I was referred by a friend and it is one of the most affordable systems out there. Thee were very thorough during the setup process. They try their best to make me feel comfortable. The key pad is very bulky, but I like the keychain.

The equipment is fine. If there's movement, I'm notified on my phone and the equipment is great. I have other properties that I have insurance with companies and I like Protect America the best. The only problem I have is I wish I could have put a bit more stuff on my line but I didn't have enough space.

I like that we do not need internet in the house because it uses cell phone towers. We have a great signal with cell phones so we decided to go with Protect America. It was easy to set up today. They called and walked me through the set up. It was less than a half hour to do everything. It's easy to use. I can arm or disarm it with my smartphone.

I was very hard to get ahold of and the agent was patient enough to keep trying to make contact so we could get it hooked up. They were very professional about it. It's pretty self explanatory once you start installing it and I have the devices that I needed.

I could install it myself with their guidance. The pricing was good and they were also really helpful just in setting it up. I had to get some new sensors and the customer service was immediately helpful in reinstalling those and being really patient with me and getting that set up so I think they're great.

It was delivered through the mail which is easy. I've never had any problems with the customer service. They always do whatever I need and I always get what I want. When I was trying to figure it out when the alarm goes off because it's really loud so the whole neighborhood would be woken up if someone ever tried to break in.

In the end, Protect America was a lot cheaper than AT&T. I like that I can tell it's working when I go in and out of the door. The alarm is very loud - the whole neighborhood would be woken up if someone ever tries to break in.

The support supplied the equipment I wanted, they didn't have to send out a technician. Everything was done over the phone and their customer service representative and my account manager was excellent. It provides all of the security and a much needed upgrade from the equipment that I had. They have excellent customer service

I like the technology Protect America provided to keep my business secure. Equipment was very simple to install and step by step assistance was provided via phone throughout installation process. The service is superb. There is a direct line to reach control/monitoring center for issues related to alarm system. And a separate number for billing inquiries. I also like the simplicity and flexibility of Protect America's remote app for downloaded Android or Apple which gives me the convenience to arm or disarm my entire system at the tip of my fingers.

The only reason that I rated them a 9 instead of a 10 is because some of their installation instructions for add-on equipment wasn't very good. For the initial install, the instructions were great though. The monthly fee is very reasonable. I also like the fact that my monthly bill will not increase. Had ADT previously and they raised rates annually.

The previous owners of the house had Protect America equipment so I ended up getting a pretty good deal. I haven't had any problems but I haven't seed it for long. The best part is the mobile capabilities. Customer service was able to describe things easily and answer questions really fast.

Every time I go into chat somebody I customer service answers to help. Every time my alarm goes off for whatever reason the police arrived in two minutes or less knocking on my door so that means it's working. My family being safe me is the best thing. One thing they can improve is that I didn't realize that you have to go put the panic chord on the on the on the thing on the device itself.

They're fast and inexpensive. They are easy to install and if we open the door it goes off immediately. They walked us through it step by step. One time I forgot to set the alarm I set the alarm the wrong way or whatever and they instantly called and asked me what was wrong.

They're pretty expedient with everything, whether it's an actual or false alarm. The cameras are a little cheesy. They maybe could have options for different alarm destination, I know that there certain protocols they have to be followed, but perhaps some of those protocols could be for gone depending on if our customer requested it or not.

The two times we've called they've been readily available and very responsive and helpful. We haven't used it that much, no one has tried to break in or we haven't any false alarms or anything like that, but so far that equipment is good. I would like to be system to be hardwired instead of having to plug it into the wall.

We chose them because they were advertised over the internet. I haven't had any problems with it; what I wanted to use it for, it serves its purpose. I saw the add on Facebook. I ordered the equipment and they didn't tell me that I needed a SD card so I'm unable to watch videos and stuff. I with the SD card came with the camera, especially with how much I am paying each month. I like that I do get a notification. I've only called customer service a few times but every time I call they have answered my questions.

We had a false alarm once and they immediately called. It was very easy to install. It was great on IOS but not on android. They need to improve the android app because it's going to be a problem. We cannot start and stop the alarm using the android app. Its per month cost is too much.

It's pretty decent. The best thing is the sensors, each sensor lets you know when you're coming in and out and doors opening and everything and let you know what's going on. They don't come out and put the equipment up for you, you have to do it, but they were pretty good with walking you through what order and stuff like that.

Overall, the customer service has been fine. I haven't had any problems with the equipment. I wish it didn't cost quite as much as it does so I recently had called actually to disconnect the service because I really didn't feel like I can afford it but I'm in a contract for 3 years I didn't realize I was but I am. They were nice enough to wave the payment for November for me.

Like the fact that system is not internet dependent, however I think that your system needs better batteries. Batteries do not last as long as other similar batteries last. TwiceI have left the Country and what I expected to be new batteries fail. Notified by Protecr America but cannot do anything about it. Batteries supplied by your company should be tested or change battery supplier. Not reliable.

The overall value of the equipment and service is excellent. The are that keeps me from giving them a 5 is the associated software applications. Neither the mobile app or PC application has the ability to "do it all". Some task can only be completed in one of the applications. The division of when you need to which app is not clearly defined and can lead to frustration. The Customer Service people can help you figure things out. The end user has no access to the documentation they have.

It was really hard for me to match up the sensors that I received from the company. I had never done anything like that before, so it would have been nice to have help with that. I do like that I can get in touch with them for free with text messaging. And it was the best experience putting no money down.

Customer support was great in explaining how everything worked before I got the system. Any time I forget to disarm my alarm, they call within seconds of it going off. We have had a couple of false alarms, so we know they do their job because police came and responded in each case. We have had some trouble with the park key fobs, because they keep triggering the emergency response. Each time I call into customer support, they've resolved my problems well.

Protect America is always available to answer my calls and they're very prompt if an incident happens. I haven't had any issues with their equipment - everything is working properly so far. The best part about Protect America is the ease of use. You can use your mobile device while you're far away from home to check on your house. I would like them to reduce the monthly rate.
