I think they offer a reasonable price. All of their Customer Support representatives have been good; we have not required much support. They sent the wireless system, and we self-installed it. Once we got everything attached, we called, and they activated the system. Even after 8 years, the equipment is still working. We will certainly stick with them.

Their customer service has been outstanding. Whenever I had a problem, I called and they were always cooperative. They've always responded, in a professional way, to the problems that I presented. The installation process went well, because at the time that I subscribed to Protect America, they sent a couple out to my home and that couple installed the security system into my home. I purchased this home in 1999, and I've been with Protect America ever since. The reason I'm still with them is because of the services they provide, and the professionalism that they offer to their customers.

It's inexpensive and all the equipment is free and easy to install. I did the installation myself and it was fine. Customer support is excellent; any time I have a question or problem, somebody gets on there and helps me and is very patient and takes whatever time is needed to solve my problem. The equipment is fine. I had some instances were it has been set off accidentally, and the police department is here very quickly, very responsive.

Installation was very easy, and my experience with the equipment has been good. They were the first company that I didn't have to go through a whole lot of red tape with. They've been very supportive, they called me whenever my alarm went off and let me know. They asked me if everything was okay, or if they need to call the police or dispatch anyone out.

My wife is alone a lot, so we decided to get some Window Alarms for the house. I purchased it online so I didn't talk much to the sales team, but I'm very satisfied with the service. It was easy to install, and when I called Tech Support for help, they were extremely helpful. They even upgraded my entire system to a wireless one, free of charge. They've really been great!

We have the home security system. They kept me very safe, in fact on a Christmas eve somebody threw a break to my back window and entered the house and as soon as the alarm went off they went out the front door, nothing was missing so they did their job. they've kept me safe twice so one time somebody tried to break in and they actually caught him during the break in.

I have a monthly monitoring service and their equipment in my home. Been a customer for a long time. It was a little tricky setting it up myself but they walked me through it and were very patient, I've moved three times and each time they you know take up a time to help me reset up everything so I'm sure as far as the complexity it's probably equal among different companies so, they were able to help me so that was good

I like my service so far I have nothing to complain about it. Everyone was very polite and very courteous so I think they're really doing a great job. I am very satisfied- I've been using this for about 15 years or more. The only thing I have is I'm having problem with the wireless system that I got from my windows. I got one I pay for it and I have to send it back, I got another one and this one does not work either, one work and one business so I still have the one one that is not protected.

I am a single mom with small children and I want to feel secure. So I got the security system. I actually got an advertisement in the mail and decided to try it. My experience has been great. The only thing that I don't really appreciate is that I have to install the system myself. You ave have to put the sensors on the doors and windows and they walk you through the process over the phone. They don't come out to the home anymore. I don't like that I can't acknowledge if I installed things correctly to protect my home and my family. But other than that, I give them a 10.

I love all of the features with Protect America. I have a camera set up at both doors and I can view them from my cell-phone whenever I want. I can also check to make sure that they system is armed. We got the system because I want to protect our new home that we just built. I found Protect America online and I have loved it. I give them a 10 out of 10.

We travel a lot and needed something to make sure our house was protected. We researched different offers and thought Protect America was the best. We decided to purchase door and window sensors, as well as smoke and fire alarms. Everyone we have talked to has been great to work with - they answered questions, gave tips, and were so polite and so nice. I was amazed that any business could put that much time into satisfying their customers! I only wish that they had a camera option so that we could see who it is when people come to our backdoor.

The Home Security Representative was very helpful. I do not think it would have needed to get to the point that they needed to step in if Brinks would make sure the technical assistant folks are checking any and all issues when they are called on and Brink's Texting assistant absolutely SUCKS. It seems to be driven by automated questions and after 5 minutes, I quit using it as I had not even texted with a real person yet.

This account belonged to my dad who passed away on November 2, 2024. He would have been 96 on his birthday in April 2025. I live approximately 50 miles from him but always had peace of mind that he was being taken care of by Brinks Home Security. The young man that I spoke with advised the door sensor needed to be replaced. I am thankful that he figured out the problem because the new battery didn't resolve the issue. There's a gap in between the magnet and door sensor.

I received an email offering to lock in my monthly rate at $30.18 (rate was $42) by renewing a 36 month contract. I accepted the offer but my next bill was still $42. I called to find out why and was told the $30.18 was before taxes and fees. No where did it say the $30 was the base rate plus taxes or I would have stayed month to month. I spoke with a rep who was very helpful and able to get my rate down to $33 per month for 40 months, but still, Brinks falsely advertised a promotional rate so that's why I am giving them three stars. The customer service rep was excellent, but I shouldn't have had to call her at all, my new bill should have just been $30.18.

Response is almost instantaneous, when I accidentally tripped the alarm, I received two phone calls from Brinks and law enforcement (LE) responded within minutes. The calls I received from the alarm company were to make sure I was alright and the other was to see if LE had responded.

They were pretty good when they walked me through each step to get set up and were pretty patient. I called back and they said they were going to make sure I was locked in and ready to go so customer service is good. I've had issues with one of the sensor. It says my door is ajar but it really is not and then goes back to being okay.

Protect America is very affordable. I like the cheap monthly price and the twenty four hour monitoring. Everything functions like it should and installing the system / setting it up is very easy. Reps are helpful and knowledgebale on how to set up the system.

It wasn't too expensive and it fit our needs. I love that they call us before getting a hold of the police or anything and that they help us fix like one of the sensors are off or something they'll help us fix it. Plus they service us in a rural area. The only complaint I would say I have had trouble connecting their cameras. They should get a wider range of video survelliance. They've handled everything that we needed and I've never had an issue with them.

Did everything they said they were going to do as far as servicing and helping with the assisting with the connection. The equipment is accurate, easy to install, and I like how it displays images. My only feedback is that maybe after one month your company should call to ask your customers are things functioning properly.

I would recommend them to others. I'm a new customer and with what I've seen so far I am satisfied. They guaranteed a price that would not increase. It appears to be good equipment. The only thing is I had to call in two different calls during the installation for technical support. Both times the call went into a waiting list and it takes an hour to an hour and a half to call me back.

Can't rate a 5 since we have only had the service for a month so time will tell. Was having false motion alarms and customer service by the website tech chat was excellent. I didn't research about the quality or reliability of the alarm components, time will tell here too. I feel they offered the best deal for what we needed in home security. It is an easy to set up system and you can have it all completely done before ever calling them to step you through the activation process. The Quolsys2 control panel is very easy to use.

The equipment seems good and it is nice to know if you're away what is going on at your house. They were helpful when I called setting it up and took the time to make sue everything was right. The price is kind of in the middle, some are higher and some are a little lower.

Knowing my home is protected when I am away or when I am sleeping at night is the best part. It works. It was also flexible to move the system when I mover. They have multiple way to access customer service, through the phone or the computer, and both provide excellent, quick, and accurate responses.

They helped me set up the system and were real knowledgeable. I don't like the keypad because the cord it too short and one time I called the technicians and they said they would call back later and that was pretty disappointing, but everything else is good.

The advertisement is a little misleading and it costs more than it said. It is a valuable investment. I've had no problems with the equipment, it is also very user friendly and the best thing is it keeps idiots off my property and records them.
