Customer service is exceptional. Any time you have a question or need clarification someone on the team reaches out with an answer. The installation of panels provides 90% of bill coverage during summer months. December through March with sun and weather limitations are regular energy bill is high though. Often around $600.00 per month.

Sunrun is a great company, I love the app it's easy to use and I can check to see that my solar panels are working. I was informed recently through my email that my solar panels weren't working right, I forgot to clean them after the dust storm. I'm grateful for the reminder, now that my solar panels are clean again they are working great.

We were not a fan of solar panels until a saw the electric bill from a family member. Ran his central air all summer and no electric bills (except the Sunrun fee to rent the solar panels). It convinced us to go solar with Sunrun. Keep cool and comfortable all summer.

Our Sunrun panels belong to us. We purchased them. Sunrun stays in contact with us regarding the effectiveness of our solar panels. If there is an issue, they promptly provide a well-trained technician to troubleshoot. They take care of any irregularity in a timely manner.

The installation process was seamless and 2 years ago I was notified that my backup battery had failed. I didn’t even know but their computer told them. They replaced the battery at no charge. The electric bills have been fractions of what they were. We are very happy with our decision to go solar with Sunrun.

The installation went very smoothly including the upgrade of my central electrical panel. I had no cash outlay until my initial monthly payment. Within 18 months, or so, I had a credit in excess of $5000 with my power provider. Sunrun solar power has been a winner for me and for our environment.

Before getting solar panel and a battery back-up I was spending $135 on electricity from September-June and spending $350 a month July and August. After getting solar I pay $108 a month September-June and about $108 plus $100 for additional SCE usage during July and August. I’ve saved over $450 for the year on electricity.

It took longer than it should have, but to be fair, the LADWP isn't known for being fast or efficient. The required new power panel had to be changed, as well as the placement/layout of the solar panels, which could be blamed on the project manager or coordinator, but the various LADWP inspectors can also be blamed for not communicating these required changes MUCH FASTER! I tried to be fair and considerate that the COVID-19 pandemic wasn't over at the time, but this excuse only goes so far!

I don’t know of any problems so I assume everything is going well.’ Last year my total electric bill was about $2.00. I won’t know how well it is performing until winter has come and gone. This is the time of year when my energy use is the highest.
