contractor immediately and was able to diagnose it, let us know what's happening, and also gave us a timeline of what to expect. 2-10 was responsive and understood the suffering we had to go through because we didn't have anything. Definitely ahead of the game and we're really happy to be customers.

I had to have my dryer replaced a few months ago. They came, they serviced it 4 times and it kept having the same issue. I had a Samsung dryer, so they replaced it and gave me a great GE dryer that I happened to really like. No problems, they were right on top of it. When they realized it couldn't get fixed, they offered right away just to replace it.

They are very efficient, very quick. The service has been great, so I have nothing negative to say about it. My A/C was about to overflow. So I called and let them know and they come out and got it up and running again and I have the same issue the second time and apparently they just there was another part that he missed that needed fixed also that was plugged up and so he come back out the second time and did it very quickly too. Very satisfied. As soon as I put in the claim I get a text right away and the the guy that's coming is very quick to get back with me.

Whenever something goes wrong, within 24 hours there on the money and I don't and I don't mind the small $75 charge. It was $50 when it started, but it went up to 75. I used my warranty was when my air conditioner went went down and and I call home warranty they sent somebody out and they needed the compressor and they had to order it and and and eventually they they received it and as soon as they received it they came and put it in.

The last time that I used my warranty, it was related to a plumbing issue and so I called them and they immediately connected us to a vendor and they could not resolve the issue. So they sent it back to 210 and they properly connected us with another plumber that could resolve the issue. They were always available to answer any questions that I had, they talked me through how I needed to do it online and they were just always available. It was very professional and courteous.

I've never had an issue. They don't want anything to go wrong. My A/C wasn't blowing, or I guess it was out of refrigerant. At the end they told me that it needed to be flushed and stuff and I literally put in the request at like 3 in the morning and they had somebody out there like within like 4 to 5 hours, as soon as they opened. It took them no time to fix it and obviously I just paid my little deductible and then that was it.

I had to get customer support for the vinyl that was torn and I didn't know like what the name and brand was. I reached out to them to try to get a hold of the builder to figure out what it was and even though it was beyond the warranty, they were able to reach out to the builder and the builder was able to relay that information to me. They were still able to get that communication going.

Great customer service by 2-10. Often not so great customer service by the assigned technicians (often long waiting times). The technicians can say the greatest nonsense, and you can have the greatest arguments and even proof, yet 2-10 will always go with the technician information. Now, that is not a bad thing per se, but in some cases it is blocking the real solution. E.g. I am an engineer myself, and it took us almost 10 years to get a repeatedly overheating dryer fixed, because the technician insisted on a blocked vent as cause, but refused to check, but also refused to accept our own investigation (it was never blocked). When the control board finally broke completely and had to be replaced, suddenly everything worked normally again. Until then we always had to set it to low temperatures. But some assigned technicians were really fast and worked well. Then there are some silly small things that are suddenly not supported (like a condense water sensor switch in the AC - the biggest things can break and will be replaced, but not the small, cheap little parts; I consider this to be crazy). So, it is kind of a roulette game. But mostly you win.

Each time I've called they've gone to great lengths to assist me and to get me to the right the right person. The last time I used my warranty was for a refrigerator repair and I was assigned a contractor who came in and he repaired it but he left off a part so couple of months later the refrigerator was having a different problem. They called me a new contractor and eventually I got it resolved in two visits from the new contractor. He had to purchase parts and so now my refrigerator is working fine.

I've dealt with people that I feel very comfortable with, that are knowledgeable. I think it's pretty cost efficient. Whenever I put in tickets for repairs, I always get prompt responses. And so far the repair companies that have been sent are good. They notify me when they're coming. I can check online where in the process my ticket is, if it has it been assigned and if the ticket still open. I can track it. Everybody's been been kind to answer questions and responsive. They text me when they're on their way.

I like the way because they explain things to you. They don't talk all over you. They give you a chance to ask the questions and they give you the answer to the best of their abilities. They are consistent and they do just what they say. They stay right with it until the job is done. They make sure they send updates to let you know what company is doing the work and how long it's gonna be before you get your your equipment to get your things fixed.

I haven't had any problem with the people that they sent to my home. I used it for our dryer and they replaced the parts in the dryer and then a couple of years later I had to do it for the washer and that wasn't able to be fixed, so they gave me money for the new one. They answered all my questions, got things done that I needed done, and even when I couldn't get on the Internet to fill out, they helped me through that too. I'm very pleased with them. I've been with them for seven years now.

They were very reliable. Whenever I had encountered any issue, they were there, they were available and the problem was resolved in a timely manner. Yesterday I used it. We had a technician come out this week because the garage door needed to be replaced and the technician was wonderful. He scheduled the appointment while I spoke to him. He came on time, he did the job, he was prompt and the quality was great. Everything can be done online, it's very convenient to me.

We've only had to deal with them once and the young lady, the customer service tech was very prompt. We got a a callback from the contractor like within less than 24 hours. So she did a very good job with prompt service. We were having some trouble with with what we thought was our electrical box so we called 210 warranty. And the lady we talked to, she got us in contact with a contractor and they came out and our electrical box actually was fine. They just had to replace one of our outlets.

