I really like the fact that they covered locks and rekeying when we first moved in because that's something you usually don't think about being covered by a warranty. I had an electrical problem. I used my warranty, it turned out though that it was the actually the power company that needed to fix the problem. I didn't get to use the warranty for that, but they were very helpful on the phone and giving me the name of an electrician and so forth. The power company fixed it and they don't charge. I had trouble signing in to my account when I first joined them and they were really helpful.

It would be helpful if they had shorter wait times on the phone. I have used it twice and one time was for a water heater which was kind of a complicated situation that they ended up helping us quite a bit and the only reason it was complicated is because of where the water heater was in a weird closet that didn't have enough room for it to be moved around. But we ended up having success with that. And then the second time was when I had a dishwasher that could not be repaired and so I was able to get some money toward a new dishwasher.

Every time I've called with a question or the one time that I needed to call for service, they were very responsive and they also made sure to follow up to ensure that everything was taken care of. My oven went out and it was overheating. I called to see if they could come fix my oven and a repair man came out, assessed it and then ordered all the parts and was back out within about a week to fix it was able to replace, the motherboard and everything that made it almost a brand new oven so I don't have to worry about it for another few years.

Our furnace wasn't working, the house was cold. We went online, notified them that the service was out at our home and a contractor contacted us By 9:00 o'clock in the morning and said that they would be out that day. They came out, they repaired the furnace. We paid $100 service call which is our agreement and the rest was covered by the warranty.

We've only had to deal with them once and the young lady, the customer service tech was very prompt. We got a a callback from the contractor like within less than 24 hours. So she did a very good job with prompt service. We were having some trouble with with what we thought was our electrical box so we called 210 warranty. And the lady we talked to, she got us in contact with a contractor and they came out and our electrical box actually was fine. They just had to replace one of our outlets.

With a particular contractor that replaced the water heater, he was excellent. He did a perfect job. He did everything to perfection. He was really, really thorough in everything he did. I reported the leak and the water heater was replaced within 3 days, approved on the first day and installed two days later. They returned my call very promptly and they got right to the point. They didn't waste any time.

I've had good luck with them. Every time I've called to do stuff because I'm not really good with a computer. I really like to do stuff on the phone so I can call them up and and take care of it. My washing washing machine went out and this guy came out within three to four days. It was found to be that it was going to cost more to repair it, so they went ahead and replaced it. They ordered me a new washer and took out the old one. Very easy to work with. Good warranty company. They send out quality people and you know they do a good job.

I'm pretty happy. Their communication when you're in the planning process is very timely and up-to-date. They tell you when someone's coming they tell you that they remember the guys coming at 2:00 o'clock and that kind of thing so that the communications and everything is just perfect. They affiliate with some good local people. They have good follow up and communication on claims.

My bathroom floor was very, very weak and it it basically was caving in and rotting. The first time I called somebody out, the company came and basically started trying to rip me off. And then I called 210 warranty and told them what happened and after a couple of complaints they sent out a second person and that second person was very good and took care of everything about one day. I was very happy with the second company and I was very confident. After having a really bad experience the first time it was great to have someone responsible with and didn't feel like I was being ripped off.

They have always been there when I needed them. I've had my warranty with them 17 years. They're great. Recently I needed to use my warranty on two things. I had a plumbing issue and I had a dishwasher issue and it was fine. I had to put my form in on the web, so I did that and then the follow-up hearing from the contractor took a few days. I got a confirmation within about from 2-10 within about 24 hours, and usually I got a call from the contractor probably 48 to 72 hours after that.

Every time I call they give me direct answers. They're honest, loyal, and don't really give me the runaround. They're pretty good as far as customer service goals and everything. I used them one time and the website was fine. I had an outlet that was not working and since my security system was attached to that outlet it was really important. So I contacted 2-10 and they assigned an electrician to come out and take a look. I liked the electrician so well that I hired him for other work. Some warranty systems are a little on the pricey side, but this is not unreasonable.

So far it's been great. I discovered there was a leaking drain pipe. I made a claim online and they sent me the name of the plumber and they made an appointment within 72 hours. And within five days they came out and fixed it. And it was all good. I did everything online and it was very easy. They were very good at getting things taken care of online.

