It took over 7 months for this whole process to work. Can understand the first couple of months, but panels were on the roof Nov. 6, 2017 and ecetrical box was upgraded 12/20/17 and I never got up and running until 4/6/18, consequently and additional an additonal $627.37 was charged tome form APS druing this time

Overall good experience and production. Work was done by Sunrun staff in sunrun vehicles. Production of the panels has brought my electricity down as agreed.

Excellent company and great service!

Sunrun is a top notch company! From start to finish, they did an excellent job of installing new solar panels, a new state of the art breaker box and back up battery for our home and they did it all in one day! I would recommend Sunrun to anyone seeking the installation of solar panels for their home.

The install process was stress free since SUNRUN handles every step. The equipment and installed panels appear to be high quality. I like the phone app that allows me to monitor the progress of install and permitting. The app also allows me to monitor exactly how my panels are generating and using power.

I have not had to pay more than a $129 A month for my solar and that is a drop of over $300 I was Paying For electricity And I do not have to worry about Power outages due to broken lines or Someone saying we have to shut down power in areas to not Overtax the grid

The overall experience was great. The dollars on roof look great. The wiring and battery look great. There were some stucco holes patches that could have used more detail. The one part I disliked was the painting. It was rushed and does not look professional. There are places where the paint seems to have been done to cover up only.

For the years 2022 and now 2024, Sunrun solar is more expensive than pulling off the grid. We live in Az and Sunrun customers for 10 yrs, initially the system was fine. But as it ages and breakdowns occur, the responsiveness is extremely poor (no correspondence, months of delays in repair) . This is the second time our inverter has gone down during the summer months and currently at 3 months (April through June) and still waiting for repair. The Sunrun end of year true-up for shortages is about 66% less than what the local power company charges us for electricity. Over 10 yrs we are averaging a savings, but have lost money 2 of the last 3 years.

SunRun Solar representatives turned out to be a whole lot better than expected. After talking to neighbors with solar systems by far SunRun exceeds them. No issues from start to finish. Dates for preparation, installation and up and running were right on time as promised. Neighbors have taken over two years to get approved and running.

Currently doing a purchasing power agreement and it’s way cheaper than paying for solar that the electric company. People I know are paying over $500 a month for electricity and I’m only paying $160. Plus, I had no out of pocket expenses getting solar installed. Would highly recommend using Sunrun Solar.

My house has been using solar panels from Sunrun for two northern Colorado winters now. My electric bill has only twice but above $8.65, but twice I received checks from the electric company for supplying them. My solar bill is constant. I’m really amazed that I don’t see solar panels on every home here in Colorado.

Sunrun did everything they said they were going to do. As of this month Tucson electric power owes me money. I can’t tell you how much I love that however it took a long time to get the solar set up as Sunrun and TEP could not agree on the correct configuration, my system went online in July after several months of negotiation with TEP overall I like the system. It seems senseless to not have solar in Arizona.

Very easy process from day one, they took care of everything and the installation only took a day and have never had a problem since they have started producing. The experience with sunrun was a great experience. If I had questions they when ere right on top of things. I was always notified when workers were going to be there and what they were doing. Cleanup was great. The workers were great and if I hd any questions for them they were right on it. I would recommend sunrun to anyone, no hesitation.

Did not like the time involved with each step of the approval process, but that is on the local and utility company inspectors. Once the system was activated, it has worked flawlessly, generating up to 6+Kw per hour on sunny days, and 47 KWh for the day as recently as March 31, 2024.
