Ms. Tina from Texas was very pleasant and helpful, she was able to assist me with my questions and answers any questions I had about my account. She also tried to help me with my early payment, by getting a small fee deducted but she was not able to help with that. But she tried. The payment is actually 3 months early and not due until December 1,2026. Then it will last for 6 months. Great experience with Ms. Tina

I was assisted by 3 individuals who helped me with questions, removing equipment that i no longer needed and assisting with requested new equipment and sensors. I truly appreciate the great customer service i received today. It’s not often these days that 1 phone call is made and questions are answered, technical support is provided and ordering new equipment is ordered and sent with in a few days. The last young man I Spoke with was MOST HELPFUL!. The 3 females before him were not interested in being at work OR being helpful. I would fire every one of them!! I am not in your service area so I needed help setting up these devices for Window/Door...I do not work for Brinks so there was a learning curve for me. THIS young man offered to help me setup 15-16 ? Devices in system and keyed them in for me and activated them. He was very Patient and let me know the Customer and Security comes first. I asked every prior support Person I spoke with today 08/01/2026 if the help me with key in because they all knew I was having issues with my wall panel timing out. THEY refused. Everyone needs employees like this young man. His service was absolutely EXELLENT!. I do not know him and cannot remember his name but yall need to look him up and reward his service.

We've been with Brinks since 2019. Our panel and sensors have never worked correctly. I actually gave up trying to get them to work and have just been paying our monthly payment for years without having any security from your equipment. On August 17th, I spent two days and 5 or 6 hours talking to technicians to get everything running again. Today, September 4th I realized our doorbell camera wasn't working again. I was quoted from a technician I would have to buy a home warranty package and pay a $75.00 to get the doorbell repaired. I decided to close our account. The technician hung up without transferring me to anyone else. I called back and got Rebecca who offered us a promotion to stay with you. She was knowledgeable, friendly and amazing. It's hard to answer your questionnaire with the exception of scoring her customer service as most of the questions pertain to your equipment. I'm hoping the new equipment that will be coming and the help to install it from the virtual assistant will be positive. I don't know who MONI Social is. The first man I talked to I wouldn't endorse. The second person was Rebecca and she was great!

Calling to cancel Jose and Phillis were great! They were both very helpful & personable. I don’t appreciate that we have to dispose of the equipment now that we’re canceling. Equipment that was glued to our door frames and drilled into our walls. The equipment has been on low batteries for years, I think. Other than that, the equipment always turned on and off when prompted.

All of the problems started from sales and went downhill from there. The order he submitted was incomplete, he assured me my thermostats would work with your system without even checking as to what I had. Bottom line mine weren't compatible and tech didn't bring any with him because the order made no mention of thermostats! According to the tech the entire order was incomplete. Then trying to get someone back out here promptly was a series of phone calls. The only person that really tried to help was a woman by the name of Carla who then hooked me up with Jasmine. They were able to get a tech back out today with w with 2 new thermostats. Previous person I talked to said August 26 first available date and I was going to be out of town. At one point a "supervisor " named AJ hung up on me! If you want whole story have someone who cares call me

System is great. Representative was fantastic. Just beware emails offering low rates for extending contract at a much lower rate. They are legit but the link only gives $5.00 reduction instead of the $10 offered. So I spoke with their representative, she was amazing and reduced the rate by $15.00 not just for 3 years, but also the remaining 6 months on my current agreement. I believe her name was Sheilia.

I called Brinks Home Security to report that I replaced my single front door and transoms with double French doors. I needed another door sensor. I spoke to Al. He ordered an extran sensor for me and gave me a temporary work-around until the sensor arrives. Thank you, Al!

Paul R. was Amazing. He was patient; courteous and explained everything thoroughly. My only complaint about Brinks, is that we are unable to get hold a human person in Tech Support 24/7. We Do Not like taking to AI voice. This will be considered if we decide to renew the contract with Brinks.

Brinks has one of the best customer service department I have ever encountered. The people there are very knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to solve your issue. The representative I spoke with today knew exactly what to do to resolve my problem.
