I feel safe in my home. The quality is good. It is a lot more durable, more solid than the ones in the past. The person that helped me to install the equipment was very patient and extremely helpful. It really would be better if there was somebody from the company that would install the equipment instead of having the homeowner.

Pretty much everything has worked and right now it logs all that stuff just for the security and that everything is working. I like that it's wireless, no landline. Customer support needs to be more reachable. If I call into the company I can never really get ahold of somebody and am always put on hold.

They've been able to take care of everything that I've needed every time I call. I think the cameras could be better but the installation on the other equipment is fine. The best part about Protect America is the mobile features and being able to control everything over the mobile app.

Any time I've called, they've been very very helpful. I've never had any problems or something happen to any of the parts of the alarm system that they sent to me. Anytime I turn it off or arm it, it sends me a message.

We have three different alarm panels in two different locations and we were able to get it all merge together in one that I can track or control for my app on my phone and on my computer. Once it's set up, it's dependable and their response is good when the alarm goes off.

The people are very nice and courteous when you call them. The panel box is a little bit on the large side so it's not really easy to blend in with anything in the home. I wish that I didn't have to do door sensors and the window sensors. If I remove one of them to get my bill lower that would be nice.

I like everything about Protect America except for the high, monthly price. I also only received 1 key fob instead of 2. I wanted outdoor cameras and the salesman did not seem concerned about that. I do enjoy the notifications that go directly to my phone.

They helped me with the set up of it when I needed it and anytime anything's happened, any occurrence, for the alarms they've been on the phone with us immediately. I think some of the contacts that they put on the doors are a little flimsy. The equipment is easy to set up and mobile.

Sometimes they are hard to get ahold of but when I've had a problem they've been on top of it. The only suggestion I would have is try not to push everybody off to the internet for chatting but talk to people live.

Whenever we needed help it was resolved immediately. After a year our sensors are failing. IT was an easy installation and option for the apps. It would be nice to have a tech in the local area who could occasionally come and help customers in case they need to troubleshoot the sensor or something like that.

When I was searching around, I wanted something that didn't have to be connected to a landline or hardwired. I wanted web-based security and Protect America offered that. I do have some issues with the cameras clicking and making a lot of noise. The camera can't decide if it's day or night.

The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of 5 is you have to do all of the installation on your own while someone waits with you on the phone the entire time. It is easy to install but I'd rather have someone do the installation and not have to do it myself.

The technology seems outdated, especially the phone app. There is no biometric sign in / arm/disarm options, no integration with intelligent assistants, no alerting if a door is open unless you try to arm the system etc. looks like they are on legacy technology with just an app almost for the sake of having one. For the monthly price they charge, you expect a lot more. I'm hoping the monitoring service at least makes up for it. Thankfully I haven't had a need for that with no breakins (fingers crossed)

The monitoring process is excellent. The one time I was co texted because of access that appeared to be unauthorized, it was very timely but the person who I texted me was hard to understand and apparatus to be very frustrated by her interaction with me. Fortunately we resolved the issues.

Protect America provides a good support system for you. They were very helpful during the installation, even when we had false alarms. I would have been more comfortable if the installation was done by them and not me. It would probably be nice to have the option for someone to come out and help them but install the system. Not everybody is comfortable with the self installation and I wasn't aware that it was self installation when I ordered it.

I've accidentally set off the alarm, but nobody called. I really like the motion detectors, and would like to get more sometime. Right now, I've just got two motion motion detectors. I would like to have more but I can't really afford it right now.

When I initially got the system, they helped walk me through the entire installation. I've had a few problems, like things falling off, but overall it's great. I think the iPhone app is a little outdated, so I'd like them to update that technology.

This system is easy to install and for a good rate. I think it would be nice if the company personalized the installation for each house, because as of right now everything is standard. I like using the app on my phone to know whatever is happening with my house. They contact me as soon as any alarm in my house goes off through the app.

Protect America was cheaper than other companies. The device gets constant feedback, so if anything'g going wrong it's accessible to technical support. My favorite feature is that it has a voice when people go in and out, or whenever you call.
