At the time backup system was not provided by Sunrun. Bottom line Sunrun fixed that and additional problems with some panels. Far as I'm concered they did an exceptional service above and beyond. Extremely satisfied with the service and personel. I very seldom give a review but everyone deserves an extremely well done.

From getting all the information together and till the panels were up and running was a very short time. Of course the big wait was with PGE. I haven’t had any problems with the panels or the other equipment. All in all was a good experience.

Very happy with Sunrun Solor. Having Solor is well worth it. Had a payment but finally paid it all off. Don’t get a bill for electricity. The only bill I get is that one from moron governor Newsome. But it’s low and Solor is paying for itself.

I got free solar from the state funded GRID program. Sunrun installed the panels and got it up and running. That was a year and a half ago and everything is still working perfectly. I am really enjoying the huge savings on my electric bill. PS- I almost went with a different solar company. I'm so glad I didn't!

I love everything about the Sunrun company. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My favorite part of the system the storage battery. If we have a power outage the system automatically switches to the battery and it I don’t notice the switch sometimes.

A thorough assessment was made of the site orientation to determine whether sun exposure would be optimal for placement of solar panels. Best placement on the roof was based on this careful analysis. The system hasn't given us any issues. It produces power even on cloudy days. Dust and birds occasionally gathering around the panels don't seem to have a negative effect on production. Our only concern is that we planned with our sales agent to have enough power to add a pool and an electric vehicle. We have an above ground pool with a stock filter and no electric vehicle, but we don't have enough power and are still paying an Edison bill every month. Our Edison year-to-date charges are $499. Our Sunrun bill went up from 161 to 165 with annual increments scheduled as well. As of right now, we are projecting to pay $2,479 for power in 2025 assuming the edison bill does not increase. In 2023, before sunrun we paid $1,798.09. There have been increasing charges from Edison. But even then, that's $681 more that we're paying after sunrun. I give it three star because the system is reliable, but I would recommend a deep review of your usage (not with a sales person) before committing to a 10 to 15 year agreement.

They tailored the solar panels and the wattage to what I needed. I've only had one. Maybe two Edison bills and I think that was around Christmas or Halloween because of the lights. But besides that I'm good no Edison bill, just the bill for my panels

After installation, the system has cut our electric bill by 65-70% and during the summer months, from April thru September, we not only pay nothing but are credited by our utility company each month and accumulate a substantial bank of credits that covers costs for about 9 months of the year.

Great representatives and great communication. The financing options and pricing options were great. I’ve been a customer for nearly two years now and I haven’t had a single issue. I’m glad I went with a large company like SunRun due to the warranty options over a smaller one.

Been having my solar panels for a few years and it’s the best investment I made for my house. Neighbors come up to me to inquire and I feel like I work for SunRun after promoting them so well, now two of my neighbors have consider it and have converted to save energy by going with SunRun.

Kasen walked me through the process from the start to installation . When installation arrived they respected the property and Meghan completed the process with me and was courteous and responded to my calls immediately. I highly recommend Sunrun and all those I spoke to.
