It's excellent! I've had them for 20 years, and I'm actually changing the system, and they sent me the parts at no charge. I did have a problem with their billing, where I paid them, but the information didn't get back to me, and they gave my account to a collection agency. I had to call the attorney general of my state to report it, and cleared everything out, so it was not easy.

It does what it needs to do, and the people are super! I don't recall any conversations specifically with their customer support, however when I have needed their service or had questions, they were very quick to answer. Plus, they were very courteous. I can't really complain; their service is fantastic.

Customer support has answered our questions and have always been courteous. When I ‘ve needed to replace sensors, I'd get them in a timely manner. I've just been satisfied. If anything, I would like a better way of installing the sensors. They don't fit old style windows and keep on falling.

Customer service is great! They've always been cordial and that worked for us. There's been a few false alarms that we've missed, so they end up calling the Police. That tells me that they were there to take care of their customers.

It wasn't difficult at all to install the equipment. I had never done anything quite like this, but after calling and watching their online videos, it was all very simple. Plus, their representatives have been very helpful, friendly and just fine. I've been very pleased.

I chose Protect America because it was convenient, and seemed to be reasonably priced. Their representatives have been excellent! They're knowledgeable and very helpful. I just think this is a good choice for home owners that don't have a security system.

They've been helpful the times I've called. Sometimes they have me wait a little bit, but over the 6 years we've been with Protect America, their customer service has been fine. Plus, the system does what we've expected it to do. Either way, it was pretty easy to install. The instructions were straight forward, and it was a remote type of installation, but it was a pretty satisfactory experience.

I was on a vacation in Colorado, and they called me to tell me there was a problem with one of the monitors. I called them once I got home, and they took care of it. It cost me $10 to replace it, but it was well worth it. That was the first time I've had to replace one in 26 years. It's a very reliable company.

So far, everything has been great with them! Their agents answer every question, and call us if there's any issues. I only had a problem with one center. I guess the humidity causes it die, but otherwise, all the other ones work well.

If I have to call them for anything, they offer a very good service. They listen to whatever my concerns are. Plus, it was almost flawless to install the system. You can do it yourself, and they walk you through it. It also works perfectly, and it's just a wonderful service.

I heard about them from a friend. The explanation of the installation process was very very knowledgeable and helpful. With the customer support they've been good. I guess I've had a good experience overall, with a few bad ones; some monitors fell off the window, and some of our equipment is outdated. My wife says that one lady was very rude when they called when the alarm went off once, the alarm actually went off and the lady was actually rude. I do wish that for the price that we've been paying, we'd have more items available, too.

We've been lucky enough that we haven't needed to use a lot of customer support but if anything went wrong with the equipment, All I'd have to do is call. I needed some sort of alarm security system, and after talking to the local detectives, one of them recommended Protect America. My experiences with them? I haven't had a problem! Every time the alarm activates, I receive a call. The response was good. Plus, the installation process went very well. Their prices and fees are also much lower than other companies out there. It's just outstanding! I'd recommend them to anybody!

Also, I can call anytime, and get the information I need. They stay on the line, and they make me feel comfortable because I'm not technologically savvy. I'm pretty much satisfied.

It's been upgraded, and everything works well. They also provide good guidance with technical issues. It's met our needs, and it is very reliable, except for the occasional battery changes. I'm an elderly person, and my daughter suggested Protect America for my home. The initial process to install the system was good. My daughter took care of most of it, and it was favorable. I've had my alarm go off a couple of times by mistake, and the police showed up at the house. So, regarding that, I can't complain about it. I've had a good experience with it, and I'm satisfied with it. As a matter of fact, a couple other security places have come up the house trying to get me take theirs and I turned them down.

It's simple to operate the system, and installing it was done over the phone, so it was very easy. The technician was very helpful and understanding. They've been really quick in response. I've tripped my alarm a few times, and before I knew it, the police were right here. I would only say that I wish I had a little more security. Somebody could try to open the windows without breaking the glass.

I've been having problems with Protect America. The service is dead when something goes wrong. I'm basically the technician; I'm the one that has to fix the problem. I dislike that idea that they don't have anybody to come out and to do repairs. Don't get me wrong, I like the way everything is installed and setup. However, after a while, the window monitor falls off. I already have a couple of them that aren't working properly, and they don't send anyone out to fix it.

I chose Protect America because I could install it myself in a very simple process, thereby saving the cost of installation and the customer support was very helpful in assisting me to set up the system. The customer support staff are very knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with it overall. I've never had a bad experience with the customer support staff; however, my big complaint is the wait time, I've waited as much as 20-25 minutes in the queue waiting to have my call answered.

After seeing one of their advertisements, I thought Protect America was a good deal, so I went with it, So far, I haven't had a problem with them. Every time I call, I get a good answer to my questions and so forth. Plus, I did the installation myself, they just sent me all the equipment. I went with them because they came to my door when my house is brand new. The installation was easy, and they just came in and put everything up and then tested it. Their customer service has been pretty good, and so far it's been pretty good overall, too, but one of the sensors broke and then I had to kind of argue with them to give me a new one for free.

They don't do installation; they send you everything and you do the installation yourself, that's the only downside of it, but my daughter helped me with that.
