The service people have been professional and functional and they always answer any questions that I had. I needed to have some repairs done and the service person filled out the paperwork that it could not be repaired and all I had to do was some documents and I was reimbursed or I was given a check to replace the item. When you call in to request service I was on hold for over an hour for someone.

I’ve had two issues, both resolved. My air conditioner went out and I paid the deductible and everything went smoothly with the repair. My most recent issue was with my stove. At first they couldn’t find the parts but then they did and they will fix the problem. Both times were good experiences. I would never get another home warranty with any other company.

I have had two repairs (built in microwave and stove top/oven combination). Both were covered. They paid me the full price of the microwave repair when a technician could not been found in my area. I was able to use the money to purchase and install a replacement microwave. The stove/oven has been repaired. It took some time because of the delay nationally with getting parts. I would give 2-10 5 Stars except sometimes it has been difficult to reach them by phone. Everyone who I have worked with at 2-10 has been understanding of my issues and very helpful in resolving them. Excellent company, but needs better phone service.

It took longer than it should have because the first company that came out didn't care enough to fix the problem. Maybe not all of the contractors are fully vetted. The first company that came out for my issue was not good. It's really easy to file claims and the couple times I've had to call because the contractors can't finish that they when I called back I got it taken care of. Air conditioner wasn't working properly the first company came out didn't really fix that so I contacted the warranty company again and told him that I needed a different vendor to come out because I didn't trust the first people that didn't fix it and second people came out and found the problem pretty quick and then got repaired.

The air condition went out they dispatched the repair company they did a great job. We've been very happy with them every time. They were really good about keeping in touch and letting us know what was going on whenever. The repair company was very professional, very knowledgeable and really made us feel like they were looking out for us. Very trustworthy.

We had a problem with our refrigerator and I guess it needed a part. They haven't been able to find the part and we've been waiting over a month and a half for that refrigerator, but now two to ten is replacing the refrigerator so it ended up fine, but it's been a long time waiting for it. Sometimes they're hard to get a hold of. They seem to take care of you, it might take awhile but ite seems like the customer is taken care of.

My vacuum stopped working they sent out a contractor to see if it needed to be replaced because it was thirty seventy years old and that lead to additional repairs because it was so old but it took awhile, but the two ten home was great. What they offer is very useful and user friendly and it's what people need. They always try to resolve situations and get back to you and update you on what's going on.

Two Ten home warranty has really satisfied me with their responses and customer service. Sometimes I have to wait for some time when the place is very busy when they have a lot of calls waiting, but once they pick up my call very polite, very responsive. Some of the contractors are below expectation, but I will not take them down against two ten home warranty.The process, the response from two ten Home warranty was quick. From the replacement was quick also. I've been satisfied.

I've had minimal dealings with 2-10 but I have been highly satisfied. They mailed the check to an address that I was not accepting mail at yet. It was a new home that I hadn't lived in yet and wasn't going to live in for a couple months. The check was returned to the company and they sent me an email and followed through trying to find a place where they could send the money so I was impressed with that. We had to change out all the locks on a home and my daughter bought the locks and 2-10 sent me a reimbursement check.

Overall they seem to be very responsive and to get service people out here right away to work on issues. I have had two service calls, positive one was when the garbage disposal quit working so I put in the put a request online. First contractor contacted me then had a scheduling conflict and backed out so they got me to a second contractor and that one was in my house to replace the garbage disposal within like two days. And the second time, I had an issue with my dishwasher. I put the ticket in, the service contractor came out, ordered the parts and so it took about two to three weeks. Got the parts in, when they just left without really finishing the job, I mean, the dishwasher won't work at all. When I elevated and I never heard back but I did resubmitt the ticket and they sent same contractor to come and at least get the door to shut but it's still the initial issue with the dishwasher is still isn't resolved and it's been I don't know five weeks or six weeks. Still waiting to hear back from from the company because they also did some damage to my counter top as well to the contract so I really want to get another contractor to fix it up.

