Anytime I've needed needed to call 2-10 they have been fantastic and answered my questions and basically handle whatever situation had arise. Our air conditioner actually started smoking on the inside I don't know if the motor locked up or if it was a fire I don't know, but luckily it was contained there and so of course we call the warranty and the guy actually came out that day and it fixed it and because we live in Alabama it's hot all year and so he was able to fix it that day and get our air back working. I have had a couple of problems with the service providers that they send out but if I call the customer service they will send out a second opinion and handle it and it's been fantastic.

I really didn't have to use my warranty. I was planning on using the warranty because one of our copper pipes broke in the wall and I didn't understand that that was not covered in the warranty so we had to pay for that out of pocket. The person I spoke with first of all was very helpful and explaining my two ten policy to me and also he explained to me that I was entitled to I didn't realize that have I had an AC service policy on there. He gave me the number and said so I can connect you right now I told them that I don't have time right so he says here's the number, call as soon as you can and the appointment for the AC service took only a few days.

When I reupped at the beginning of 2022 the price had increased quite a bit, so if you don't get to a point where also the not only the actual policy has increased but it's also you know twenty five dollars more to get a technician at the door and it was the year before, so I just hope the prices don't continue to creep up like that. Everything's been fine so far, has been minimal but I appreciate having the service available. Both times the technician was really good from the company that two ten contacted, very friendly and efficient, they got there on time and it was easy. Easy process requesting service and I talked to a couple of people that were extremely helpful very friendly tell me exactly what to do walk me through the process.

They're very attentive and they're very helpful. I've had it for a year and I've got to use it three times already, two times due to my air conditioning and one through to my water heater and they were fixed within 2 days and with the water heater I'm still waiting on just because they have to replace the whole thing. The woman that recently helped me I was having issues with the portal log in online. I had mentioned that a few times a different when our workers and they hadn't been able to fix it but Leslie Madeline was able to fix it for me and she was really good actually she got everything that I needed done and and I'm sufficient amount of time.

The woman that I spoke with, I think she was out of Colorado, that signed me up was just fabulous and I haven't had anything but positive since that. Any questions that I ever have had been answered through phone or email very, very promptly and it's so easy to put in a work order through the portal, it's very easy to navigate it through the portal. Not long ago we were concerned about a plumbing noise that we were hearing and so I went on to my portal I just simply put in the work order and within hours I was hooked up with a plumbing service. They came within three days and everything was handled wonderfully. At first I thought it was very affordable but this is my second year and it's gone up like thirty dollars a month.

It is very easy communicating with them and very easy to get somebody out and very quick as well. I'm able to get my issues corrected quickly. I recently needed to use my warranty, my furnace was not coming on and I called them to check on the furnace and they sent someone out the very next day. I haven't had any issues with things since they've been fixed.It's definitely a good choice to go with 2-10. There's only a hundred dollar deductible or service fee when someone comes out. Now if there is something bigger than the issue then they may charge more for it right now 100 dollars can't beat it. I trust them.

Its pretty easy to use the online portal and the responsiveness is very quick. You usually get an answer within twenty four hours and if you need a contractor or someone to come onsite I would say that it usually happens within twenty four to forty-eight hours. Once my dryer stopped getting heat to dry clothes and I purchased the appliance extended coverage that 2-10 offered and I submitted a claim in the portal and someone came a day later I paid the seventy five dollars deductible for their time and they replaced the fuse or whatever that was running my fryer and it worked again. I really liked the online portal and the ability to submit tickets and get responses the same day. It's very convenient.

So this is going to sound terrible, but I was with American Home Shield and they've outsourced all of their customer support to the Philippines and it's a mess so I am so grateful to talk to people to understand what I'm saying and can do something so it's a breath of fresh air. I'm probably gonna have to file another claim but I had a problem with the garage door opener, guy was out the next day and it was fixed and done. Easy, simple, efficient and perfect so easy. The quality of their customer support is outstanding and they're very responsive and I'm very pleased with them. I hope they don't change because if they don't they'll have me for a long time. I have no reason to doubt them.

