LGCY is the best in the solar industry. They are the primary consultant team for Sunrun. I don't think this site understands that LGCY are the consults who provide such excellent service. Sunrun is #1 in solar and LGCY is the catapult to make that a reality. LGCY has a higher promoter score than Apple and Nordstrom. Either way solar is the way to go.

They installed my panels in December and I still do not have a permit for solar 3-17. UPDATE. It turns out it was the City inspectors fault that the inspection for the permit was delayed for 3 months, not LGCY. I am changing my rating to 5 stars. I was not charged for the solar panels as they get reimbursed from the power Co. Looking forward to saving $50 per month!!!

We had the system installed on our new construction house it is performing great and there is definitely a substantial savings my monthly bill is always minimum I wish I would have added more panels on the original install and plan to add at a later date but all things considered we are very satisfied

The team that BetterEarth sent from Cerritos, CA was top notch. The team of Saul, Ignacio, Rolando and Carlos were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and their work showed great attention to detail. We were extremely pleased with the looks of the installation overall and would highly recommend them. When we had questions they took time to answer them making sure we understood and were satisfied with the answer. They were hindered by the of the local warehouse that they had to work with and were not given necessary equipment to work with. The second day they were here they informed us that another technician would have to bring and install a couple of parts that the warehouse apparently did not have. Overall we were extremely happy with the workmanship of the team of young men sent to our location. Thank you.

The installation was done to our expectations. Our solar rep, Sandra was really professional. She was detailed and answered all our questions from the first meeting that motivated us to sign up immediately for the service.
All the installers for the job were well trained and they completed the installation very quickly.
We would definitely use your company again in the near future for other solar panel installations as well as refer your company and sandra to our friends and relatives if they required solar panels as well in the future. We have spoken to other solar companies before talking to your company and found your company has the best trained personnel across the board in customer service and after service issues. Five

Sales team tried to sell features that planning team doesn't use, planning team made poor designs based on shade of surrounding houses.
3rd party contractors did poor Job checking outputs during initial installation, as well as install/reinstall damaging shingles.

The individuals that installed the panels did a really good job and were very nice. Only thing is that they left a stack of the poles in my garage. Like they didn’t need all of them. Just wish they would have taken them with them because now I have to find a way to get rid of them.

Crew from Valoer who performed the install was very courteous and professional, they let us know every day they were working and when they were leaving.
The install ran a little slow due to weather and storms, and the crew worked beyond expectations to get the work done, coming back on the evening and weekend to get the job done.

There were only 2 and neither spoke English very well so was rater difficult to converse with them. The work they did was good and they seemed efficient but we had questions and needed to make sure they didn't turn off power without notifying us because of my oxygen. What they did was very good but someone that was fluent in English should have been on site as well. As for dealing with LGCY that leaves alot to be desired. Your office personel did not identify herself or her company when communicating with me. I actually had to ask who sent me a text. I was not notified that I was going to have 2 different deliveries so I would have time to decide where to put a 2000lb pallet so I told semi driver just to put where my husband parks.
Very poor communication with LGCY.

Company was upfront on the time of costs to install the panels. It was installed on the scheduled day. They fixed a couple of minor issues in a timely manner. The system is working as promised. They will be the first company I will get in touch with if I decide to add batteries to my solar setup.

Before having my solar panels installed the representatives were extremely informative on pros and cons and what was to be expected. They educated me on how to make the most of my solar panels and how much I’d save overtime. They followed up and when there was a mishap they followed through to correct it immediately. I think it was the best decision by far I’ve made to go with this company and I will definitely use them again in the future!

It has been around two years since I worked with LGCY to have 27 solar panels installed on our roof. From beginning to end the process was filled with helpful people. The one small hitch we had was the e-mail address was wrong so I couldn't access the app, but that was fixed very quickly. The end result has been a lot of savings on our energy and there have been no problems at all with either our panels or the installation.

Once you get on your providers solar buy back plan you start to see the savings. Even in Texas heat bills are $60 and under. And a 30+% tax credit really helps with the cost. Based on my limited needs so far customer service has been great.

I have had my solar panels for over a year now and I am well pleased with the savings I am receiving. I do get less savings in the winter but that is understandable because of how short the days are and less direct sunlight. During peak months I get no actual electricity bill because of how much power my panels are generating and I love it. I would definitely recommend Legacy Power to anyone who is looking to get solar panels installed. The process took a little while, due to weather (winter) and city inspection but well worth it I believe.

My sales rep was very knowledgeable, thorough and made the process super easy! He took care of everything getting approved by HOA, and ensured that all my questions and concerns were addressed. Additionally, he also broke down the costs of staying with SDG&E and how going solar would be a lot more beneficial but also cost effective long term. The entire process from the time I signed my contract to installation was smooth, easy and simple!

I had my solar system installed by LGCY over a year ago and by far they are the best company to deal with concerning solar here in eastern North Carolina. I have heard horror stories about other companies but LGCY has great communication and the install was complete within a couple days excluding the normal inspections and the time it might take leading up to the final phase of working but that is mainly because of scheduling many entities together. That’s where the great communication comes in and LGCY did a wonderful job on pulling it all together. I absolutely love solar and I have no regrets. The backup battery is amazing!

