I think some of the equipment is a little flimsy, but overall it's good and works. Customer service responds quickly and is helpful to work with. The price is low for the service, and it's convenient to install yourself.

This system is easy to install and for a good rate. I think it would be nice if the company personalized the installation for each house, because as of right now everything is standard. I like using the app on my phone to know whatever is happening with my house. They contact me as soon as any alarm in my house goes off through the app.

When I initially got the system, they helped walk me through the entire installation. I've had a few problems, like things falling off, but overall it's great. I think the iPhone app is a little outdated, so I'd like them to update that technology.

They are very patient and attentive during calls. They are available when you need them. I don't really like the quality of the equipment, because the thing they use to attach the devices to fixtures peels away so easily. Overall, it's a system that is easy to install, and comes with a good price.

It's easy to manage and everything is good. I can just lock it myself and there are no problems. I found out the price was a little bit higher but I like Protect America. I don't have a problem with that.

They are very responsive. It was very easy to set up and it appears to be working well. We've had a couple of false alarms and they have been very quick to respond. I think they should lower their prices, though.

They've always responded to any emergency and they've been friendly when they call. They're cooperative with making sure that everything is okay. I like the ability to alarm and disarm the system on your phone. I've had it about a year and I don't have any issues with the equipment.

Initially, I liked Protect America because of their price and that I don't need a telephone line. There was some problems with the sensor for window and I fixed it for several times, although everything is working now.

Protect America was cheaper than other companies. The device gets constant feedback, so if anything'g going wrong it's accessible to technical support. My favorite feature is that it has a voice when people go in and out, or whenever you call.

We went with Protect America because their ratings were good and they're very affordable. Unfortunately, when I've called into customer service many times and they don't understand what I'm trying to say. The equipment is good, and everything is working as it's supposed to.

Every time I've called they've always addressed any concerns very quickly. The doorbell camera works, but not phenomenally. The camera I bought is good but not great, I don't think it pans out, and it doesn't have a wide enough screen on it.

They're pretty patient and go through everything with you. When you do a security check with them you can't get the glass breaker to go off to check it, but they say that's common. When I spoke to someone they told me they would send me more stickers because I only had one but I never got more.