Our furnace wasn't working, the house was cold. We went online, notified them that the service was out at our home and a contractor contacted us By 9:00 o'clock in the morning and said that they would be out that day. We had a leak in our water heater and they sent the plumbers out and we needed a whole new water heater and they had to order it through the warranty company and procure it and it still was very fast, efficient and effective. Another time we had a leak in our laundry cup drain and they sent out a plumber and the plumber came very quickly and everything was handled very efficiently and repaired. They are very helpful, but they do have very long hold wait time.

They're an exceptional company. One time that we used it was my dryer wasn't working correctly. It had an error code on it. So I called 2-10 and they found someone and he come out and checked it and the heater had gone out on it. He replaced the heater and it works perfectly now. They are really helpful and they try to stay up on top of things with you. They do call back every so often to see if the problem had been taken care of. Our freestanding freezer cost more than what the refrigerators with the freezer did.

Every time that we've contacted them, 2-10 Home Warranty has been very quick to respond and has always been supportive of us as a customer and helped us to get whatever the issue was resolved, usually in a timely manner. And I understand some things will spill through the cracks, but so far they've been very helpful. Our heater went out the day before a major freeze, so we called 2-10. Unfortunately it ended up taking almost a month to get that fixed. They were very responsive when we called, but getting the work order from 2-10 to the technician seemed to take a long time and communication between 2-10 and the technician was slow only when we elevated to come to a resolution, but then it came to a resolution very quickly.

Every time I've called with a question or the one time that I needed to call for service, they were very responsive and they also made sure to follow up to ensure that everything was taken care of. My oven went out and it was overheating. I called to see if they could come fix my oven and a repair man came out, assessed it and then ordered all the parts and was back out within about a week to fix it was able to replace, the motherboard and everything that made it almost a brand new oven so I don't have to worry about it for another few years.

I really like the fact that they covered locks and rekeying when we first moved in because that's something you usually don't think about being covered by a warranty. I had an electrical problem. I used my warranty, it turned out though that it was the actually the power company that needed to fix the problem. I didn't get to use the warranty for that, but they were very helpful on the phone and giving me the name of an electrician and so forth. The power company fixed it and they don't charge. I had trouble signing in to my account when I first joined them and they were really helpful.

Sometimes I have troubles getting a person to talk to. Every time that I've needed to use it, two to ten has come through. From talking to other people with other warranties with other companies, I find that is not the norm. Most people say that they have troubles. I'm just very pleased and very thankful that even the person that sold me the house, who is a realtor, asked me how they worked out and I said they were really good because he has to get a lot of warranties.

It would be helpful if they had shorter wait times on the phone. I have used it twice and one time was for a water heater which was kind of a complicated situation that they ended up helping us quite a bit and the only reason it was complicated is because of where the water heater was in a weird closet that didn't have enough room for it to be moved around. But we ended up having success with that. And then the second time was when I had a dishwasher that could not be repaired and so I was able to get some money toward a new dishwasher.

We needed to use a warranty because we had a gas stove top that two of the burners weren't working. So first they had sent a repair guy to try to fix it and when he wasn't able to fix it, it needed to be replaced. 2-10 took care of that for us, including the installation. With a particular contractor that replaced the water heater, he was excellent. He did a perfect job. He did everything to perfection. He was really, really thorough in everything he did. I reported the leak and the water heater was replaced within 3 days, approved on the first day and installed two days later. They returned my call very promptly and they got right to the point. I'm pretty happy. Their communication when you're in the planning process is very timely and up-to-date. They tell you when someone's coming they tell you that they remember the guys coming at 2:00 o'clock and that kind of thing so that the communications and everything is just perfect. My bathroom floor was very, very weak and it it basically was caving in and rotting. The first time I called somebody out, the company came and basically started trying to rip me off. And then I called 210 warranty and told them what happened and after a couple of complaints they sent out a second person and that second person was very good and took care of everything about one day. I was very happy with the second company and I was very confident. After having a really bad experience the first time it was great to have someone responsible with and didn't feel like I was being ripped off.

I've had good luck with them. Every time I've called to do stuff because I'm not really good with a computer. I really like to do stuff on the phone so I can call them up and and take care of it. My washing washing machine went out and this guy came out within three to four days. It was found to be that it was going to cost more to repair it, so they went ahead and replaced it. They ordered me a new washer and took out the old one. Very easy to work with. Good warranty company. They send out quality people and you know they do a good job.

I like that they do not outsource their customer service, so there are no language barriers or communication issues. Recently I just had to use my warranty for my AC was not was not pumping out any cold air and it got kind of hot here in Georgia a couple of weeks ago. And so I made a service request online and they sent someone out and now it's getting repaired. They're just a great company. They give great customer service and I'm satisfied.

So far it's been great. I discovered there was a leaking drain pipe. I made a claim online and they sent me the name of the plumber and they made an appointment within 72 hours. And within five days they came out and fixed it. And it was all good. I did everything online and it was very easy. They were very good at getting things taken care of online.