I like that they do not outsource their customer service, so there are no language barriers or communication issues. Recently I just had to use my warranty for my AC was not was not pumping out any cold air and it got kind of hot here in Georgia a couple of weeks ago. And so I made a service request online and they sent someone out and now it's getting repaired. They're just a great company. They give great customer service and I'm satisfied.

We've had really good experiences anytime we needed service. We've had a lot of the appliances in our home serviced and they are wonderful. They make it pretty effortless. You put in the work order and then somebody in the area will call you and service whatever you have in your home that is broken. We've had our microwave serviced, our dishwasher, the washer and dryer, the air conditioner, and the biggest one was the water heater.

They're really quick about making their decisions. Our furnace went out and they just replaced our furnace and our A/C central air unit and it was really quick as far as the turn around time. When they made the suggestion to replace it they made that decision very quickly to do it. So that was nice so we didn't have to go without heat for too long.

I had a terrible experience early on. Every time I called, I was put on hold forever and then transferred to somebody else who knew nothing about what the conversations were. It was the dead middle of winter and I had no heat, and it was snowing out and they didn't consider that an emergency, and I had two young children in my house. So that part was bad. One other time they had somebody come out to fix something who didn't do the job properly, didn't even check something, and turns out I had a gas leak in my attic by the heat and he hadn't even check it. He was supposed to have repaired it, never touched it. I only found out because I smelled something so I did call 2-10, 2-10 got in touch with the owner of the company, the owner was pretty horrified and he came out and fixed it himself. My house could have exploded. But occasionally they will just go with the cheapest whoever and that can be a problem. But in general it's been very positive. Usually when something goes wrong and I need service, it's handled quickly. I usually get a call that day to set up service for typically the next day or maybe two days out. I pay that premium every month, it has more than paid for itself every single year and how much I saved by having that insurance when I have to have things repaired, so that's why I continue to renew and I also recommend it to friends.

They've just given us real good service. We've had to use them several times and they've been right there. Our air conditioner was making some very loud noises and they came out and were able to replace the motor and got it up and running and it's been fine ever since. Anytime that I've needed help, I've had somebody on the other line to assist and they're very courteous and respectful on the phone. I had an electrical issue in one part of the home and then the doorbell wasn't working and so I did have to call customer service to see if I needed to do 2 separate claims. I did have to do 2 separate service requests, but they made sure that I was only charged once and I had no issues with the service that they came out and fixed what was broken and needed to be fixed just fine.

I think it's an affordable insurance for the house. There seem to be quality people working there and I've never had any push back. They were always very curious and friendly and willing to see what's going on. I needed a have a hot water heater inspected and they had a company come check it out. They concurred that it wouldn't stay lit, and they recommended that it should be replaced and within 24/48 hours it was replaced and everything was up and running. Response time was excellent and they resolved the issue without any complications.

I've used them a few times and up until this point, it's been pretty good. My oven stopped working, it took a a very long time to get a repair person out, about a week, and when they came out they had to get a part and so they came back in another week, and the part came right away so it was just scheduling with the availability. But I went 2 weeks without an oven and then my oven stopped working again and it was the same thing, so I called 2-10 because I didn't know how to make sure I wasn't paying another $150 for the same problem that wasn't fixed. I asked if I would be charged again and they said it all depends if this is a new problem or if it's the same one, and they said we can't get someone out there for 2 weeks, which is insane, unless I go through another vendor instead of the one that we used last time, but then I said am I going to get charged because it's a new vendor, even if it's the same problem, and they said they weren't sure but probably. So I ended up having to go with the one that's 2 weeks out and I'm still not even clear that they knew the answer and I think they're just telling me what they wanted to tell me to get off the phone and move on.

There was always somebody available to talk to and the website was easy to use. I've used it several times. My hot water heater broke, they replaced it the same day. My refrigerator broke and I chose to take credit and I bought my own. I have several neighbors who have it and are very happy, and then I have several neighbors who have another company and they're not as happy.

We had a faucet that was broken and it was leaking continuously and I contacted 2-10 and they had somebody out here within the day. It turned out that there was more expensive work needed because the pipe was not accessible except in the inside and so we got someone authorization to fix it in the inside and they did and it all happened very quickly and painlessly.

