They schedule 4 time a didnt show up it be 2 months since they schedule the first time and it is still not done. 3 time they didn't have everything on the shipment. Everything I call to see what was going on nobody know anything.

Crew came 5 days early to install. Language barrier as they did not speak English. Got the run around from incompetent people at the company. Tried to deliver more material the day before my original appt date. Then was contacted from another crew trying to schedule installing 2 weeks after it was done. Very bad communication

I've been trying to contact someone for months regarding if my panels were working effectively. I wanted someone to come out and check but no one has come! I've even contacted BBB and they can't reach anyone! I'm on the verge of contacting a lawyer as it seems to be a breach in contract on warranty.
