It's just been a good experience overall. I don't have any complaints at all about it. They say they'll come out and fix it and they come out and fix it. You know that company that they get in touch with the repair services? They come out and fix it within a day or so and then you know it works. That's the main thing. I've never had a home warranty before and it really works. And I think of all the stuff that we could have done in our other home before we moved here that we were paying for ourselves out of pocket, I didn't even know about it. I would say this last repair that we did probably paid for a year's worth of the home warranty. I just couldn't have asked for a better experience and it's been working fine ever since.

I just wanted to get my air conditioning checked before it got too hot out here, and that's the only time that I did use it. They contacted the company for me and the company contacted me to schedule time to come down and the the company was fantastic that they that they picked and I would use them again. They were very responsive. The woman was very helpful when I spoke to them because I wasn't sure the process how to go about getting a company down to to look at my air conditioning. So she was very helpful. She did all the arranging and the company contacted me and it was very smooth and easy.

They covered everything in the house that we were looking for to be covered. I appreciate the ease of filing a claim and having the issue resolved. They also have a quick manner responding. If I file a claim within moments they at least let me know it's processing and normally within 24 hours the claim has been processed and assigned to a vendor for resolution. We had water leaking from the pipes below the sink and it was running onto the floor. I filed the claim online and 2-10 had a plumber out within 24 hours, or at least someone contacted me within 24 hours to make arrangements to come out. We've also used them for a pool pump. Same thing, within 24 to 48 hours the claim has been processed and the vendor had been out to at least assess or repair the issue.

It was worth it because it probably would have cost a lot more than the minimum I had to pay for them to come out for an HVAC repair. Very kind people, very professional, very knowledgeable and I thank them for their service. My air conditioning unit leaked, so I contacted them. It would have been a Friday or Saturday or something like that. And they reached back to me and told me they would contact the nearest person to communicate with me my issue and I had somebody out within a couple of days. When I call they are able to find someone to come out very quickly and they communicate with you. The knowledge base of the customer service is really good.

I was doing some renovations and ran into some plumbing issues. The electrician company that was doing the work saw the hot water heater and there was rust on it and they said, it's old, it really needs to be replaced. And I said okay, I'll call my home warranty. So I did. They told me you'll have to pay the $100 for us to send out somebody to check it and I said that's fine. They sent someone out. They found out that it was from 1985. Then 2-10 said we will, we will replace it and you can get whichever one you want. She told me how much they would pay on a new one. And she said we can send you the check and you can have the same people that's doing your repair do it. So they sent me the check.

The last time I had a experience when someone came out, they were supposed to fix an appliance at the house and they didn't follow through. So when I spoke with the customer service representative and made them aware, they were on it right away and then I ended up speaking to someone else in the company and they informed me that if it happened again to notify them, don't call customer service. I guess it's a different department that handles people who don't follow through with the contracts. So they informed me to call them right away and they apologize over and over for the mishap that happened to me. I think it's a good company.

It's never instantaneous, but the response rate has been very good. We've been very pleased with 2-10 so far and have continued to keep the home warranty for the past two years beyond we've renewed it each year. Within less than a year of having the house during the winter time, the upstairs air conditioning heating unit went out. It was no longer functioning. We contacted 2-10, reported the issue, they sent a contractor out. The contractor basically said that the unit needed replaced and since it was a 20 year old unit, they had replaced both the blower as well as the compressor, the air unit as well as the compressor unit and it cost us $100. So far they have been very timely and have provided good information in case we have not received feedback from the contractor they provided.

I'm very pleased. They've been very prompt. They are attentive to everything that I've needed so far and I haven't had any issues. It's mostly positive. I needed to use my warranty when our dishwasher malfunctioned and they had somebody out very, very, very quickly, very prompt. They were able to issue the work order and have somebody at my house and I was actually working with the manufacturer's warranty and because I wasn't getting anywhere with them, I used 2-10 and they were very prompt and got the issue resolved very quickly. I've had some service providers that they contract or have sent out that I've asked to not return back to my house.

The person was very nice, the fee was affordable and it was fixed in a timely manner. Our heater went out and we didn't know why. It was a very new heater and the electrical system said the heating was on but no heat was actually coming through the vent, so we did everything that we could to try to troubleshooting ourselves and then we just decided we needed a professional. I called and they helped me walk through how to put in the maintenance request and specifically what it was for. Within 24 hours, a person had called me and scheduled when they were going to come out here and look at the heater and they fixed it that same day.