You get more than your money's worth for the purchase price but the renewal price is almost double. I think they are the best company. I have had a couple of others. When the dishwasher went out, the service people came out. I ordered a part and it was fixed in a timely manner. I wish we could get more local vendors but the vendors they have used have been very dependable. I had someone come out on Easter Sunday. They didn't have to cover it but they graciously sent me a check for half the work.

I haven't had any problems with my warranty, I just wish they covered service. I needed to use it recently for a water heater that was putting out water and the the technician called me immediately, which I love, and he came out the next day and fixed the problem really quickly. I've used in the past for an air conditioning company that I actually use outside of my warranty now because I like the air conditioning company so much. I've had good experiences. I've used it three times I also had a refrigerator repair and I really did like the guy that came out to repair the refrigerator too. I had good experiences with customer support. I haven't had any bad experiences when I needed to talk to someone.

Whenever I need to speak with someone I'm able to reach them and I haven't had an issue that wasn' resolved very quickly. I'm actually waiting for appliance company to come right now I filed a claim I think it was on Friday and the company called me yesterday to set up an appointment. It's for my refrigerator it's leaking and this is the second time I had a call but whenever I call is always like a maybe a couple days and I have an appointment for someone to come out.

If you have to call the office directly it becomes pretty confusing. They need a customer service answering system where you have one or two people that you talk to they could route your calls. The last time we used it was for refrigerator repair and we pulled up the website, we put in the problem and we got a name of a repairman pretty quickly. The repairman they gave us couldn't make it for a while so they gave us another one and that worked out well enough. So the system works as long as you're online. It's just when there is an exception, if there's a problem where you have to actually call then it becomes a little more difficult. The charge is not bad, 100 dollars or whatever the premiums in sales are okay, they could be a little lower but they're not bad.

They've been responsive, they try to do what they can. I think there have been a couple of things out of their control they weren't able to respond to as far as getting people there as quick as they can, but that was only one time, so for the most part it's been very responsive and friendly. I think that that's pretty much it, there is an insurance for your for your house equipment and they've pretty much done that for the deal that they made. The people that they sent out have been good vendors. The air conditioner broke and I filed the warranty online, I had a call from the vendor within a day and they schedule a time to come out. One time was within a day and the next time it was a little bit longer but that was because of the season.

I have had great experiences for all service calls. They've been on top of things and there's never been an issue so I'm pretty happy. I've always had pretty quick responses and the service was great each time I called. My plumbing went out a couple times, the sump pump went out and one of the valves in our shower was tripping, so when I went online to set up the appointment. The plumbers came out pretty quickly and fixed the problem right away.

Their website is a little tricky at times but other than that they're really good. They save you money in the long run. We had to use it for an upstairs air conditioning unit that was leaking and another company had messed up the drain plug. So 2-10 with this contractor replaced the air handler and all I had to do was pay my deductible instead of paying what would have been 995 dollars on labor. They follow through with the work orders.

They're generally pretty helpful but it's really hard to get through to them and sometimes it takes being transferred around to multiple agents before you get to someone who can actually help you. Our oven display stoped functioning and the oven wasn't come on and so I did a warranty call. They came out and it's a pretty new oven but they said that the tech said that he wasn't sure they were able to find a part for it because there was a part shortage and that they might have to replace the entire thing and he didn't think the warranty would cover it. However 2-10 was able to track down a part and get it completely repaired. For the most part we've had some pretty good techs, 2-10 is always very responsive. They've dispatched people fairly quickly but some of the vendors that they work with are great some of them are really terrible so you never really know what you're going to get when somebody comes out.

The service we've gotten has been perfect. We have used other warranty services previous with other homes we've owned and we have not has this level of service. They work with you and are really good. The claims have been handled properly. The cost is comparable to everyone else. We have been exceedingly impressed. When we used it for the refrigerator, they answered the call within about sixty seconds and within 24 hours I had someone calling with an appointment to fix it.

