When I tested it, I had a problem, it was supposed to go on the test and it didn't so the police came but other than that I haven't had any problems with the equipment and the customer service is good. I like that I can arm it from my cell phone and check the status.

Whenever you call there is always somebody there to answer your questions and help you. I now feel secure at home knowing that there is somebody there and that it will alert the police right away.

I needed more sensors than I got back in the day and supposedly it was sent but it never got here. Other than that I feel more secure and I have not had a break in since I got it. The contract is slower, I was not expecting to have to pay this fee for three years but outside of that I have no problem with it.

When talking to customer service, it doesn't seem like you are being rushed to finish. They are very patient and seem very accessible. They have different products that you can place in different rooms. The products hold their value.

Every time I need something, they are always there to help me. The set up was really easy and the system works exactly like it should. Their cameras do require Wi-Fi so that is important to know.

Sometimes they had some confusion with their service reps but the overall capabilities of the services were available. It's a state of the art type of equipment. I like the quality of the video sensors and the ease of use and the customer service is good.

If we make a mistake and forget to turn the alarm off when we get into our house, they are quick to call us to make sure we have no problem. It's easy for the homeowner to install.

I like checking their working app so I don't have to call all the time. There was an easy of installation and the connectivity between all of the tolls. We didn't have the internet when we set it up and we don't need it to get the security system working and that was excellent.

The customer service is very knowledgeable and we needed their help and it was easy to follow directions. I kind of had issues with one of the door sensors. I like that we can do it through wireless on our phones and we're not home.

They stay on the phone with you and answer every question that you have and take their time. Some of the sensors are large and difficult to place on doors and windows. I liked the ease of setting up the equipment.

Their monitoring system is very good and their return time if you have to call the police or anything like that if the alarm goes off, they respond very quickly. It's convenient. It's easily set up. They have great service.

There is a wait time when I have made calls and are wanting to get information and being put on hold. It takes a long time it seems like in many cases. I made a call recently to cancel one of my house systems and I really got a run around on that one. I've had no problems with the equipment. I have the wireless system and I really like it.

Solid security system, easy to set up, fair prices, excellent customer service. The phone app is clunky and you can't set up automatic alarms, ie, you can't enable alarm to arm based on a schedule, so you always have to manually arm the system.

Customer service said that the installation would be very quick and easy but it took us a while to do it and had to redo it a lot. The sales people sold it to be a lot better than it actually is.

I think the company is excellent and their veteran discount makes its very affordable. Customer support was excellent. I was supposed to get a call from their finance office the day after it was installed and it was at least three day and they did not call me back. The adhesive tape on the back of the unit it very cheap, I have already had one false alarm because the of the tape.

The set up and install has been easy. The price point is affordable. The system is user friendly. The phone app has had issues of being offline from time to time but I've noticed some improvements on that working better. The warranty on the equipment was a big sell point, along with the locked in price and the system can go with you.

The best thing is the quick service when they communicate with you. After the second false alarm they'd call you and ask to make sure that it's a false alarm within maybe two seconds after the incident.

They didn't give me all my sensors so I had to order it twice and still it's still missing something. So far everything s working good, I can look it on my phone all day. I like that I can lock it on my phone. They need to let the people know that it does include in the sensors when they order. I'm happy overall.