I would say the positive is that again you could do everything from a telephone. Sometimes the companies, the contractors that have been assigned to work, have been so far away from us that they never contact us. I think the the the coverage area probably needs to be a little closer to where the home buyer is. One time the kitchen faucet was leaking. I submitted the service request from my phone and the people were out to fix and replace the faucet within two business days. We've used 2-10 on service request probably six or seven times on on various different things and have been very happy with them.

I needed to use it for my air conditioner. My air conditioner was not heating and cooling or just wasn't doing anything. They sent out a technician and he came out and said "Oh, your air conditioner, it wasn't set up properly, the heat pump wasn't telling the air conditioner to do what it was supposed to do." So he came out and fixed it and checked a few other things for me and got everything up and running. It was a simple fix but because I was not an expert in air conditioning it wasn't something I could have done myself. So I was happy to have him come out and tell me it was real simple and easy to fix and get everything back up and running.

They've been really a good company to work with. Our dishwasher went out recently and I called them and they were very quick to respond and we had somebody out here in the next day or something like that. They diagnosed the problem and unfortunately it was some part that they had a problem getting right now with the shortage. They told us it could be a while before they got the part but we actually got a call from them a week later saying that they had found the part and that they were gonna send the company back out here to fix it. We had it fixed much quicker than we thought and they were very good with keeping in touch and then checking for the part. I was pretty impressed with that. They were very helpful and friendly and it was easy to get ahold of people there.

Normally when we do call in we do get satisfactory results from the agents that we talked to. Just had a warranty experience here over the last month where we called in for our annual fall maintenance on our HVAC system. Contractor came out and they analyzed all the compressors on the ground for the air conditioner system and that was it. It didn't go up in the ceiling to do any of the the heater turned up for the winter so I had to call back in file file a claim on it. And took him a few days, but they finally did get things resolved. They sent the technician back out and he did go up in the ceilings in the attic and tested all the units for us. Then replaced the capacitor on one of the one of the main house furnaces. So it took two times to get that totally completed. Over the period of about a week and 1/2. We've had some problems with pool pumps where are they come out and and service the pool pump and rather than replacing the motor on the pump, they just they did replace it with a rebuilt unit which didn't even last 12 months. They raised the price on the the copay and no notification was given to us.

I think the service has been has been great, in fact before this experience I wasn't really very interested in pursuing a home warranty, but I did at the urging of my realtor and I've had such a positive experience that I do plan to renew. So it turned me into a believer of the service that it can provide. I think there is tremendous value in it and it's a lot of security and you don't have to worry about paying because you know you're supported. It's been a really really good experience. Once I filed the claim and within minutes they had contacted me to connect me with a technician and they contacted also within minutes and was able to talk me through how to turn things off until they got here so that no further damage was done. That prompt response, the understanding of the urgency to prevent further damage and to support me when I was completely clueless and didn't know what to do it was just really tremendous.

They do answer and they try to be helpful. I only have one thing that I didn't like about their service. The garage door spring broke. We were trapped in our house for four days. And within six weeks the other one broke same thing trapped in the house for four days. I would hope that with something like screen springs on the garage door where if one goes just replace both so that you do not have to pay the seventy five dollars again. And I did do that and that was the only thing that made me unhappy with their service. Paying the deductible within a reasonable amount of time. On a product that you know was going to go bad.

I have never been disappointed. I'm surprised that they have the quality of workmen that they do have to call on because I have never had a better experience. My heating and air conditioning system was not functioning properly and I called somebody in from outside to just do a check up and they didn't give me very good information and they said well you just need to replace this thing its too old and but I said well let me go through the warranty company and see what they suggest and they sent somebody out and the person diagnosed the problem and it was under warranty and it was fixed and I was in great shape. They follow up with you and they don't let up if you dropped the ball as a customer they still follow up with you and say we want to know what's going on with this with this issue so that's very valuable.

