I liked that it was wireless and came pre programmed. Everyone that we've talked to has been very thorough and very polite. I thought they were very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I think it's pretty good equipment, probably could have better hardware and fastening.

They are very thorough. They took me through the process step by step very professionally. They walked me through the entire process and told me what to expect. The only thing I think they probably should do is include their in house sensors with the package they provide for the security system.

Protect Americas customer service is outstanding, they were patient, reliable and did what they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend them. Their security system is extremely sensitive but still very workable and easy to use.

I've spent time on the phone with customer service and they've always been pleasant and professional. They've been able to solve any problem that I've had. I'm thinking about upgrading to the next level system. The one I have is ok. The detectors and everything seem to be perfectly fine.

It works. We had a break in this morning. The communication is the best thing when something is happening they contact you immediately. When we call in and talk to them they should have notes so when another representative is talking to us they can see what was done.

The couple times I've needed the customer service department they've been very easy to reach and have been able to fix the problem right there. The best thing is it was easy to install and the price is very good. I got more than I had before for a lot better price. The equipment seems to be very quality.

Their ad says that it takes about 30 minutes to setup on your own. There's some serious stipulations to make these even close to accurate. It took me 3 hours. To be fair, I am dealing with a slightly larger home and was alarming every window. But, this involved a number of steps that involved opening and closing every single point that had a sensor on it more than one time. There was also the calling back several times while they did things on their end. Additionally, I've had issues from the very beginning with the doorbell supplied randomly restarting and or loosing connection. Rather than sending a replacement for a brand new product to a brand new customer, they had me troubleshoot it to 'fix' the problem. I also had to order additional sensors during the setup process. The technician 'made me a deal.' As it turns out, a week later I received an email with deals on additional equipment that always more than $10 less than the 'deal' I was given as a new customer. I will say that outside of these things that the customer service has been pretty on point.

Everybody has been so courteous and helpful while I get things set up. I'm not sure my doorbell camera is working very good right now. It alerts me when I'm away from the house and I can set it and unset it while I'm not here.

When I ordered the system the person I spoke to said it was simple to instal and I did not think it was simple. I had someone helping me and it took at least an hour and a half. I like that you can control it from a smartphone.

They were very helpful when I called them. So far the system has been fine and I haven't had any trouble with it, I've had it less than a year. It's been very economical and it's easy to install. You just tell them what you want to put on the program and they do all the rest. They do all the work and action.

Everytime I had a problem, I called and it was not like a robocall, it was a really person. Usually, they are very helpful and I was able to establish it in a short time. I called Protect America and it was resolved right away. It was very easy to install. I cannot tell if it failed or not failed because so far it works perfectly.

Everyone's been very informative and very friendly. Very quick to get back with us if we need anything. It's very effective equipment and very easy to install. We didn't even need a technician, we just did it ourselves. The best thing about using Protect America for home security at home is that we know that our possessions are safe.

The only problem I have with Protect America is when you go online to chat with somebody, they give you a time that they'll be with you and it doesn't happen. Other than that, I like it. The service I get is excellent. I haven't had any problems with the system. The alarm covers my windows and doors and I feel safer with it.

I was able to get window and door sensors for every window and door in my house so I can be secure when I am in the house or away. The equipment is not as nice as ADT but the price is definitely cheaper so there is some value. The portable key fob is definitely cheaply made. Customer service is excellent. They listen to what you need.

They're great. It is easy to install and I love that I can use the app so if I forget to set an alarm, I can set it from a distance. It makes me feel better that I know if it is on or off. They don't answer their phones every tome you call because you have to hold a little longer than I would like.

They are reliable and it is good quality, it hasn't fallen apart. It gives me peace of mind when I am at home during the day. Their customer support is very patient and receptive and pretty much anything I wanted, they would do for me. I am very frustrated about being locked in a contract.

Everything was explained to me thoroughly by customer service and that is why I picked them. I had ADT and they were lacking but Protect America seems to be very aggressive and willing to help. There are still there for me and appreciate that. It all works as planned though forty five dollars a month is a little high of a price.

I think the service was pretty good in terms of the response and the information that they provide for better understanding. It was pretty easy to set up and it was very user friendly. We've only used it for a couple of our houses and they've been pretty comparable to what we had in the past and we are very comfortable with the service.

I think the best thing is that they do hourly checks on all the systems, that way you know everything is in constant working order and if their system check fails that they'll send you a free replacement part.

The customer service and package overall value is good. Customer service is pretty quick. I didn't have to pay any installation costs. Overall I think it was pretty good service. We got disconnected a couple of times and instead of seeing the entire installation through one phone call, they request to call them back after you finish the installation yourself and then you have to wait to get back in the queue line to be able to talk to somebody. It had the newest technology. There are multiple access points through the phone app which makes it easy.

I was able to install the whole thing myself in the home with guided instructions. It covers all the entrances and exits I was concerned about. They are very responsive and can answer any questions I have. They provide links via email with updates of what's happening with the system.

I had a hard time in the beginning, I couldn't get the log to work and the sensor in the garage kept going off. I feel safe when I am at home at night. The couple of times I have gotten customer service I thought it was helpful.

It was affordable and it was the same as other security systems that were hard wired. I like that it was portable and serf installed. Customer service helped with installation and they did not rush me and they are there if I have any questions, they are very thorough. I would definitely recommend.
