Everything was explained to me thoroughly by customer service and that is why I picked them. I had ADT and they were lacking but Protect America seems to be very aggressive and willing to help. There are still there for me and appreciate that. It all works as planned though forty five dollars a month is a little high of a price.

The equipment that I paid for and the services were more expensive but it offered more and I got what I asked for. It was the best bang for my buck. It's easy and customer services answere quick. They've answered every question and even called me back if they needed to mind me the answer.

They were very patient. They take all the time that you need and they made it very easy without having a service person come and set it up for me. It's all very modern and up to date. I think the service was pretty good in terms of the response and the information that they provide for better understanding. It was pretty easy to set up and it was very user friendly. We've only used it for a couple of our houses and they've been pretty comparable to what we had in the past and we are very comfortable with the service.

They always resolve any issues. Protect America is very helpful and professional. Everything is working so far. I think the best thing is that they do hourly checks on all the systems, that way you know everything is in constant working order and if their system check fails that they'll send you a free replacement part.

The monthly fee is reasonable. They were responsive to everything on time. I'm satisfied. So far we haven't had any problems. Everything all worked out of the box. It's easy to use, you can turn it on and off from the phone app which is nice. It's very convenient and easy to use and install.

The customer service and package overall value is good. Customer service is pretty quick. I didn't have to pay any installation costs. Overall I think it was pretty good service. We got disconnected a couple of times and instead of seeing the entire installation through one phone call, they request to call them back after you finish the installation yourself and then you have to wait to get back in the queue line to be able to talk to somebody. It had the newest technology. There are multiple access points through the phone app which makes it easy.

They've actually walked me through how to set my system up and if I've had questions they have answered them. They were very very nice and very very pleasant with me. I like it because it's wireless and it's easy to put up and easy to do when you don't have to cut walls or run wires through your home.

I like Protect America was pretty simple to use and they have some features that other companies don't have. The pricing is reasonable. I did have some difficulty talking through the equipment but other than that is good. The representative was knowledgeable and very patient and thorough.

They offered everything I was looking for in terms of price and security. It is easy to use day to day and installation was relatively easy. The best thing is the easy access when you need it. I was able to install the whole thing myself in the home with guided instructions. It covers all the entrances and exits I was concerned about. They are very responsive and can answer any questions I have. They provide links via email with updates of what's happening with the system.

I had a hard time in the beginning, I couldn't get the log to work and the sensor in the garage kept going off. I feel safe when I am at home at night. The couple of times I have gotten customer service I thought it was helpful.

It was affordable and it was the same as other security systems that were hard wired. I like that it was portable and serf installed. Customer service helped with installation and they did not rush me and they are there if I have any questions, they are very thorough. I would definitely recommend.

I am pretty happy with them. They have done everything we have ever asked them to and explained it. They need to come up with a better way to attach the door and window sensors, they tend to get loose after you open and shut them several times.

The equipment is fine. If there's movement, I'm notified on my phone and the equipment is great. I have other properties that I have insurance with companies and I like Protect America the best. The only problem I have is I wish I could have put a bit more stuff on my line but I didn't have enough space.

I like that we do not need internet in the house because it uses cell phone towers. We have a great signal with cell phones so we decided to go with Protect America. It was easy to set up today. They called and walked me through the set up. It was less than a half hour to do everything. It's easy to use. I can arm or disarm it with my smartphone.

I could install it myself with their guidance. The pricing was good and they were also really helpful just in setting it up. I had to get some new sensors and the customer service was immediately helpful in reinstalling those and being really patient with me and getting that set up so I think they're great.

In the end, Protect America was a lot cheaper than AT&T. I like that I can tell it's working when I go in and out of the door. The alarm is very loud - the whole neighborhood would be woken up if someone ever tries to break in.

It was delivered through the mail which is easy. I've never had any problems with the customer service. They always do whatever I need and I always get what I want. When I was trying to figure it out when the alarm goes off because it's really loud so the whole neighborhood would be woken up if someone ever tried to break in.

I like the technology Protect America provided to keep my business secure. Equipment was very simple to install and step by step assistance was provided via phone throughout installation process. The service is superb. There is a direct line to reach control/monitoring center for issues related to alarm system. And a separate number for billing inquiries. I also like the simplicity and flexibility of Protect America's remote app for downloaded Android or Apple which gives me the convenience to arm or disarm my entire system at the tip of my fingers.

The only reason that I rated them a 9 instead of a 10 is because some of their installation instructions for add-on equipment wasn't very good. For the initial install, the instructions were great though. The monthly fee is very reasonable. I also like the fact that my monthly bill will not increase. Had ADT previously and they raised rates annually.

Every time I go into chat somebody I customer service answers to help. Every time my alarm goes off for whatever reason the police arrived in two minutes or less knocking on my door so that means it's working. My family being safe me is the best thing. One thing they can improve is that I didn't realize that you have to go put the panic chord on the on the on the thing on the device itself.

They're fast and inexpensive. They are easy to install and if we open the door it goes off immediately. They walked us through it step by step. One time I forgot to set the alarm I set the alarm the wrong way or whatever and they instantly called and asked me what was wrong.