Every time I've had an issue with any of my appliances or anything I've been able to call them and get it worked out. They explain everything very well and they have allowed me to upgrade my appliances when i moved into my house. They give me what a new replacement cost would be for that same model type even though that same model wasn't still available but they also offered me the opportunity to upgrade and they would just give me the money for what my appliance repair cost was. They use vendors and contractors. I haven't had any issues with them but I mean you could potentially have issues since they have vendors that you may not necessarily know

I had a issue with one of the faucets in the bathroom and it took longer than I had anticipated that's because there were a lot of people having the same kind of problem but whenever they came to first they came to do a diagnostic worked out really really well then he came back a couple of weeks later and he the problem gave me all fixtures and my sink is working very well right now. Whenever I needed them they found someone right away to fix whatever the problem was and the people that did the work were really really good. I mean one of them even helped me out even beyond what i thought I had asked for so because they knew my policy better than I did so I was real pleased with that.

It came with the house when we bought it but we stuck with it after the year was up. It is easy to get an online appointment. We’ve had really good luck. We’ve never had any problems getting our claims covered. Customer service has always been good. we’ve used the warranty for a couple of different things. Once was our hot water eater went out and it flooded the garage. They had someone out here the next day and the whole thing was replaced. It was a good experience working with them. The price is pretty comparable to others and we’re pleased with the coverage it gives us. We did have one vendor we didn’t hear from for a really long time. That was are only issue.

We had a problem with our furnace at the beginning of cold weather coming in. The furnace would not come on at all. Called 2-10 and set up an appointment to have a service company come out to find the problem. They showed up and found the inductor motor fan was not working. Was froze up. Tech told me the problem and order a new inducator motor with the fan. Came back in about a week and replaced the motor. No more problems. We were pleased with the service and how quick the turn around was to fix the problem. Thanks to our warranty we only had to pay for the service charge when the tech came out the first time.

The repayment for new appliances and stuff is limited, in other words I end up paying about fifty percent of the bill for new appliances. They do do a good service once you get them out here or once you get him on the phone. It's a little hard to get them on the phone right now but I understand it's because some of them are working from home. Recently a dryer went out and I called them and the same day I got a response and it was just a part that needed to be replaced, shouldn't have had to replace the whole thing and that was done. People took care of it and they double checked to make sure that it was done and that was it.

I had an air conditioning problem and and they had someone come out fairly quickly and I was pleased with the service that I got. My air conditioner was not working, it was making a horrible noise through my walls from the outside where the the compressor was and I turned it off. The person that 2-10 sent came and found out what the problem was and he took care of it that day and I had air conditioning so I was very pleased. He was very pleasant and courteous he, he cleaned up after himself and he said if I had any more problems to be sure to to let him know. So far I'm very pleased, I've only been in the house short while and and I hope I don't have anymore problems, but it's good to know that I have that security. So if I do have a problem I have someone that I can call that I trust. I'm very satisfied.

I've been a business owner for 6 years plus, and coach Fortune 500 companies such as Discover. -Their processes are horrible. (departments don't know what the other is doing and not each one has access to the same data. Highly compartmentalized.) -I've fought for every single claim and it's near impossible to get approved. Deny is the name of their game. -Their portal has worked 65% of the time.

I have been given the runaround for over a month about my washing machine. It has water sitting in the washing machine (due to the contractor) and its been sitting for over a month going on 2 months. My HOUSE SMELLS DISGUSTING because of this and everytime I call they say "oh I'll send an email and have a response in 24hours" it NEVER HAPPENS!!!! ive had to call them about 5 times a day just to get ahold of someone because the hold time is anywhere between 30mins- 1.5 hours that ive been on hold while at work. By the time they actually answer the contractor place is closed. I have a 3 month old baby and they know this and bc of the DISGUSTING SMELL we can't stay in the house and now Im having to pay for another place to stay while still paying for my house!!!!!!!! This is beyond ridiculous I honestly feel cheated!!!!!!!

