I like my service so far I have nothing to complain about it. Everyone was very polite and very courteous so I think they're really doing a great job. I am very satisfied- I've been using this for about 15 years or more. The only thing I have is I'm having problem with the wireless system that I got from my windows. I got one I pay for it and I have to send it back, I got another one and this one does not work either, one work and one business so I still have the one one that is not protected.

I am a single mom with small children and I want to feel secure. So I got the security system. I actually got an advertisement in the mail and decided to try it. My experience has been great. The only thing that I don't really appreciate is that I have to install the system myself. You ave have to put the sensors on the doors and windows and they walk you through the process over the phone. They don't come out to the home anymore. I don't like that I can't acknowledge if I installed things correctly to protect my home and my family. But other than that, I give them a 10.

I love all of the features with Protect America. I have a camera set up at both doors and I can view them from my cell-phone whenever I want. I can also check to make sure that they system is armed. We got the system because I want to protect our new home that we just built. I found Protect America online and I have loved it. I give them a 10 out of 10.

We travel a lot and needed something to make sure our house was protected. We researched different offers and thought Protect America was the best. We decided to purchase door and window sensors, as well as smoke and fire alarms. Everyone we have talked to has been great to work with - they answered questions, gave tips, and were so polite and so nice. I was amazed that any business could put that much time into satisfying their customers! I only wish that they had a camera option so that we could see who it is when people come to our backdoor.

I typically not in a good mood when I have to call customer service; however my representative was very professional with a wonderful attitude that became quite contagious by the end of our call! She not only solved all my issues she went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. One of the best calls I’ve had in my 15+ years with them! (Now if they could show me some appreciation by giving me a couple upgrades for my loyalty that would really be impressive!) 😉

The whole process of dealing with Brinks Home Security has been long and tedious, marked by misleading emails and other forms of poor communication of Brinks with its customers. The only thing that has saved it has been the absolutely splendid assistance of your customer service rep Jodie Ann. She was exceptionally helpful, as well as a calming influence on my - frankly very justified - outrage with how Brinks Home Security operates. She also was very careful in defending the company while at the same time understanding my concerns. I think that were it not for her, the whole situation would never have been resolved.

I had an issue with my panel that took weeks to correct. After two defective panels, the third is now installed but I have yet another concern on how to manage two devices. Called customer service who could not navigate this simple request and now I am waiting for another virtual tech meeting. All very frustrating. I will say that both Rafael and Jonathan M were terrific in helping me install the panels and were so patient! For that reason, I am giving 4 stars. The process has been difficult and I had to call the twice to have my bill reduced for two weeks of down service. I spoke to Dominique first who told me a sold NO refund per policy and then called back to find that Jaqueline was so helpful and immediately went to her supervisor for the approval. I am on contract and cannot move away from Brinks but will certainly consider it when the contract ends. I remain very dissatisfied with the past few weeks of a messy approach to my issues and lost cost.

Response is almost instantaneous, when I accidentally tripped the alarm, I received two phone calls from Brinks and law enforcement (LE) responded within minutes. The calls I received from the alarm company were to make sure I was alright and the other was to see if LE had responded.

They were pretty good when they walked me through each step to get set up and were pretty patient. I called back and they said they were going to make sure I was locked in and ready to go so customer service is good. I've had issues with one of the sensor. It says my door is ajar but it really is not and then goes back to being okay.

Protect America is very affordable. I like the cheap monthly price and the twenty four hour monitoring. Everything functions like it should and installing the system / setting it up is very easy. Reps are helpful and knowledgebale on how to set up the system.

It wasn't too expensive and it fit our needs. I love that they call us before getting a hold of the police or anything and that they help us fix like one of the sensors are off or something they'll help us fix it. Plus they service us in a rural area. The only complaint I would say I have had trouble connecting their cameras. They should get a wider range of video survelliance. They've handled everything that we needed and I've never had an issue with them.

Did everything they said they were going to do as far as servicing and helping with the assisting with the connection. The equipment is accurate, easy to install, and I like how it displays images. My only feedback is that maybe after one month your company should call to ask your customers are things functioning properly.

I would recommend them to others. I'm a new customer and with what I've seen so far I am satisfied. They guaranteed a price that would not increase. It appears to be good equipment. The only thing is I had to call in two different calls during the installation for technical support. Both times the call went into a waiting list and it takes an hour to an hour and a half to call me back.

Can't rate a 5 since we have only had the service for a month so time will tell. Was having false motion alarms and customer service by the website tech chat was excellent. I didn't research about the quality or reliability of the alarm components, time will tell here too. I feel they offered the best deal for what we needed in home security. It is an easy to set up system and you can have it all completely done before ever calling them to step you through the activation process. The Quolsys2 control panel is very easy to use.

Knowing my home is protected when I am away or when I am sleeping at night is the best part. It works. It was also flexible to move the system when I mover. They have multiple way to access customer service, through the phone or the computer, and both provide excellent, quick, and accurate responses.

They helped me set up the system and were real knowledgeable. I don't like the keypad because the cord it too short and one time I called the technicians and they said they would call back later and that was pretty disappointing, but everything else is good.

They are very thorough. They took me through the process step by step very professionally. They walked me through the entire process and told me what to expect. The only thing I think they probably should do is include their in house sensors with the package they provide for the security system.

It works. We had a break in this morning. The communication is the best thing when something is happening they contact you immediately. When we call in and talk to them they should have notes so when another representative is talking to us they can see what was done.

The couple times I've needed the customer service department they've been very easy to reach and have been able to fix the problem right there. The best thing is it was easy to install and the price is very good. I got more than I had before for a lot better price. The equipment seems to be very quality.

Their ad says that it takes about 30 minutes to setup on your own. There's some serious stipulations to make these even close to accurate. It took me 3 hours. To be fair, I am dealing with a slightly larger home and was alarming every window. But, this involved a number of steps that involved opening and closing every single point that had a sensor on it more than one time. There was also the calling back several times while they did things on their end. Additionally, I've had issues from the very beginning with the doorbell supplied randomly restarting and or loosing connection. Rather than sending a replacement for a brand new product to a brand new customer, they had me troubleshoot it to 'fix' the problem. I also had to order additional sensors during the setup process. The technician 'made me a deal.' As it turns out, a week later I received an email with deals on additional equipment that always more than $10 less than the 'deal' I was given as a new customer. I will say that outside of these things that the customer service has been pretty on point.

Everybody has been so courteous and helpful while I get things set up. I'm not sure my doorbell camera is working very good right now. It alerts me when I'm away from the house and I can set it and unset it while I'm not here.

When I ordered the system the person I spoke to said it was simple to instal and I did not think it was simple. I had someone helping me and it took at least an hour and a half. I like that you can control it from a smartphone.

Everytime I had a problem, I called and it was not like a robocall, it was a really person. Usually, they are very helpful and I was able to establish it in a short time. I called Protect America and it was resolved right away. It was very easy to install. I cannot tell if it failed or not failed because so far it works perfectly.

They were very helpful when I called them. So far the system has been fine and I haven't had any trouble with it, I've had it less than a year. It's been very economical and it's easy to install. You just tell them what you want to put on the program and they do all the rest. They do all the work and action.