I have had the service for 11 years now and they are wonderful in all things. Only thing that I believe they could fix some is time to receive parts. It took them 40 days to get an a/c unit with explanation that it was because of covid and logistics from China. The unit was a lenox so could have been picked up anywhere anytime. Still though they are the best home warranty and I will tell everyone about them

I would recommend that everybody get a 2-10 home buyers warranty, it's definitely work the money that you pay for it and it definitely has worked out great for us. I just recently needed to use it for a issue with my dryer and the company that I had come out and service my dryer to 2-10 previous they were really good they were reliable, on time, had good communication and everything. I was very pleased with them and 2-10. They fixed the problem with no record time I had my dryer up and running again.

Everybody was really nice and very accommodating. The only negative is they sent an AC guy out and he said in order to fix the problem he needed a ladder and he did not have one so they had to reschedule it, which was unfortunate because it was very hot in the house and they rescheduled it for the next day at the next they ended up rescheduling a whole different company. They said they could fix it from the outside without a ladder, so the first guy wasn't as knowledgeable.

Everything's very automated these days and their automated process is pretty good, but every now and then it is nice to quickly be able to get it a human being. I don't think that's a problem necessarily with 2-10, more so this is how a lot of companies are going these days. We got a water heater repaired within 24 hours of reporting the problem. Good overall experience. Good technicians.

It's really easy to go into the portal and do everything there. You don't have to call in and find the right contact or anything, you can submit your claim. Then you get an email when that claim has been picked up and you get the contact information for the third party that's coming out. It's been really great and the system is really fast and easy to communicate with each of the claims.

They have a new system where we have to go online and have to type in information on one page and the guy at the customer support will send a repair man to come around. I just recently used it for our my plumbing situation and a person with professional expertise came to fix the issue. Within forty five minutes he was done and the $100 fee to pay is really reasonable.

With any type of situation that needed answers I got the answers that I needed and I've always gotten help.It's a good service. My air conditioner started acting up, it wasn't heating and cooling properly and I only put in the request for the one downstairs and made a note about the other, so when the people got here they said I would have to call back and have him come out second time. When I called and they looked and they saw that I had it down already on the contract they approved it and everything got done the same day instead of having to come back and do all later.

Everything's good. My AC unit went out and the process was very easy to do online. I put a claim in and I had a representative from a company contact me right away and schedule an appointment for the repair and everything was pretty quick and easy without a hassle. Very fast response by the customer service every time I've called and any time I have an issue with billing or issue with anything in my home they got it taken care of within twenty four hours.

When I called to check in, they were very nice. They got in touch with the contractor to make sure he called me to set up an appointment. They also helped me when I was frustrated when my air conditioning went out. I trust them because I got a whole new unit and didn't have to pay anything. My realtor is using 2-10 because I recommended it. The customer service lady I talked to was so nice and walked me through the whole process of using the warranty. The people did a great job when they put in my new AC unit.

It was overall a good experience the only negative I would say is they need to have a little bit more customer support. My heater went out in the winter time, so I had to call the warranty company and they got somebody out within a couple of days. They got right up and running very quickly. 2-10 has the best deal, most protection for the least amount of money.

Last month my AC went out and I had to call them to help, and that's what they did. When I bought my house you guys called me about an extended warranty. The guy was really nice and he explained everything. It's taken awhile for them to finally get back to me. You're not able to like talk to a representative and put in your request that way. Sometimes talking to someone can be a better situation, but they just want to do online only. They do contact me back.

When I first signed up, I hadn't had any problems with the appliances or anything else in my house. Just recently, the AC wasn't cooling enough for summer, so I went online and filled out the paper work to request service. I got a call back within 30 minutes - everything was just handled so well. The response time was just unheard of. I was thinking it would take 3-4 hours t hear back from somebody. It seems to be everything that it was advertised for as far as what all it covers and what procedures you can get. I got the top level of service and really felt like they did a good job.

Most times it was very easy process. I just went online, put in the request and I always received a call back in a very timely manner from the company that they contracted with. And I would say 8 times out of 10 the the resolved and it was easy. From my understanding the idea is that they wanted to fix things before they really break, yet a couple times I was denied repairs because things weren't really broken yet. There was clearly something wrong, so I called a different company and they did some repairs and fixed the issue. Also hold times are way too long and I can't take the music for too long.

