2-10 is hands down, the best. My air condition stopped working and I called them and once I reached someone, someone called me back immediately to come fix my air condition. It takes too long for somebody to answer the phone sometimes.

It was very prompt service and when I had a question, they were able to come get the answer back to me as quickly as possible. It literally only took a phone call to get a plumber here for a repair. They replied back promptly when I had questions about what was covered.

I've had other home warranty programs and by far 2-10 is the best. The compressor for my air conditioning unit went out, I submitted a claim online and a technician called me that day. They got everything done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with that.

There was a time where I had a leaky faucet, and I reached out to 2-10. Within less than 2 hours I had a confirmation and an appointment scheduled for a plumber to come out. Everything happened very quickly, very timely, and very efficiently. Very happy with the service that I received on that particular request.

The compressor in my air conditioner went out and they fixed the whole thing. Then there was an issue with the contractor that originally came, and 2-10 replaced the contractor very quickly without me having to do anything. So I thought that was pretty cool.

They are very customer focused. They want to do the right things. That's why we chose them again for another year, and we'll probably continue to keep them because of that. If there's an error or anything, they definitely want to make anything right. We've had several issues with our air conditioning unit and they have had to come out several times and every time we've called, they just went above and beyond at this point to make sure that it was taken care of.

This week my air conditioner went out and ended up calling a person out here who fixed it really quick. I feel like the communication between different departments isn't very great. It puts a lot of the onus onto the warranty user to actually communicate between different departments instead of them being able to have internal communication to get issues sorted.

I was told that my A/C was bad and might need to be replaced by a licensed guy that was doing some other work. I was having my foundation fixed. I called in that day and they had somebody call me back and set up an appointment and actually and the guy came and due to some confusion he came back and he fixed it. It was a quick response.

For an older person, I wish they weren't so computer heavy and they were more in person phone call friendly. The process is very good and I've had my garbage disposal replaced, I've had my garage door repaired, I've had the air conditioning service and also repaired.

When I needed help they came right out and fixed it, so I'm very happy with it. I called because my kitchen stove wouldn't work. And they sent a young man out and he looked it over and he fixed it on the spot. It's a very good deal. I'm very, very happy with it. I've had no trouble with the their repair people.

Once I could get through to someone on the phone, we get some resolution taken care of. We had found through the water company that we had a leak in the house and it was because three of the toilets were having leak problems through the toilets because they were original toilets, the plumber had to replace them. And what happened was the plumber actually took the toilets apart before he found out that he couldn't repair them and he was supposed to be ordering new toilets and he claimed the excuse was that he was waiting for 2-10 Warranty, but we ended up being out without 2 toilets in the house for four days and that was actually over a weekend. The plumber ghosted us for days. We ended up doing was reporting that the plumber disappeared on us and to add insult to injury, he reaches out to us a week later and says I'm ready to come to replace the toilets now.

I just used it recently because of my hot water heater and the company called me made the appointment and everything and it was fine. The service was good. As long as the prices don't keep going up it is worth it. You're paying every month a fee and it gets pretty expensive and you add all up in your bills.

I've used my warranty several times and many of the instances everything went perfectly. Almost all of the experiences that I've had with 2-10 have been just about perfect. I've only had one experience that's still ongoing, that has not been perfect, and nobody can get it resolved for me. So it puts me in kind of a weird spot. They are better than any other home warranty company I've ever worked with.

It's kind of usually a wash, whether it's worth it or not. I'm waiting on a phone call back about my refrigerator. If we can get that fixed, that'd be awesome. They sent out a company, but the company can't fix it. So I'm waiting on 210 to get back to me about finding a company that can fix it. The 2-10 service is fine, but sometimes the people they get aren't the best. They're really hard to get a hold of.

There are long wait times on the calls, but once you get through, they're real nice and Give you good information. My water heater was leaking and I performed everything online and it was resolved. Someone came out. It took two days for someone to come out and then it took a week for them to fix it. It is quality service.

They're very big on having the clients use the portal. But sometimes when you have a claim that's open, it's very difficult. Let's say it's a plumbing issue for example. If if it's open, it's very difficult for us for as the client to do something online because it's still open and it kind of like freezes. So I called a couple of times to customer service. The wait is very long and then she wasn't even able to help me, she told me I have to go do it through the portal.

Right when I moved into the home, the the stove went out and that was something that was covered by 2-10 Warranty and that was right before Thanksgiving. Karen Hyman, if there's any problems Karen takes over and the customer service is just unbelievably terrific. I had to use my warranty on my sub-zero refrigerator freezer. They had to come out several different times and fix it. 2-10 uses very, very good vendors. I do think it's a little bit expensive, but I would still purchase it.

We always can get a hold of somebody and never had issues. Recently the pressure regulator tank went bad and I contacted 2-10 and they cut a check weeks later because I used someone out of network. I've had it for 10 or 11 years because I've always found it to be of use and and not difficult to deal with.

It's a good service. We've had to use it quite a few times. The appliances in our house turned out to be kind of old and they started breaking down on us. Several times we've called. and they've been able to send a repair person out. They've also offered to cover the cost of replacement appliances in each case and in one case we took them up on that and replaced our dishwasher completely. We needed them. They are pretty responsive and clear and helpful.

There was a huge delay in addressing and fixing issues. They never pick up the phone. I have a ticket that opened a week ago. Usually it is the 24 hours or 48 hours time frame to get back to me, but it didn't happen for four days and I had to reach back to the technician. Once you open a ticket, they don't respect you in a timely fashion.

Customer support has always been good. The people they've assigned to respond to my call have been slow to respond just about every time we've had to use 2-10. We had to wait a few days to hear from the company that was going to come out to look at our electrical, and then when we did we had to talk to three different people who weren't on the same page.

Back in January I had something going on with my heater. And it was a piece that had broken. I contacted 2-10 online and the website was pretty easy to use. You just submitted a ticket and within a day or so I had someone out there to take care of the problem. I was really impressed.

The disposal went out and I contacted them. They had somebody come out right away and it wasn't repaired quite right by that company. I contacted them for a follow-up, contacted 2-10 and they sent a different company out right away and that person fixed it correctly.

I've only had one issue since I bought the place and it was with a dishwasher. I called and 2-10 sent someone here. It didn't take that long, couple days. The gentleman that came here was very good, very professional, very nice and he repaired the appliance and it's been working fine.

They've always been really good. This last time, my freezer quit making ice, and 2-10 had someone come out and they got the part and got it fixed, no problem. They want you to do everything on the website, it's really hard to get a person, which is frustrating sometimes.

I had a backed up plumbing line and the person that came out did a really good job. Went above and beyond what he had to do. The contractors we've dealt with so far have been good, but they need to expand. They need to get more contractors for the area I live in.

I had some dishwasher repairs that needed to be done and they were responsive to that. I also had some issues with my hot water heater and in both cases, they were to my house within a day or so and they took care of everything. Everything worked fine, so I'm very grateful.

There was a water leak due to a frozen pipe coming into my house, and I put in a claim and 2 days later, the plumbing company called me and they sent somebody right away and it was taken care of very nicely and professionally.
