I’ve had the repair man out to my house twice on my washer three or four times on my refrigerators icemaker. The icemaker to this day works for a little while and then stops floods my floor. The washer was just fixed couple of weeks back and it quit working, two days ago. Every time they come out, they have to go back to get parts and it takes a week or week and a half to give anything fixed. Nothing personal against the guy that comes out but nothing seems to stay fixed. Y’all may want to think about , finding a different repair shop to use this is getting frustrating. I’ve decided not to mess with the washer again so I went out and bought one. Money out of my pocket.

They respond promptly, refer reliable professionals, and ensure the work is done right the first time. I highly recommend 2-10 to everyone I know.

I've had some issues with kitchen appliances and our washer/dryer from 2-10, but overall, we're satisfied with their service. The appliances had problems, but they were promptly addressed. The washer and dryer had issues, but were fixed efficiently. Despite the hiccups, we appreciate 2-10's responsiveness and ultimately, we're happy with their service.