We've been with 2-10 warranty for seventeen years since we built our home and it has always been worth renewing the warranty. It's a cost that we factor into our cost of living and it's definitely been worth while. We had a refrigerator break down and they got a very good contractor to perform the work the work was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. It was performed excellently, it solved our problem, and we're very grateful. It was a great experience. The service is very high quality. Contractors performed excellent work to address the problem. I just feel like they're a good company to deal with. In fact I haven't even purchased a warranty for one of my family members. When I've called in for service to activate something on my file for response they were very prompt to take my call and answer my questions and walk me through the process. I had to message this service rep and she was very very interactive with all of my questions and also really great assistance. Some other people that have the warranty let me know that this company is very good to work with clients and processes so I felt very confident with what we chose.

I really appreciate how quickly a Plumber was dispatched to address a service call. My toilet had a leak and it did not feel secure enough to sit on. I called 2-10 Home warranty and they sent a repair professional out with 48 hours. My toilet was fixed the same day. The plumber was very knowledgeable about the repair and he fixed it quickly and efficiently. My family and I are beyond pleased. Thanks so very much for your assistance 2-10 Home Warranty. I've never had any issues, they've always been on top of it and gotten to me right away, and everything's been fixed. I actually just used my warranty because my AC went out and the company came out the next day, they had to order some parts, but they ended up having them on hand and they were able to come by that afternoon to fix it, so it went really well.

So far, I've been quite pleased. I was actually in the process of selling my house and when they did the home inspection and the heat system wouldn't come on so I called in a warranty claim and they had to replace my thermostat because a switch was kind of not working on it and the control board in the heat system and everything was good again after they fixed it.

Everyone has been very nice and accommodating and patient when I've called. My air conditioning unit was broken and the first guy that came actually kind of messed up accidentally and I'm not quite sure what happened. But time two was really great--they waived the fees for this and got everything fixed. It took a little bit of time to figure out what was wrong, and they did a great job, I was really pleased it didn't cost me anything extra, so I was very satisfied. I have been satisfied with the customer service.

Everybody at 2-10 is responsive and helps, but I think sometimes it gets confusing with vendors and takes a while to get a part. We just used the warranty in January. We had our refrigerator stop refrigerating--basically it would not keep cold--and we put in an online request, which was great. Within 24 hours we got an email saying our request was received and that we would have somebody come out and take care of it. Unfortunately, it took a week for this to happen, and the guy who came out said that he wasn't qualified to service our refrigerator, so he sent it back to 2-10 and then it took another week for a second and then a third vendor to be assigned to our ticket. By the time the third vendor came out, he said that whatever the first vendor had said was incorrect, and he just changed out the cooling element. So, it took about three and a half to four weeks for our fridge to get fixed so that was an issue that we had.

They have resolved my issues but sometimes it takes a long time. If they can’t repair it, replacing it can take a long time. They do take care of things for the customer. The only thing that I don't like when I've called them, I've had to wait a long time. They are a really good company for reliability and fairness and I would recommend them.

We've always had excellent service and very quick response time. Recently, the heat pump in the basement had stopped working and they came out here within a few days and repaired it. That was excellent, I was happy with that. One more thing--we had a microwave in the drawer and we've had problems with it since it had been installed. 2-10 replaced the microwave in a drawer with a different brand at no cost to us whatsoever. I would recommend 2-10 just because of that one thing and I just think they've really gone above and beyond in service for us.

I think that it's a cool service and it's very helpful and we've definitely utilized it but I think there's potential problems with getting a contractor to follow through. The first three times we filed for claims, the work was great. This last one has been very unsatisfactory because the contractor that 2-10 is using is a terrible communicator. Well this last time, our heat has been stuck on. We had a company out and he figured out what the problem was really quick, told us what it would be--that was a month ago--and they're just waiting on a part. He says he's waiting on 2-10 to order the part 2-10 says they're waiting on him to order the part. I've called about ten times and I can't get ahold of the contractor. I've called 2-10 Warranty and we're in the middle of a pandemic so I have to wait on hold for about twenty minutes every time I call and then I get told something different every time. I would say for the most part, my experience with 2-10 has been really great. I think the inter-company communication can be really tricky--the only time I've gotten a 2-10 employee to call me has been when they were trying to sell me something.

