Some things work well, others don't. The system has sensor issues. The one works intermittently stating it is being bypassed when arming. The system is poor at cellular communication because of weak signal in my area. I told them about signal issues and assured me it would be fine because it's a 3G communication. In addition the app works sporadically often saying the system is offline likely because of that weak signal.

We've had it fall off because it is not a permanent thing but it certainly is easy and we had to get rid of our phone line so that is why we chose it. They don't always get a person when you call and they have to call you back.

They were very descriptive with what we were getting and very helpful. Mostly it does a good job but we don't get phone calls like we're supposed to when it goes off and the code isn't put in on time.

Every Time I've talked to them they've helped me immediately. I've seen better products. The video camera is very poor in quality but it's easy to use and easy to set up. It's a very simple plain security system that seems to work well.

Accessable and willing to help with any problem. When I couldn't reach them the first time they would call me back instantly. Some of the equipment seems to be a bit flimsy but is all functions correctly. We really like the mobile control panel. You can take it with you to any room in the house.

They've been really responsive. It's very easy to install and it works well. We can install it ourselves. We are in a remote location where getting people to come out would have been very costly.

Protect America offers a great product. Very easy to install yourself and easy to use and inspect. My only issue is that after having purchased the system and doing some more indepth research I probably could have gotten a comparable system with no contract and less monthly cost.

Equipment has been excellent. There were some miscommunications when I first joined and I ended up getting a number of sales calls that weren't wanted so they should maybe have a bit more communication on that end but other than that customer service has been pretty good.

When I tested it, I had a problem, it was supposed to go on the test and it didn't so the police came but other than that I haven't had any problems with the equipment and the customer service is good. I like that I can arm it from my cell phone and check the status.

I needed more sensors than I got back in the day and supposedly it was sent but it never got here. Other than that I feel more secure and I have not had a break in since I got it. The contract is slower, I was not expecting to have to pay this fee for three years but outside of that I have no problem with it.

I like checking their working app so I don't have to call all the time. There was an easy of installation and the connectivity between all of the tolls. We didn't have the internet when we set it up and we don't need it to get the security system working and that was excellent.

There is a wait time when I have made calls and are wanting to get information and being put on hold. It takes a long time it seems like in many cases. I made a call recently to cancel one of my house systems and I really got a run around on that one. I've had no problems with the equipment. I have the wireless system and I really like it.

Solid security system, easy to set up, fair prices, excellent customer service. The phone app is clunky and you can't set up automatic alarms, ie, you can't enable alarm to arm based on a schedule, so you always have to manually arm the system.