We had a water leak and we needed somebody to come and check everything, so we had to turn the water off to the house and the when I called a couple times and they kept giving the people that were way out of town and the people that were way out of town couldn't make it for a week. I couldn't leave the water shut off for a week. That was my only bad experience. I also used 2-10 for my air conditioner when it went out. They had a local air conditioner person so they sent him. He came and said something about no power to the condenser. So then I had to call an electrician to have them come out to fix the power. Then the air conditioner guy came back and replaced some kind of relay or something that was bad in their condition so I had to to paid twice. I paid you know my first day five dollars for the air conditioner guy and I had pay again for the electrician which I didn't really need. But the electrician did replace the breaker. It was a positive experience other than I had to pay for something I really didn't need to.

Anytime I've needed needed to call 2-10 they have been fantastic and answered my questions and basically handle whatever situation had arise. Our air conditioner actually started smoking on the inside I don't know if the motor locked up or if it was a fire I don't know, but luckily it was contained there and so of course we call the warranty and the guy actually came out that day and it fixed it and because we live in Alabama it's hot all year and so he was able to fix it that day and get our air back working. I have had a couple of problems with the service providers that they send out but if I call the customer service they will send out a second opinion and handle it and it's been fantastic.

I really didn't have to use my warranty. I was planning on using the warranty because one of our copper pipes broke in the wall and I didn't understand that that was not covered in the warranty so we had to pay for that out of pocket. The person I spoke with first of all was very helpful and explaining my two ten policy to me and also he explained to me that I was entitled to I didn't realize that have I had an AC service policy on there. He gave me the number and said so I can connect you right now I told them that I don't have time right so he says here's the number, call as soon as you can and the appointment for the AC service took only a few days.

When I reupped at the beginning of 2022 the price had increased quite a bit, so if you don't get to a point where also the not only the actual policy has increased but it's also you know twenty five dollars more to get a technician at the door and it was the year before, so I just hope the prices don't continue to creep up like that. Everything's been fine so far, has been minimal but I appreciate having the service available. Both times the technician was really good from the company that two ten contacted, very friendly and efficient, they got there on time and it was easy. Easy process requesting service and I talked to a couple of people that were extremely helpful very friendly tell me exactly what to do walk me through the process.

They're very attentive and they're very helpful. I've had it for a year and I've got to use it three times already, two times due to my air conditioning and one through to my water heater and they were fixed within 2 days and with the water heater I'm still waiting on just because they have to replace the whole thing. The woman that recently helped me I was having issues with the portal log in online. I had mentioned that a few times a different when our workers and they hadn't been able to fix it but Leslie Madeline was able to fix it for me and she was really good actually she got everything that I needed done and and I'm sufficient amount of time.

The woman that I spoke with, I think she was out of Colorado, that signed me up was just fabulous and I haven't had anything but positive since that. Any questions that I ever have had been answered through phone or email very, very promptly and it's so easy to put in a work order through the portal, it's very easy to navigate it through the portal. Not long ago we were concerned about a plumbing noise that we were hearing and so I went on to my portal I just simply put in the work order and within hours I was hooked up with a plumbing service. They came within three days and everything was handled wonderfully. At first I thought it was very affordable but this is my second year and it's gone up like thirty dollars a month.

It is very easy communicating with them and very easy to get somebody out and very quick as well. I'm able to get my issues corrected quickly. I recently needed to use my warranty, my furnace was not coming on and I called them to check on the furnace and they sent someone out the very next day. I haven't had any issues with things since they've been fixed.It's definitely a good choice to go with 2-10. There's only a hundred dollar deductible or service fee when someone comes out. Now if there is something bigger than the issue then they may charge more for it right now 100 dollars can't beat it. I trust them.

Its pretty easy to use the online portal and the responsiveness is very quick. You usually get an answer within twenty four hours and if you need a contractor or someone to come onsite I would say that it usually happens within twenty four to forty-eight hours. Once my dryer stopped getting heat to dry clothes and I purchased the appliance extended coverage that 2-10 offered and I submitted a claim in the portal and someone came a day later I paid the seventy five dollars deductible for their time and they replaced the fuse or whatever that was running my fryer and it worked again. I really liked the online portal and the ability to submit tickets and get responses the same day. It's very convenient.

So this is going to sound terrible, but I was with American Home Shield and they've outsourced all of their customer support to the Philippines and it's a mess so I am so grateful to talk to people to understand what I'm saying and can do something so it's a breath of fresh air. I'm probably gonna have to file another claim but I had a problem with the garage door opener, guy was out the next day and it was fixed and done. Easy, simple, efficient and perfect so easy. The quality of their customer support is outstanding and they're very responsive and I'm very pleased with them. I hope they don't change because if they don't they'll have me for a long time. I have no reason to doubt them.

