Every communication I've had with them has been very satisfactory. I haven't had any problem that was not solved. Although it did take me a while to install the system, somebody assisted me through the phone. The only inconvenience I had was when my battery gave out, so I called them for assistance. I wasn't able to put the battery in myself, so they just sent me a new console. They've offered such a good service; I've always been satisfied.

I've had good experience with them, no problems. Installing the system was pretty easy as well. They walked me through the process on the phone. I've set off the alarm a few times, and the police came over and solved it. That just shows it works.

We love it! We like the portability of it, and the fact that the customer service is great! They've always been very receptive when we've called. We've also upgraded our system a couple of times, and even moved recently out of state. They were very helpful in getting installed in our new home. On top of that, our monthly alarm check is always helpful as well.

The equipment's phone service is fine, but it's very time consuming to get help on the phone, I think their representatives are very good, I just wish there was people available that could come and help you with things. They recently changed the equipment, and this new one is bigger. They left the holes they had to screw on the window. That's an issue, because the new system doesn't fit on the same place the other one did, and the holes stay there.

They're a great company! I installed the system myself, so it was very easy. I do wish; however, my sensors could stay a little longer, without them hanging off. We've had Protect America for 8 years now, but I'm thinking on going to Simpli Safe. They can monitor my house for $15 a month, which is a bit cheaper.

It's outstanding! They had a better price and equipment than ADT, so I like it better. We put the alarms in the windows and doors, and it was easy! I pretty much did it myself. Whenever we have problem and I accidentally set off the alarm, the police will knock on my door and make sure I'm okay. That's how I know it actually works.

Customer support was pretty good. I can't say something negative about them because all our questions were answered. They would stay on the line with you if your system was having a problem. Back in the day, when we first purchased them, they installed everything for us. Now that they upgraded their system, we had to do it ourselves, and I did not like that. It was too difficult for me. Besides that, the equipment works just fine.

When I first got Protect America, we had a break-in and they called me and they kept me on the phone. Having the equipment in place is relaxing so far. I was looking for a company that's nice and would give me a decent price and still take care all the stuff I needed done. The installation process went well. The customer support is great, they're very patient. I'm not a computer-savvy guy or tech guy, and they were very helpful; they've walked me through a lot of stuff I need to do.

The installation was easy, but getting instructions was not that good. I still enjoy it, however, the battery life and the main device does not last long. It's rechargeable and still operates, so that's okay. Their representatives are very good when it comes to adding new items to your system. Plus, they're very good at providing feedback and telling you what's going on.

We had ADT, but they didn't take care of their equipment. On the other hand, Protect America was all good about helping you. They're easy to deal with when you have a problem or something. Setting up the equipment was easy, we did it ourselves; they just walked us through the process. Overall, it's good! We don't have any complaints about it.

I pay a monthly fee of $29.95 and it is a good price compared to the competition. The low hassle and the wireless system that you can install yourself, is really pretty simple. I just had an issue a few days ago with a box they sent over, but the representative helped me out.

Protect America has been a positive experience. I recommend it because the price is competitive, and I would say it has given me the service that I have paid for. I installed it myself, and didn't have any problem. The system has not gone off in terms of home invasion or anything, but if I had one criticism, it would be that sometimes the battery does not last long.

I wanted security in my house while I was working, so that I would know if something happened at my home. They installed everything. The equipment is one hundred percent fine, it's great. They've always done everything that I asked them to do at customer support. One time I asked them if they could send someone out and they said they didn't have anybody close by, and then I closed the phone and they called me right back and said they did after all, so they sent him. That was the only time that they sent somebody.

I decided to go with them based on cost. Everything has worked as designed or as it's supposed to. I think everything is as expected. I've had no problems with customer support. Whenever I needed an answer they were there; I didn't have any issue. Installation was fairly simple—they just teach you over the phone. I had to do it myself, but I knew that beforehand, so I had no issues with it.

The main reason I chose Protect America is because it was small wireless ball, and I can take it from house to house. I can say I'm satisfied with it because I've had the original equipment since 2003, and it's still working. Plus, the installation process was good, it just took quite a while to set up, that's all. I think the customer service is good. It's reliable, I had no issues with that. The only thing I don't like is that it's a little too expensive to upgrade the system.

The installation was easy to deal with; I did it myself, which was why I chose them in the first place. I had all the customer support needed, both on the activation and testing, and a couple of false alarms. I upgraded it once, but the equipment is fine, its functions are regularly tested by myself and communication tested occasionally. it is a monitored line, and I had no problems at all.

I saw an advertisement for them, and that's how I decided to go with them. Customer support has been great; they're really helpful and they're patient. They walk you through the program. It's really good. The installation was nerve-racking at first but once I got ahold of their people, it was okay, it's great. So far it's been great using the equipment. I tried it a couple of times and able to do pretty good and one time I was at home and I accidentally stepped on the emergency thing and the police came out and I was there so it works. They're good people.

I chose them because of the rate they offered, and actually it was part of the company that I was involved in as a home-based business. The equipment is fine... it's not working right now because I had a lightning strike that hit it just recently and knocked it out, so I need to replace it, but it's been working fine for me for several years, so I don't have any complaints.

It was a little tedious to set up the system, mostly because it took about an hour, but it's worked fine. It worked just as expected. We've had to replace the battery a couple of times, just because they won't last for 2 to 3 years, but they send them in the mail and walk you through the process of hooking them up. During these 6 or 7 years that we've been with Protect America, they have kept us satisfied.

So far it's been a good experience with Protect America's equipment. When the alarm goes off, they send a road patrol out immediately, and they will find out what's going on. Mine went off one time when one of my windows went up, and they came by and checked it. My nephew had the system, so I decided I would get it, too. He put it in, it's so simple. It wasn't very hard for him.

My friend just told me that there's an alarm company that is cheaper from the one I had so I got Protect America. I always have calls from somebody or somebody open the door actually what happened is you cannot defense or gets bad and then they sent the policeman take a look at it, protect our house that's the experience that I had from them.
