The main reason I purchased this product, was to have the option to maintain power in the house regardless of an outage. The Tesla batteries work great and provide plenty of power when needed. The solar panels recharge the batteries very quickly on a cloudless day. Sunrun's representatives have always provided great customer service any time I have interacted with them. Thank you.

Had a leak in the roof and my opinion it is due to the solar panels penetration. In the roof. They sent a young kid out to determine if it was because of the solar panels leaking. He was inexperienced didn’t not know what he was doing, and he wrote up a report that was not accurate. I tried to call back and they told me too bad so said you’re gonna have to get a roofer to come out and fix it yourself so I would recommend not doing this.

Worst company ever to do business with, I’ll do anything to get rid of their contract and business altogether. I’ve learned my lesson the hard way and I would recommend that you stay away from sunrun at all costs. If you’re in a dire need for solar just save money and effort and go straight to Tesla