Every time I've had an issue with any of my appliances or anything I've been able to call them and get it worked out. They explain everything very well and they have allowed me to upgrade my appliances when i moved into my house. They give me what a new replacement cost would be for that same model type even though that same model wasn't still available but they also offered me the opportunity to upgrade and they would just give me the money for what my appliance repair cost was. They use vendors and contractors. I haven't had any issues with them but I mean you could potentially have issues since they have vendors that you may not necessarily know

I had a issue with one of the faucets in the bathroom and it took longer than I had anticipated that's because there were a lot of people having the same kind of problem but whenever they came to first they came to do a diagnostic worked out really really well then he came back a couple of weeks later and he the problem gave me all fixtures and my sink is working very well right now. Whenever I needed them they found someone right away to fix whatever the problem was and the people that did the work were really really good. I mean one of them even helped me out even beyond what i thought I had asked for so because they knew my policy better than I did so I was real pleased with that.

It came with the house when we bought it but we stuck with it after the year was up. It is easy to get an online appointment. We’ve had really good luck. We’ve never had any problems getting our claims covered. Customer service has always been good. we’ve used the warranty for a couple of different things. Once was our hot water eater went out and it flooded the garage. They had someone out here the next day and the whole thing was replaced. It was a good experience working with them. The price is pretty comparable to others and we’re pleased with the coverage it gives us. We did have one vendor we didn’t hear from for a really long time. That was are only issue.

We had a problem with our furnace at the beginning of cold weather coming in. The furnace would not come on at all. Called 2-10 and set up an appointment to have a service company come out to find the problem. They showed up and found the inductor motor fan was not working. Was froze up. Tech told me the problem and order a new inducator motor with the fan. Came back in about a week and replaced the motor. No more problems. We were pleased with the service and how quick the turn around was to fix the problem. Thanks to our warranty we only had to pay for the service charge when the tech came out the first time.

The repayment for new appliances and stuff is limited, in other words I end up paying about fifty percent of the bill for new appliances. They do do a good service once you get them out here or once you get him on the phone. It's a little hard to get them on the phone right now but I understand it's because some of them are working from home. Recently a dryer went out and I called them and the same day I got a response and it was just a part that needed to be replaced, shouldn't have had to replace the whole thing and that was done. People took care of it and they double checked to make sure that it was done and that was it.

I had an air conditioning problem and and they had someone come out fairly quickly and I was pleased with the service that I got. My air conditioner was not working, it was making a horrible noise through my walls from the outside where the the compressor was and I turned it off. The person that 2-10 sent came and found out what the problem was and he took care of it that day and I had air conditioning so I was very pleased. He was very pleasant and courteous he, he cleaned up after himself and he said if I had any more problems to be sure to to let him know. So far I'm very pleased, I've only been in the house short while and and I hope I don't have anymore problems, but it's good to know that I have that security. So if I do have a problem I have someone that I can call that I trust. I'm very satisfied.

We got insurance from them and we paid 97 dollars a month to cover stuff in the house. Something went wrong with the plumbing and the septic tank. We paid out of our own pocket about 5,278 dollars. They did not cover one penny of it and they have the nerve to still take money from my account!

The total cost of the repair far exceeded market rates. I paid more with my warranty than if I had paid completely out of pocket. In addition, the company referenced by the plumber dispatched for water damage remediation damaged some of the good plumbing. It's also extremely slow to go through the warranty.

Experience: Very Disappointed In 2021, I submitted an online service request for a toilet repair shortly after purchasing my home. I received an order confirmation and order number, which indicates the request was properly logged in their system. Despite this, I never received any follow-up communication. No contractor assignment, no scheduling, and no response. The request was effectively ignored. Ironically, I later received calls encouraging me to renew my contract. It is concerning that the company can proactively reach out for renewal payments but fails to respond to legitimate service requests. For a company that markets peace of mind to homeowners, this experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. A warranty has no value if service requests go unanswered.

This is probably one of the best technicians that I have had. In some previous work the technicians did not seem to want to explain or help you understand what type of work needed to be done and why. Not with Splash Plumbing. Mr J. stayed in communication, explain things and gave suggestions for small improvements to keep trouble away. I recommend him highly!
