I had a great experience with 2-10 for my air conditioner repair; they were prompt and efficient. However, the second time I faced a clogged drain, there was a delay in communication from the contractor, but 2-10 resolved it quickly once I reached out. Overall, I've been very happy with the service since I started using it a few months ago!

I've had mixed experiences with my warranty service. While some technicians are excellent, others are incompetent and a waste of time. I’ve had the repair man out to my house twice on my washer three or four times on my refrigerators icemaker. The icemaker to this day works for a little while and then stops floods my floor. The washer was just fixed couple of weeks back and it quit working, two days ago. Every time they come out, they have to go back to get parts and it takes a week or week and a half to give anything fixed. Nothing personal against the guy that comes out but nothing seems to stay fixed. Y’all may want to think about , finding a different repair shop to use this is getting frustrating. I’ve decided not to mess with the washer again so I went out and bought one. Money out of my pocket.