This company is the worst when it comes to claims/repairs! I have been waiting since May for appliance repairs! I have a gas stove that doesn’t ignite on a burner as well as an oven that won’t stay on. I feel unsafe using it. Also with the Thanksgiving holiday approaching I will not be able to cook unless it is repaired. I have a refrigerator that leaks or over freezes and looks like the North Pole at times. When it’s not over freezing it is warm. I have lost foods due to this issue. They sent Sears home services to do the repairs but they keep on setting and then changing or canceling the appointments. Or just set an appointment and not show up! But 2-10 Home Warranty does not fail to debit the nearly $90 payments from my bank account monthly. Not to mention the $100 service call fees that I have paid to two different companies and still no repair! 2-10 and Sears Home Services both suck!!!

2-10 is terrible. Their contractors come out it seems just to collect your $100. Then, they are not allowed to actually fix the problem when they’re there. They need to call 2-10 to get authorization and then come back out at some point in the future to actually fix the issue. I’ve had various contractors out to my house 5 times and they’ve either not fixed the issue at all or took so long that I had to call an out of network contractor. Once my toilets didn’t flush for 5 days waiting on their plumber to get authorization from 2-10 before I bailed and called a real plumber. In addition, if you go out of network, they make YOU call them to get authorization to get a problem fixed and their hold times are insane. Today I was on hold for over 70 minutes! Seems the business model is: Collect your money. Don’t fix your problem (which will cost them). Understaff customer service to save on labor and create such pain from being on hold that inevitably some (most?) people will bail thus saving them money by not having to pay out for repairs. If you’re an investor, their business model probably works great. If you’re a customer, it’s terrible. F- for 2-10 Home Warranty.

This company is honest they listen to the problem that the service man called in with, and they’re willing to fix the problem rather than lie to you about fixing it. I’ll give you some excuse why they aren’t going to fix it. They don’t waste time like that. It’s easy to get a claim process. They don’t take two or three days to get you somebody to service you and then the people that they service are very professional. They do their jobs. They clean up their areas and they’re Gone. I have had four different companies in Texas America home choice. What is it that an Amazon? . I have had four different companies in Texas America home choice. What is it an Amazon company? I can’t remember the other two and they’re all big liars. They don’t tell the truth.

I've generally had positive experiences with the service. Overall, this is a good warranty company. I have had prompt service and follow up when needed. My issue is with the policy of paying companies multiple times for coming out after misdiagnosis of the issue. There’s a limit to how much each repair or replacement can cost. The repair visits are deducted from that amount. In my case, the company came three times and finally decided it couldn’t be repaired. Why wasn’t this diagnosed on the first visit and if not why does the consumer bear the cost? This company’s ineptitude cost me 200.00 of my limit, leaving me with next to nothing on the policy to replace it. A better practice would be to have the company absorb the cost if the misdiagnosis of the problem or they fail to properly repair the appliance on the first visit. Otherwise, it’s an incentive for them not to do it right, if they can run up the charges. I don’t ever want them to refer that company to me again for repair of my appliances.

I had a mixed experience with customer service. The air conditioning technician was knowledgeable and fixed my issue, but I found the customer service representative rude for questioning my website skills. Additionally, I didn't appreciate hearing political opinions during a service call. Overall, the technical help was good, but the customer service needs improvement.

I had a great experience with the service team. When my refrigerator broke, they quickly sent someone to help and even provided a cooler for my food. I love my 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty It has been Great, but unfortunately like everything else the premiums are going way up . I pay for a warranty for our daughters home and ours. Hers just renewed over $30.00 more a month if mine goes up that much in December I will have to rethink keeping it. $60.00 more a month is going to be very hard in this economy. Thankfully she never had to use it in the last year, but we did twice on the Fridge and Microwave. So I am worried about the price increase.

I had issues with multiple appliances from this company. The dishwasher and washing machine were replaced after multiple malfunctions, but the refrigerator continues to have problems despite multiple repair visits. I believe a replacement is necessary. Overall, the customer service has been responsive, but the recurring issues with the refrigerator have been frustrating.

My experience with the repair service for my washing machine was overall positive. Initially, there was a noise issue which was fixed by replacing the tumbler. However, shortly after, a leak occurred and a connection needed replacement. It was a bit challenging to schedule two repairmen due to the nature of the repair, but once it was done, there were no more issues with noise or leaks. The vendor provided good service throughout the process.
