They will go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly and communication is always open. Right when I moved into the home, the the stove went out and that was something that was covered by 2-10 Warranty and that was right before Thanksgiving. And they were able to resolve it, and we were able to have a good Thanksgiving.

They're very big on having the clients use the portal. But sometimes when you have a claim that's open, it's very difficult. Let's say it's a plumbing issue for example. If if it's open, it's very difficult for us for as the client to do something online because it's still open and it kind of like freezes. So I called a couple of times to customer service. The wait is very long and then she wasn't even able to help me, she told me I have to go do it through the portal.

It's kind of usually a wash, whether it's worth it or not. I'm waiting on a phone call back about my refrigerator. If we can get that fixed, that'd be awesome. They sent out a company, but the company can't fix it. So I'm waiting on 210 to get back to me about finding a company that can fix it. The 2-10 service is fine, but sometimes the people they get aren't the best. They're really hard to get a hold of.

We've been pleased. We have used our warranty a lot. We've used it several times on our dishwasher and they ended up replacing basically every part on the dishwasher, and so they got it fixed and working, and now it's working great. They have been very responsive as well as all the contractors that they've sent out.

It's a good service. We've had to use it quite a few times. The appliances in our house turned out to be kind of old and they started breaking down on us. Several times we've called. and they've been able to send a repair person out. They've also offered to cover the cost of replacement appliances in each case and in one case we took them up on that and replaced our dishwasher completely. We needed them. They are pretty responsive and clear and helpful.

We always can get a hold of somebody and never had issues. Recently the pressure regulator tank went bad and I contacted 2-10 and they cut a check weeks later because I used someone out of network. I've had it for 10 or 11 years because I've always found it to be of use and and not difficult to deal with.

Karen Hyman, if there's any problems Karen takes over and the customer service is just unbelievably terrific. I had to use my warranty on my sub-zero refrigerator freezer. They had to come out several different times and fix it. 2-10 uses very, very good vendors. I do think it's a little bit expensive, but I would still purchase it.

They've been great. I had a water heater totally replaced. All I paid was the service fee. I had to drain the air conditioner and go out and replace the compressor. I had a garbage disposal go out too. They listen, and they are supportive of the homeowners above all else.

There was a huge delay in addressing and fixing issues. They never pick up the phone. I have a ticket that opened a week ago. Usually it is the 24 hours or 48 hours time frame to get back to me, but it didn't happen for four days and I had to reach back to the technician. Once you open a ticket, they don't respect you in a timely fashion.

Customer support has always been good. The people they've assigned to respond to my call have been slow to respond just about every time we've had to use 2-10. We had to wait a few days to hear from the company that was going to come out to look at our electrical, and then when we did we had to talk to three different people who weren't on the same page.

The disposal went out and I contacted them. They had somebody come out right away and it wasn't repaired quite right by that company. I contacted them for a follow-up, contacted 2-10 and they sent a different company out right away and that person fixed it correctly.

In general we feel like it's saved us money which is always good, and the customer support people have been pleasant and kind. But also the couple of times we've had a question or an issue, it's not usually been something that the first person we talked to was able to address. One time I had to call 3 different departments to finally get an answer and that's just a little frustrating. We had a brand new refrigerator when we came and it had lots of problems and you know, 2-10 had somebody come out multiple times and eventually the whole thing had to be replaced and they walked us through all of that, which was was good and helpful. The only downside is that you don't get to pick which service provider is coming out, they assign one to you and so we have had some varying levels of success with different providers.

Everything is online. I don't have the satisfaction of the interpersonal connection with another human being. The vendors that are chosen or that are assigned the jobs are not proactively communicative, at least to the degree I would like. In the last 30 days I had a refrigerator that broke down and the gentleman came out to assess it and said that it would require $500 of parts and labor to fix it. And then I got contacted by 2-10 saying that they would give me a a settlement offer of $400 but they weren't actually going to fix the refrigerator. So that's what happened and that left me less than satisfied.

They're responsive and very helpful. About two weeks ago I had three things break all at once. I called them set up an appointment online and it was very easy. They sent me a company and the contractor came, looked up what the problem was. It was done in less than a week. All I paid was my out of pocket and that was it.

Sometimes when I call the representative does not know what they're really talking about, and they tell you something totally different what's against the policy. I had to used my warranty on my dishwasher when I first purchased the house and that was replaced. The second time I used it was for my microwave and because it wouldn't work and then he came in and replaced whatever needed to be replaced and now it's working fine.

It's not the easiest to get ahold of them. They're forcing people to use the website and I don't necessarily like that. I'd rather call and talk to someone. My washer went out, but it took me a long time to finally get a hold of someone there, but I eventually did, and I had a nice guy here locally that worked with me and got my washer working so I he was very good so I appreciated that.

Once you can get through and get them on the line, they're usually very responsive. Overall had a great experience with their customer support. My garage door was not working and closing right and they got a contractor that came out who was excellent in his field. Superb in this field. Knew his stuff. Did everything he needed to do and thoroughly took care of everything. I didn't have to wait long either. I was contacted and within a day or two after the contractor actually came out and took care of everything on in the same time. He was done within an hour.

When getting repair with heater technician here with me for 2 hours waiting to get ahold of someone at 2-10. He had to leave tried to write all that was wrong. While on the road finally 45 min later I was on the phone with rep and she gave me a number but apparently this was not the right number the team needed sent paperwork online from outsourced company . I didn’t feel that 2-10 would work with me “ we are repair not replace company. So $16000 later got no followup. When went to check no mention of claim. I had to replace due to husband in hospital and I would need heat and all the banging from heater was scary. My husband has since past .

Then she went ahead and contacted Ace Plumbing and she and she took care of everything, I didn't have to make any calls after I talked to her so she was wonderful, very very good customer support.

Well we have been using it since we moved into the house and we really enjoy this services. You don't have to wait long for them to call you back and then do a really good job to your satisfaction. We had issues with the garage door and they were able to came out the same day and fix it. I think that they do a very good job. Really good service.

We had an issue with one of our AC heaters and they were very timely, came out and fixed it.The first contractor had canceled so when I called them, the customer service worked with me to get someone else out to fix the issue that we're having.

They are always prompt with getting a repair man out here and making sure that the repairman does the job correctly. We have had experiences with a service person coming out that did not do their job and they had someone out here almost immediately to correct that and get it right.

They are always very courteous and they've just done what they were supposed to do and that was it. They were in and out very quickly. It seems like they'd always respond very quickly. We like everything and we have had other companies so we do like 2-10 very much.

It took me forever to get through to them, you have to be on hold for half an hour, but when you do get somebody they were very courteous and helpful. They contractors that they had sent out for the service call have been excellent. Courteous and knowledgeable, quick to respond.
