Very upset with the fact that the representative who sold me the product did not disclose the fact that they charge $200 per panel to be removed if work on your roof needs to be done. They said that they will take care of the panels, but never mentioned it would cost money to remove.

I contacted the company for a service tech to check my solar panel's energy production, but it took 3 months to get a response. Customer service was disappointing, with delays and runarounds when seeking help. Despite this, the team that worked on my service, installation, and sales were excellent. great product. i only wish that they werent so insistent to not overbuild the system. you can always add panels later, they said. BUT not without negating the terms of the original install. It was pretty bad advice.