We always get someone to come up right away and with the exception of a couple of times which didn't really have anything to do with 2-10 but the contractors that they recommended but we've always had excellent service over the course of maybe fifteen years. Just recently, we had a leak in our upstairs toilet. We called in the morning and they got someone here within 48 hours. We're really happy with it.

The staff on the phone was always very friendly and when the people came to do the work, they were very professional and did a good job. They respond very quickly and they do their work well. There was trouble with the stove and they came and took care of the problem very well and ordered some parts and put them in and now the stove is working quite well.

My experience with 2-10 has been very positive because of no hassle, good questions, good feedback, and good follow-up. The service provider came in to make a repair on our oven. They had the wrong part went back, ordered the right part, came in to make the repair we still receive the same fault, came in and made a replacement to a sensor and the fault went away. 2-10 got the repair person out to the house, paid the deduction, and checked in until the repair was done.

When I call to talk to someone, I can tell them what's going on and usually within twenty-four to forty-eight hours, the company that contacted will get in touch with me. I've actually called them several times about different items like one was my microwave wasn't working or another time my dishwasher wasn't working in some cases the company they hired was able to fixed it that day in other cases it sometimes took weeks to get the part available where the company or 2-10 to figure out who's got the cheapest part and get it back to me. So far, the people that they've gotten in touch with me have been pretty decent and know what they're doing--2-10 tries to get better people to your home.

You guys have actually done a pretty good job at responding. When I call you guys up, you try your best to get the best service I could get in the shortest time. We have really only had one problem in the middle of the summer we had our air conditioning unit go out and someone couldn’t come out for one week and here in Tucson that's not good enough so we had to call somebody else and have them come fix it sooner. I could give you two more examples of times I have used my warranty. I have my washing machine break you had a guy come out he repaired it and fixed it and the service charges now up to a hundred dollars but Hey I said just everything going up, that's one example the guy was very courteous the guy was really did his job and he's quick in fact he's out he was on time here recently I had my hot water heater go out and I learned that number one did you replace the hot water heater yes he did but it doesn't cover anything else but the person who actually had to take the old one out and put the other one in I had to pay for that and any damages just to the house cause by the hot water heater of course I had to have my home insurance pick that up.

Well I had used other companies and then I found 2-10 online and they seemed to cover more stuff for a little bit less money than I was paying and I've used them a few times and they do work very well. I had a problem with my dryer and they came out and fixed it and changed the parts out and it was a good experience. They get the people out quickly to service your problems, and seem to go out of their way to make sure everything's done.

2-10 is just an excellent and reliable warranty company and I highly recommend it. There's always a quick response when it when a request is put in, there's a quick response from contractors, regular follow-up to ensure that things are going well, and they reach out if there's any delays or anything like that. They have excellent customer service. We had an issue with the toilet. It was a leak in the back of the toilet and the plumber came in, assessed it, and took care of it fairly quickly and we have not had an issue since.

Every time I call them, they are prompt to answer and take care of what I ask for. I used them recently to repair my heat pump and someone was out here two days later to fix it. The problem happened again the following week and they came back quickly to make sure it was really fixed. I'm very happy with how it all worked out. Another time, I needed new locks for the house and they sent me a check to reimburse our expense.

Even if something isn't included in your contract, they point it out and tell me next time how to renew in the future so that it is covered in the future. Overall a 3 company. I have used them multiple times, multiple years. The repairs usually get done within a reasonable time. The point is: they are a repair company. So they will always try to repair. I have had one issue and that was with my very old stove. The parts literally were not available anymore! The communication between departments was terrible (cuz they are all working from home) and I literally did not have my oven/stove for 7 weeks!! TONS of phone calls. So that was VERY stressful and they would NOT budge and get done what needed to be done. Other than that claim, everything else has been repaired satisfactorily. I am glad I have had this warranty, it has saved me a lot in getting repairmen out to the house!

Everything is always handled quickly. Somebody always gets back to me with information. They act more properly than any other warranty that I’ve previously. What I pay more month is reasonable. The people they send out are always qualified. My garbage disposal was leaking over the holidays and they got right back to me to give me the name of the plumbers, though they couldn’t come to me for a couple of days because of the holiday.
