The crew with the install , was fabulous, they came out did a great job installing, and cleaning up after their self after. They also explained what they were doing? And why they had too. I would recommend this crew alot. Crew 2. They first crew was not good at all

Easy to work with. They explained every step of the process along the way and have provided consistent support all along the way! When we had to remove the panels in order to install a new roof, they collaborated each step. I highly recommend them if you are interested. We are already saving money each month!

The panel crew left tools and fittings in the yard. Not a lot, but enough I wouldn’t want to run them over with my mower. To be fair it was dark and raining when they finished up about 730/8pm. The gentleman who did the electrical and final connect/inspection I would give 5 stars too! Super easy to talk to, down to earth, was about to dive into the specifics and learn me a thing or two but it was cold and really windy so I cut him off and let him get back to work. But I felt like he would’ve stood there freezing to teach me if I wanted. A nice added touch would be to have a vehicle and/or personal description or pictures of the crew who are showing up at your house. A pic/bio of the crew would really set you apart from others.

Also the follow up has been good also. Team who spoke Spanish and the foreman that spoke English we're very detail oriented. Very pleased.

Not Just that I Had Wires everywhere it was a mess. When i got back there I was Blown Away They Left my Back yard cleaner than it was before they arrived.

Sam S was excellent. He made himself available to me at all times and answered any and all questions that I had. I have had my system since the end of August,2021 so it hasn't been quite a year yet. So far I have had great electric bills. I think that in Arizona the system pays for itself.

What made me interested in LGCY was that I didn't have to buy or lease the solar panels to be able to use them. I had never heard of that plan before. We just have to pay for the energy we use. We don't own the solar panels or have to maintain them.

Panels were installed within 3 weeks of the in home visit. Peyton was informative and answered all of our questions. He is responsive and kept in touch throughout the whole process. The time it took to have the panels actually connected and turned on was a bit daunting, but I understand shipping delays played a big part in that. Other than the 3 month delay to connect to the city, the process was great!

May 11th was installation day but then here it is June 13th and I am still not connected to the power grid. So I have solar panels up and yet still paying full price to SRP.

Legacy Power made the whole process of getting solar panels installed very easy and seamless. I would recommend them if you’re looking into panels for your house. One little hiccup with the install contractor who damaged some of the bricks on the side of my house, it was a slight headache to get them back out here. But eventually the issue was resolved and they were repaired.

Before having my solar panels installed the representatives were extremely informative on pros and cons and what was to be expected. They educated me on how to make the most of my solar panels and how much I’d save overtime. They followed up and when there was a mishap they followed through to correct it immediately. I think it was the best decision by far I’ve made to go with this company and I will definitely use them again in the future!

It has been around two years since I worked with LGCY to have 27 solar panels installed on our roof. From beginning to end the process was filled with helpful people. The one small hitch we had was the e-mail address was wrong so I couldn't access the app, but that was fixed very quickly. The end result has been a lot of savings on our energy and there have been no problems at all with either our panels or the installation.

My sales rep was very knowledgeable, thorough and made the process super easy! He took care of everything getting approved by HOA, and ensured that all my questions and concerns were addressed. Additionally, he also broke down the costs of staying with SDG&E and how going solar would be a lot more beneficial but also cost effective long term. The entire process from the time I signed my contract to installation was smooth, easy and simple!

We were told we were getting a new panel and then later told no we misunderstood, my husband is an electrician of 30 years he would understand the difference. We have had minimal to no contact from them unless we initiate. We started in April and have only had the panel installed, we are "waiting" for SCE it's been months and no update at all.

Sales rep was great but poor experience with installation. Cracked tiles and trash were found on my roof. Contractors came by and cleaned up part of the roof but have yet to come out to finish clean up and repair.

LGCY Power does not have good customer service, they do not follow through with what they tell people. The installation process went on track but It end up being drug out. They canceled a couple times.

I am still waiting on things I was offered I've had to call my sales rep multiple times. It took way too long to get my panels working. I am paying suck a high amount to not even be considered this is ridiculous. I would never recommend this company to anyone. So un professional. Throughout this journey I've had a terrible experience

My installation took about 11 months and still not completed! The experience is awful! What I was told I paid for was not installed because they said it wasn't in the paperwork a $98,000 project that was totally not followed tgrigh by the sales team and installers!!!

Our sales rep made promises on behalf of the company, but the promises were not fulfilled. The sales rep stopped answering our calls and we found out he left the company after we called the main office.
