So far, I haven't had any problems with Protect America. Installing the system was pretty straight forward. They stayed on the phone to make sure that everything was in place, and tested appropriately. They're really helpful anytime I call their 800 number. I actually chose them because they gave me a low-cost option, to let my home personal security option. I believe it's been adequate to my personal needs.

I've been having problems with Protect America. The service is dead when something goes wrong. I'm basically the technician; I'm the one that has to fix the problem. I dislike that idea that they don't have anybody to come out and to do repairs. Don't get me wrong, I like the way everything is installed and setup. However, after a while, the window monitor falls off. I already have a couple of them that aren't working properly, and they don't send anyone out to fix it.

Anytime I have to change something on the system, the only thing I have to do is call, and the representatives walk me through it. I feel very good about it! I've had it for a few years now, and only a few things have gone wrong with it. The only thing I'd like to say is that sometimes the alarm goes off, and nobody is there to ask me if everything is alright.

I chose Protect America because I could install it myself in a very simple process, thereby saving the cost of installation and the customer support was very helpful in assisting me to set up the system. The customer support staff are very knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with it overall. I've never had a bad experience with the customer support staff; however, my big complaint is the wait time, I've waited as much as 20-25 minutes in the queue waiting to have my call answered.

It's usually been very good when it comes to their customer service agents. The last time we had some problems, and I think he got somebody that was helpful, but then he had to come back and he got somebody that was outstanding. My husband installed the system himself, however, he did have to call back to verify everything. Overall, it's been a positive experience.

After seeing one of their advertisements, I thought Protect America was a good deal, so I went with it, So far, I haven't had a problem with them. Every time I call, I get a good answer to my questions and so forth. Plus, I did the installation myself, they just sent me all the equipment. The only thing I do have to day is that I need an upgrade. I've had this for quite a while, so I'm going call and see if I could get an upgrade package.

I went with them because they came to my door when my house is brand new. The installation was easy, and they just came in and put everything up and then tested it. Their customer service has been pretty good, and so far it's been pretty good overall, too, but one of the sensors broke and then I had to kind of argue with them to give me a new one for free.

A friend told me about it. So far it's been very good. Whenever I called about an issue it's gotten resolved, so I've had nothing but a good experience. They don't do installation; they send you everything and you do the installation yourself, that's the only downside of it, but my daughter helped me with that. The equipment itself is very good, though.

Overall I'm pleased with what I've got, Protect America. I heard about them because they had a good reputation. I had worked as a police officer prior to going with that alarm company, and I had never answered false alarms at Protect America alarm systems. They've been helpful virtually whenever I've had an issue. Installation is easy, simple, not hard at all.

Every communication I've had with them has been very satisfactory. I haven't had any problem that was not solved. Although it did take me a while to install the system, somebody assisted me through the phone. The only inconvenience I had was when my battery gave out, so I called them for assistance. I wasn't able to put the battery in myself, so they just sent me a new console. They've offered such a good service; I've always been satisfied.

The equipment's phone service is fine, but it's very time consuming to get help on the phone, I think their representatives are very good, I just wish there was people available that could come and help you with things. They recently changed the equipment, and this new one is bigger. They left the holes they had to screw on the window. That's an issue, because the new system doesn't fit on the same place the other one did, and the holes stay there.

They're a great company! I installed the system myself, so it was very easy. I do wish; however, my sensors could stay a little longer, without them hanging off. We've had Protect America for 8 years now, but I'm thinking on going to Simpli Safe. They can monitor my house for $15 a month, which is a bit cheaper.

It's outstanding! They had a better price and equipment than ADT, so I like it better. We put the alarms in the windows and doors, and it was easy! I pretty much did it myself. Whenever we have problem and I accidentally set off the alarm, the police will knock on my door and make sure I'm okay. That's how I know it actually works.

Customer support was pretty good. I can't say something negative about them because all our questions were answered. They would stay on the line with you if your system was having a problem. Back in the day, when we first purchased them, they installed everything for us. Now that they upgraded their system, we had to do it ourselves, and I did not like that. It was too difficult for me. Besides that, the equipment works just fine.

The installation was easy, but getting instructions was not that good. I still enjoy it, however, the battery life and the main device does not last long. It's rechargeable and still operates, so that's okay. Their representatives are very good when it comes to adding new items to your system. I wanted security in my house while I was working, so that I would know if something happened at my home. They installed everything. The equipment is one hundred percent fine, it's great. They've always done everything that I asked them to do at customer support. One time I asked them if they could send someone out and they said they didn't have anybody close by, and then I closed the phone and they called me right back and said they did after all, so they sent him. That was the only time that they sent somebody.

I decided to go with them based on cost. Everything has worked as designed or as it's supposed to. I think everything is as expected. I've had no problems with customer support. The main reason I chose Protect America is because it was small wireless ball, and I can take it from house to house. I can say I'm satisfied with it because I've had the original equipment since 2003, and it's still working. Plus, the installation process was good, it just took quite a while to set up, that's all. I think the customer service is good. It's reliable, I had no issues with that. The only thing I don't like is that it's a little too expensive to upgrade the system.

The installation was easy to deal with; I did it myself, which was why I chose them in the first place. I had all the customer support needed, both on the activation and testing, and a couple of false alarms. I upgraded it once, but the equipment is fine, its functions are regularly tested by myself and communication tested occasionally. it is a monitored line, and I had no problems at all.