They have always been there when I needed them. I've had my warranty with them 17 years. They're great. Recently I needed to use my warranty on two things. I had a plumbing issue and I had a dishwasher issue and it was fine. I had to put my form in on the web, so I did that and then the follow-up hearing from the contractor took a few days. I got a confirmation within about from 2-10 within about 24 hours, and usually I got a call from the contractor probably 48 to 72 hours after that.

I used them one time and the website was fine. I had an outlet that was not working and since my security system was attached to that outlet it was really important. So I contacted 2-10 and they assigned an electrician to come out and take a look. I liked the electrician so well that I hired him for other work. Some warranty systems are a little on the pricey side, but this is not unreasonable.

Every time I call they give me direct answers. They're honest, loyal, and don't really give me the runaround. They're pretty good as far as customer service goals and everything. I needed to use my warranty for the garage door. I called, put in a claim, and they literally had someone reach out to me within an hour and they were at my house the next day. They are very professional. They get straight to the point. Reliable.

We've had really good experiences anytime we needed service. We've had a lot of the appliances in our home serviced and they are wonderful. They make it pretty effortless. You put in the work order and then somebody in the area will call you and service whatever you have in your home that is broken. We've had our microwave serviced, our dishwasher, the washer and dryer, the air conditioner, and the biggest one was the water heater.

They're really quick about making their decisions. Our furnace went out and they just replaced our furnace and our A/C central air unit and it was really quick as far as the turn around time. When they made the suggestion to replace it they made that decision very quickly to do it. So that was nice so we didn't have to go without heat for too long.

I had a terrible experience early on. Every time I called, I was put on hold forever and then transferred to somebody else who knew nothing about what the conversations were. It was the dead middle of winter and I had no heat, and it was snowing out and they didn't consider that an emergency, and I had two young children in my house. So that part was bad. One other time they had somebody come out to fix something who didn't do the job properly, didn't even check something, and turns out I had a gas leak in my attic by the heat and he hadn't even check it. He was supposed to have repaired it, never touched it. I only found out because I smelled something so I did call 2-10, 2-10 got in touch with the owner of the company, the owner was pretty horrified and he came out and fixed it himself. My house could have exploded. But occasionally they will just go with the cheapest whoever and that can be a problem. But in general it's been very positive. Usually when something goes wrong and I need service, it's handled quickly. I usually get a call that day to set up service for typically the next day or maybe two days out. I pay that premium every month, it has more than paid for itself every single year and how much I saved by having that insurance when I have to have things repaired, so that's why I continue to renew and I also recommend it to friends.

I think it's an affordable insurance for the house. There seem to be quality people working there and I've never had any push back. They were always very curious and friendly and willing to see what's going on. I needed a have a hot water heater inspected and they had a company come check it out. They concurred that it wouldn't stay lit, and they recommended that it should be replaced and within 24/48 hours it was replaced and everything was up and running. Response time was excellent and they resolved the issue without any complications.

Anytime that I've needed help, I've had somebody on the other line to assist and they're very courteous and respectful on the phone. I had an electrical issue in one part of the home and then the doorbell wasn't working and so I did have to call customer service to see if I needed to do 2 separate claims. I did have to do 2 separate service requests, but they made sure that I was only charged once and I had no issues with the service that they came out and fixed what was broken and needed to be fixed just fine.

They've just given us real good service. We've had to use them several times and they've been right there. Our air conditioner was making some very loud noises and they came out and were able to replace the motor and got it up and running and it's been fine ever since. The people that they've referred to us to use have been very good and courteous and done their job right

There was always somebody available to talk to and the website was easy to use. I've used it several times. My hot water heater broke, they replaced it the same day. My refrigerator broke and I chose to take credit and I bought my own. I have several neighbors who have it and are very happy, and then I have several neighbors who have another company and they're not as happy.

I've used them a few times and up until this point, it's been pretty good. My oven stopped working, it took a a very long time to get a repair person out, about a week, and when they came out they had to get a part and so they came back in another week, and the part came right away so it was just scheduling with the availability. But I went 2 weeks without an oven and then my oven stopped working again and it was the same thing, so I called 2-10 because I didn't know how to make sure I wasn't paying another $150 for the same problem that wasn't fixed. I asked if I would be charged again and they said it all depends if this is a new problem or if it's the same one, and they said we can't get someone out there for 2 weeks, which is insane, unless I go through another vendor instead of the one that we used last time, but then I said am I going to get charged because it's a new vendor, even if it's the same problem, and they said they weren't sure but probably. So I ended up having to go with the one that's 2 weeks out and I'm still not even clear that they knew the answer and I think they're just telling me what they wanted to tell me to get off the phone and move on.

We had a faucet that was broken and it was leaking continuously and I contacted 2-10 and they had somebody out here within the day. It turned out that there was more expensive work needed because the pipe was not accessible except in the inside and so we got someone authorization to fix it in the inside and they did and it all happened very quickly and painlessly.
