They're pretty patient and go through everything with you. When you do a security check with them you can't get the glass breaker to go off to check it, but they say that's common. When I spoke to someone they told me they would send me more stickers because I only had one but I never got more.

The great online ratings and reviews drew me to this company. The woman that walked us through it was very knowledgeable. We like that the equipment is working pretty good. The control thing is pretty great, but the sensors seem like they're cheaply made - they're ok, but I'm not sure how long they're going to last.

When I chatted with Protect America before I went with them, I found it had all the services I needed. They were friendly, helpful, and kind. One thing I don't like about the system is that it's all do it yourself. I would have liked a technician to come out to help me, but the equipment is outstanding.

This company is really thorough, and has high ratings. Their customer support is nice, helpful, and patient. Their camera is okay, but it's not the highest quality. You can still get a decent picture from the motion detectors, and the door alarms are great. I haven't had them for very long, but I like their services so far.

We had the old Monitronics for years, I don't know why they went and changed their name, but we never had problems with them, they have great service. We never had any equipment problems or anything. That being said, I'm upset at them. They sent out a repairman because we had some issue with our system. He came out, said that our battery was dead and that he wasn't able to do the fix right there since he had no new batteries. All he did after that was plug some wire that had come loose and left. He wasn't even here for more than 5 minutes and they charged us $50 for that!

I had ADT for a lot of years before but I needed a change. They have been very helpful whenever I need to change codes or if I just need help. There are times when the alarm doesn't go off when it should, or sometimes it goes off when it shouldn't. Otherwise, it has been good.

Anytime we had a problem with the alarm, we just called and they did all the repairs that it needed. They would also call right away when it would go off, and even send an officer, so I'd say they've been very responsive. The service has really given me a peace of mind, and I'm just very satisfied with it.

One thing I don't like about them is that they don't check on their product. I had to replace the battery in it, which is a very difficult task for a 70-year-old woman like me, so I ended up having to call a technician to do it. Besides that, I think the service has been worth my money.

When they offered me their service, the price scheme was reasonable, and the product was very easy to install. Their customer support has been fine; however, I did have a problem a recently where a couple of the panels were not working properly. They were willing to upgrade it, so I'd say the experience was fine. In terms of their billing, I think that can improve a bit.

Everything has been by the book! If you have any problems, they check it out and monitor the system, and make sure all your sensors are working properly and everything. I just wish they offered fire protection. They didn't have cameras when I signed up, so that's something I'd like as well.

It was easy to install, and I did it myself. It's been a while, so I'm sure my system probably needs an update, especially the sensors on the doors and windows. Customer service is pretty good, but I'd think they'd have my phone number by now. My alarm went off the other day, and they were only able to get a hold of my wife.

I haven't had any bad experiences with them, except for an issue I had with one of the instruments that wasn't working well. I just called their customer service, and they sent over a new one! It was pretty simple to set up the entire system because somebody was supporting me over the phone.
