Reps are very difficult to get a hold of. Once we were powered on, no one noticed even the rep that was assigned to us contacted us to explain how everything will work (apps, setting up our system). The only updates we got was an automated email that said the same thing every time it was generated to email us. There was a guy named Bryce that supposedly our contact person after the installation was complete. We specifically gave Bryce our availability when and if he needs to contact us. He would always reach out to us outside our availability times. Never contacted us to give us instructions on how things was going to work moving forward. I emailed him and asked if he could show us how to use and set up the apps (sunrun, tesla), never heard from him! Up to this day, no one has contacted us to see how things are going and to go over the app and system

I had a smooth installation process at home, but my experience with SunRun's customer service afterward has been disappointing. I wish they would focus more on supporting customers after the sale. It's frustrating not knowing when someone will address my concerns.