I've been very happy very satisfied with the service and how they handled the invoice order and everything. I've just recently had to use my warranty on my dryer and they got the order and promptly and the guy come out the next day. They seem to get right on your call when you need to call in order. The price went up on me from sixty nine dollars to ninety something and I wasn't informed.

I really do feel like they're a good company and they're very professional. I do like them a lot. Overall they're really good at their job, but it seems like they hired a couple people that don't fully understand what's going on with issues for AC and emergencies. It was about 90 degrees in the house and I was trying to convey that this is an emergency situation and that didn't really click on their half until I got a hold of someone to push it. It took a very long time and multpile cnractors and visits to get the AC repaired, but when we had a plumbing issue I had a call from a contractor and an appointent set 10 minutes after submitting the claim. They've been really good except for the AC thing.

I think they are very good. I've used used them quite a bit. The last time I used them my hot water heater went out. I called them and they sent someone out. He diagnosed that it needed to be replaced so they came back and replaced it and it everything went smoothly. I have never had any issues with the technicians. Two to ten is better than all of the other home warranties that I've used in the past.

They are very attentive to my needs. As soon as I put in a service request they immediately seem to get it fulfilled. I've used the warranty twice, once to get my air conditioning adjusted and the person was very nice very professional. The second time was for plumbing and the first time I used the plumber and it did not resolve the issue, so two to ten rectified it by sending him back out the next week and we found the problem and the leak was fixed.

I enjoy the ease of working with two to ten. My air conditioner had died on me and I needed to open a claim for that and initiate finding a technician or a company that would come out within a couple weeks. I worked with two to ten and they were able to give me some options that allowed me to bring in someone local to diagnose the issue and we were able to then go find another technician who was within network who was able to come quickly and remedy the issue.

Even though my policy probably was barely two weeks old I was glad that we had a warranty because they didn't hesitate to make sure someone came out and resolve the issue we had. There was some kind of electrical issues with lights not working and a power socket not working, so the contractors they sent out came out and figured out what the issue was and resolved it. They're just a great company. The kind of work we needed can be expensive, though just having to pay a hundred dollars out of my pocket is saving more than if I didn't have coverage.

Customers support is excellent because they do a lot of follow through which is very important. They make sure the products are working and the company is trustworthy and reputable. I would definitely recommend it. When I first moved in my house there was a problem in the garage and I called him and the contractor came immediately and fixed it and I was amazed. I can't say anything negative at all at this point.

My experience with them has been good. I am very likely to recommend. I just recently needed to use it because the shower handle basically came off. So I merely put in a claim through the online system and then they passed me through a recommended vendor in the area, I ended up just reaching out to them myself. They came within like an hour to fix it.

Prompt and proficient in the service delivery. The garage door would not open and we contacted them and they immediately referred it to a contractor and then set up the date to come out and it was repaired. I think the warranty was very inclusive for a lot of things that go along with them in the household and I think having a warranty that covers things solved stress.

I don't have any complaints with 2-10. They have taken care of everything that I have needed. It has been worth the cost of the warranty. I used the warranty for the washing machine. The first company had no communication and didn't do their job. And they didn't tell me what was going on. But then the second company came out. I thought they had it fixed. And when they came back out to reverse the line to be correct the problem was still there, the washing machine was leaking and it took the second company about three times to come out to get it fixed. But the last company that came out was awesome. The only complaint I have with them is that they didn't call to let me know when they were going to be here. It was late when he got finished since he went above and beyond when he was here. He did an awesome job. Everybody that I've talked to has been friendly. The only complaint I have is the wait time when I called.

Every time I've made a call to start a claim, I've been dealt with promptly and given all the information. Our water heater went out and we called the warranty company and they set us up with an appointment and had the company come to check things out. My deductible was only $16.00 so it worked out pretty good. They always answer my questions or find answers for me if they don't know.

I had to call multiple times and it took months to figure out why I hadn't gotten my twenty five dollars back. Just a couple weeks ago our air conditioner was out and I went to the website to file a claim. And I couldn't log into my account and I had to call to file a claim which had a wait time. And then when I called someone else to figure out what was wrong with my account, they had no explanations and didn't help me through it. That was frustrating.