I've been provided with solar through Sunrun since December 2022, and that was established by LGCY Power. I've enjoyed working with their group since day one! I feel like they're very communicative (I still touch base with the original reps who set up my solar every now and then -- shout out to Jac M and Kenny C) and help resolve any issues or questions I have quickly. I appreciated that they were kind and transparent throughout our interactions, but - even more importantly - I don't feel like they try to twist or hide anything. I can openly talk numbers with them, and in the end that really is one of the things that matters most when you invest in solar for your home. I have loved knowing what my electric bill will be each month rather than being anxious about the volatility in rate changes from SDG&E, and LGCY Power helped give me that peace of mind. Priceless, and I'd recommend them to anyone shopping around for solar.

This company has the worst customer service from a Utah perspective. The Dallas area managers that work here for LGCY are amazing and but my initial experience and purchase was with Utah LGCY. You would think that they would be the same company and work together but they aren't. Worst experience and the solar program they promised me is not what I am getting I'm literally making double electricity payments than my previous electric provider. Worst decision I ever made. Still waiting to this day for someone to contact me back and every time I call they say they will call me back and they don't. I was coerced into getting this and was told you signed the document you can't go back even though solar wasn't even installed on my house yet. Ashton B or something like that from Utah made me feel like things were good and that he would fix any problem I have but he's living it up in his 2 story home getting rich off the little people and we have to suffer. I guarantee even though I'll keep a copy of this survey I won't ever be contacted to fix the problem. I also had the installers come and destroy my attic and leave it a mess. Broke holiday decorations and never came back to clean up the attic. Was told they have to walk on the beams so they need to see where they are but that's fine but you can put everything back where you got it and out all the insulation back where you got it.

I have had solar for almost three years now and it is the best decision we have made! Ashton Buswell was our salesman and while I know him personally, he delivered everything that he promised. I have had zero issues with the system and have just saved money on my electricity. We are all in a contract with SDGE already, so signing a co tract for a power purchase agreement isn’t really a change. I’m just paying less for electricity. I feel like this is a very smart investment, and something that anybody should strongly consider if you don’t have solar. Legacy Power is a great company and I highly recommend them everybody that asks.

The installation took forever, it was very difficult to get them to agree to install what I wanted. Sales were unresponsive. Their subcontractors threatened me with legal action for non-payment before I had been billed by LGCY. Multiple rounds of inspections were needed since small items had been missed or the agent could not identify the system parts to the inspector. Since turn-on the system has worked well.

I am completely disappointed in the lack of communication, organization, and customer service of LGCY Solar. Ever since the panels were installed on the roof and the back up battery was not ready to be installed it’s been a long slow downhill of missed install dates to finish the job and piss poor/non existant communication. When I reach out for answers I am told “the crew got stuck at another job” and they rescheduled 3 times. Then when they finally started the final part of the install (today) which by now is a month later than the beginning of the battery install, the battery tech laughs that they were not left the correct parts by the last crew and had to go buy them. Now we are told by the battery tech that the next step will be waiting for the city to inspect before Ameren can come back and do a final “test” and both of those steps can take weeks to schedule. Plus no one notified us that our power would be shut off for up to 2 hours during this step and we both work from home. I literally lost internet during a very important virtual meeting and looked so unprofessional. Tried to reach out to customer service and was told a field manager would call me “asap to clear up any issues” and haven’t gotten a call all day. Our initial meeting with sales person was 5/21 and panels were installed 7/23 and we are still weeks if not a month or more away from having functioning solar panels.

The initial process was great! They were very helpful in explaining things. The installation also went very well. The only issue was that the installers did not bring the correct attachments for my roof and we had to reschedule for another day. They have followed up a few times to ensure everything is working well!

I live in VALLEJO, CA. And I was just visited by two of the nicest people I could ever hope to meet in California or ANYWHERE. Their names were
Ting and Cody and yes, they were trying to sell me SOLAR POWERED EQUIPMENT. But after I told them I rented this home and was moving away from California because it's too expensive to live here, they chatted with me anyway and NOT about solar only but just nice, friendly chit chat about lots of things. If TING and CODY represent this company, and this company is EVEN "HALF AS GOOD" as these two young adults who represent you, then your product must be worth buying! And P.S. THEY DESERVE A RAISE!!!

Everybody was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to put the panels where I wanted them.They were the only company that could have panels that work for my power needs. The salesman and the lead I guess the lead technician work is very good at explaining the entire process and kept me informed. Through the whole thing I had no worries or concerns during that installation.

It does everything that I was told that it would do so no surprises there. The installation process was was very smooth, Arcadia Solar put the system in and everything went without a hitch. IThe follow up was was pretty good and then my accounts sort of got handed off to Arcadia Solar and that who actually did the installation and got everything hooked up.

My husband was very confident with the value for the product. So far it's been great we haven't had any problems. I don't see any issues, it's been producing power well. It was really easy, they set up a time to come out and install and it was pretty much installed within a day. They have been great about answering all our questions, it's really easy to get a hold of them. There's really not that long of a wait time when I do call in, I've only had to do that like twice now and everything's usually straightened out within 24 hours.

The sales staff that game to my home were very professional. They were Mark S. the sales rep, Brandon C. and Trish. They very knowledgeable and actually fun to be with. I highly recommend them and the company. Everything seems to be moving along the holdups on getting the system working is due to NVEnergy and the inspectors from Clark County and not from LGCY Power or the reps.

Lgcy has come through on everything but we are waiting for PG&E’s approval. They have done what they have promised and done it in a timely manner. I am very pleased with them. The salesman that came to my door honored all the covid stuff. He had a mask on and stayed his distant and he explained things very well. I could contact him if I had any additional questions.

They installed the power supply right above the hand rail., and on the FRONT of my house. You can barely even get your hand under it. This is unexceptable and MUST ME MOVED!!
Installers put a hole in and dented my guttering, and denied it.
